건축물에너지절약계획서의 사업계획승인, 건축허가에 따른 적용시점의 타당성 연구 (A Study on the Feasibility of the Timing for the Implementation of Energy-Saving Plan of Buildings Based on the Approval of Business Plan and Construction Permit)

  • 에너지절약에 대한 규제가 심하고 국민 다수가 에너지절감에 대한 관심이 높은 상태에서 사업계획승인을 받은 건축물이 건축허가가 지연되어 주변 신규 사업건과 함께 입주된 지역에서 관리비가 20~30% 차이가 발생한다면 심각한 민원이 될 것이다. 따라서 사업계획승인 시점에 에너지절약계획서를 작성하되 주택법 시행령 제18조로 인한 공사착수가 연장이 되어 2년이 경과 되거나 지연 될 때에는 건축허가 시점에서 현 기준에 의한 에너지절약계획서를 적용하는 것이 국가 에너지계획이나 민원에 대한 미연에 방지책이 될 것이라 생각한다. 에너지절약계획서의 목적과 요소의 기술들이 그 기능을 다하지 못하고 단순히 인, 허가 수순에 지나지 않는다면 많은 인력을 투입하여 검토하고 자문하는 것이 무의미한 시간 손실일 것이다. 정부나 건축주가 에너지 save측면을 공감하고 건물에너지효율을 개선하여야 할 것이다.

  • IMO에서는 선박온실가스 규제를 위해 2013년부터 현존선의 선박에너지효율관리계획인 SEEMP (Ship Energy Efficiency Management Plan)의 시행을 강제화하고 있다. SEEMP에서 권고하는 에너지절감기술 가이드라인은 크게 하드웨어적인 장비의 탑재 및 개조 또는 소프트웨어적인 기술을 통한 연료유 절감효과로 구분된다. 신조선의 경우 하드웨어적인 기술구현이 용이하지만 현존선의 경우 운항상 제약으로 인해 소프트웨어적인 에너지 절감기술 구현이 적용되고 있다. IT기반의 선박에너지절감 시스템 성능평가를 위해 해상시험을 수행하였고, 시스템 적용 전후의 항차데이터를 이용하여 연료유 절감효과를 비교 분석 하였다. 또한, SEEMP에서 자발적인 사용을 권고하고 있는 선박 경제운항 지표 (EEOI, Ship Energy Efficiency Operation Indicator) 분석을 통한 성능평가 결과를 제시하였다.

에너지절약투자의 온실가스 배출 감소 효과 (The Effect of Energy-Saving Investment on Reduction of Greenhouse Gas Emissions)

  • This paper analyses the impact of energy-saving investment on Greenhouse gas emissions using a model of energy demand in Korea. SUR method was employed to estimate the demand equation. The econometric estimates provide information about the energy price divisia index, sector income, and energy saving-investment elasticities of energy demand. Except for energy price divisia, the elasticities of each variable are statistically significant. Also, the price and substitution elasticities of each energy price are similar to the results reported by the previous studies. The energy-saving investment is statistically significant and elasticities of each sector is inelastic. Using the coefficient of energy-saving investment and carbon transmission coefficient, the amount of reduction of energy demand and the reduction of carbon emissions can be estimated. The simulation is performed with the scenario that the energy-saving investment increase by 10~50%, keeping up with Equipment Investment Plan of 30% increase in energy-saving investment by 2000. The results show that the reduction of energy demand measured as 11.2% based upon 1995's level of the energy demand, in industrial sector. Accordingly, the carbon emissions will be reduced by 11.3% based upon 1995's level of the carbon emissions in industrial sector.

  • Global environmental problems are growing, and the importance of buildings with high energy consumption has been emphasized. In Korea, the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs has been promoting the mandatory zero energy building since 2020, and guidelines related to the zero energy building have been developed. In addition, based on the "Energy-saving Design Criteria for Buildings" of the "Green Building Promotion Act" in Korea, the standards for energy-saving design are specified and the energy saving plan is written. Besides, the 'Energy-saving construction standards for eco-friendly houses' also specify insulation, machinery, equipment, and sunshade. Also, there is little consideration about the cost such as construction cost and material cost which should be considered important in the construction stage. Therefore, this study aims at analysis of building type and energy performance versus materials for energy saving building design considering energy performance in planning aspect of initial design stage. In this study, because the variables can not be neglected in this study, it is selected as the lecture facility of the 'K' university campus building which can consider the remaining factors except the passive design element as the control variable, Energy performance analysis.

