2018년 네이버 쇼핑의 고용영향 평가 (Employment Effects Evaluation of Naver Shopping in 2018)

  • Purpose - Naver has emerged as a new leader in the open market. While existing open markets such as Gmarket, 11th Street, and so on are suffering from profitability deterioration, Naver is attracting sellers based on low commission and powerful search engine. We would like to analyze the impact of Naver shopping on the national economy, especially on employment, in a situation where the market reaction to Naver's strength as a leader in online shopping is mixed. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - Through the demand inducing inter-industry analysis, we estimate the employment inducement effect by Naver shopping from its shopping transaction. In turn, through the supply inducing inter-industry analysis, we estimate the employment inducement effect by Naver shopping from its low commission and powerful search engine. For the purpose of inter-industry analysis, as of 2018, the most recently announced 2014 inter-industry table (extension table) from the Bank of Korea is used. Results - The results of this study are as follows. First, Naver Shopping is expected to generate 7.8 trillion won's trade in 2018, resulting in 244,225 of job inducement, and 158,598 of employment inducement. In addition, Naver Shopping is estimated to benefit KRW 213 billion to its sellers due to low commission and powerful search function, resulting in 8,667 of job inducement, and 5,655 of employment inducement. Second, in terms of job inducement and employment inducement due to Naver Shopping's trade, transportation, business support service, information and communication, broadcasting, restaurants and lodging were ranked. Third, in terms of job inducement and employment inducement due to Naver Shopping's low commission and powerful search function, restaurants and hospitality, f/b and cigarette manufacturing, construction, and transportation equipment manufacturing were ranked. Conclusions - The number of job inducement resulting from low commission and powerful search engine of Naver shopping in 2018 was 8,667 (3.7% of 244,225, which was caused by transaction in Naver shopping in 2018), and employment inducement was 5,655 (3.7% of 158,598, which was caused by transaction in Naver shopping in 2018), which can be considered as additional employment impacts of Naver Shopping compared to the other online shopping operators.

일부 보건계열 대학생의 취업 스트레스와 자아존중감에 관한 연구 (A Study on Employment Stress and Self-esteem of Health College Students)

  • 본 연구는 전문대학 보건계열 대학졸업 예정자들이 겪는 취업 스트레스와 자아존중감과의 관련성을 분석하여 대처방안을 모색하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 2010년 5월10일부터 6월 11일까지 서울에 소재하고 있는 일부 보건대학 졸업예정자 295명을 분석대상으로 하였다. 설문지를 이용하여 일반적 특성, 취업스트레스, 자아존중감에 관한 자료를 수집하였고, 수집된 모든 자료는 SPSS 12.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 대학생활 만족도가 높은 집단에서 취업스트레스가 낮게 나타나 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.001). 2. 자아존중감 수준은 3.10 이었고, 긍정적 자아존중감(3.76)이 부정적 자아존중감(2.44)보다 높게 나타나 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.001). 3. 취업스트레스와 자아존중감(r=0.132)과는 유의한 상관성이 있었다. 4. 회귀분석 결과, 취업스트레스와 유의한 관련성이 있는 요인은 가정형편, 학업성취도, 대학생활 만족도, 자아존중감(p<0.001)이었다. 즉, 가정형편이 어려울수록, 그리고 학업성취도가 낮고, 대학생활 만족도가 낮고, 자아존중감이 낮을수록 취업스트레스가 높았다. 결론적으로 대학생들의 취업스트레스를 효과적으로 대처하기 위해서는 우선 자아존중감을 증진시킬 수 있는 교육적 접근이 필요하며 대학현장에 취업 전담부서를 비롯한 전반적인 학교행정복지서비스를 강화하여 보다 나은 학문적 환경을 조성하고 지역사회와의 산학협력체계를 확대하여야 할 것이다. 무엇보다도 취업에 대한 주체적 책임은 학생들이기 때문에 스스로 자신의 문제를 해결하기 위한 능동적인 노력이 선행되어야 하며 가족의 적극적인 관심, 배려, 사랑이 절대적으로 필요하다고 생각된다.

취업상태에서의 직장탐색이 보다 효과적이었을까? (Is Job Search for the Employed More Effective than That for the Unemployed?)

  • 본 논문에서는 한국고용정보원에서 조사한 "대졸자 직업이동 경로조사" 자료를 이용하여, 취업 탐색자와 미취업 탐색자 간의 탐색 노력 정도 및 노동시장 성과를 비교 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 취업 탐색자에 비해 미취업 탐색자가 탐색 활동에 보다 집중하고, 유보임금을 더 낮춤으로써 취업을 위한 노력을 보다 활발하게 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이로 인해 취업 탐색자가 미취업 탐색자에 비해 새로운 직장에 취업할 확률은 더 낮았으며, 반면 새로운 직장에서의 임금수준은 상대적으로 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 최종 시점에서 전체 직장을 대상으로 한 분석 결과에서는, 취업 탐색자가 미취업 탐색자에 비해 취업 확률도 높고 임금수준도 높았다. 적어도 단기적인 측면에서 본다면, 취업 탐색이 미취업 탐색에 비해 상대적으로 보다 효과적이라는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다.

The Structural Relationship between Employment Insecurity and Turnover Intention of Beauty Industry Employees

  • Purpose - This research paper empirically analyzes the effect of changes in the employment environment due to the 4th industrial revolution on the turnover intention of cosmetic employers and employees and seeks the necessary measures for job instability in the industrial field. Research design, data, and methodology - A self-report questionnaire was conducted on 513 cosmetic implementers. Statistical processing of the data collected by the data analysis method was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) WIN23.0 statistical package program through data coding and data