Cost-Effective Model for Energy Saving in Super-Tall Building

  • In many urban cities, super-tall buildings have been being constructed around New York and Chicago as the center since 1930 to improve the efficiency of land use and respond to new residential type. In terms of energy consumption, super-tall buildings are classified as a top energy consumption building. Also, as time passed, the degradation of energy performance occurs in super-tall buildings like general things so that these cannot show the initial performance planned in the design phase. Accordingly, building owners need to make a plan to apply energy saving measures to existing building during the operation phase. In order to select energy saving measures, calculus-based methods and enumerative schemes have been typically used. However, these methods are time-consuming and previous studies which used these methods have problems with not considering the initial construction cost. Consequently, this study proposes a model for selecting an optimal combination of energy saving measures which derives maximum energy saving within allowable cost using genetic algorithms. As a contribution of this research, it would be expected that a model is utilized as one of the decision-making tools during the planning stage for energy saving.

  • 선박온실가스 규제를 위한 SEEMP (Ship Energy Efficiency Management Plan) 기술 중 선박에너지절감을 위한 조치는 하드웨어적인 장비를 선박에 탑재하여 구현하거나, 인적교육 및 운항패턴 개선 등과 같은 소프트웨어적인 방식으로 구현 가능하다. 선체저항개선을 위한 기술 중 하드웨어적인 장비 개조를 통해 구현되는 기술은 현존선에 적용하는데 장비의 규모 등에 의한 제약이 발생한다. 반면 소프트웨어적인 에너지절감기술의 구현은 저렴한 도입비용과 하드웨어적인 방식에 비해 높은 에너지 절감효과를 보이며, 선종에 크게 구애받지 않고 적용이 용이하다는 장점을 가지고 있어 IT 기술을 이용한 선박에너지절감기술이 요구되어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IT 기반의 선박에너지절감 기술을 검증하기 위하여 대표적인 3개 선종에 대한 실선 모델링 기반의 선박조종시뮬레이터를 이용한 육상시험을 수행하였다. 시뮬레이터를 이용한 성능검증 방법은 6개의 다양한 환경조건에서 에너지절감기술 적용 전후의 운항결과로부터 에너지절감효과를 비교 분석하고, 해상상태에 따른 구간별 비교결과를 통해 IT기반 에너지절감시스템의 성능평가를 수행하였다. 벌크, 컨테이너, VLCC 선종을 이용한 육상시험 결과 컨테이너선의 연료절감률이 가장 크게 나타났고, 육상시험 대상선박 모두 선박에너지절감시스템 사용전과 비교하여 연료절감효과를 보였다.

In-Situ Diagnosis of Vapor-Compressed Chiller Performance for Energy Saving

  • In-situ diagnosis of chiller performance is an essential step for energy saving business. The main purpose of the in-situ diagnosis is to predict the performance of a target chiller. Many models based on thermodynamics have been proposed for the purpose. However, they have to be modified from chiller to chiller and require profound knowledge of thermodynamics and heat transfer. This study focuses on developing an easy-to-use diagnostic technique that is based on adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS). The effect of sample data distribution on training the ANFIS is investigated. It is found that the data sampling over 10 days during summer results in a reliable ANFIS whose performance prediction error is within measurement errors. The reliable ANFIS makes it possible to prepare an energy audit and suggest an energy saving plan based on the diagnosed chilled water supply system.

  • This experiment is significant because we can provide information by measuring effect of energy saving for whom plan to install a geothermal heat & cooling system. The result shows geothemal system can save about 50% of energy(heating : 35%, cooling : 60%) and we verified that when using curtain can help saving $4{\sim}12%$ of energy additionally

  • The environment pollution is very important problem. Even at the field of architecture, a study about method of saving energy and constructing environment friendly building will have performed with activity. But trends of Korea housing market are changed that the height of building become more higher and the level of comfort going up. Therefore, these requirements force to increase the energy usage for indoor environmental controls. Thus, the purpose of this study is to reduce the heating and cooling energy requirements of High-rise Residential Buildings by the analysis of Energy Performance. From now on, we search improvement plan for the most efficient Energy Saving at present High-rise Residential Buildings.
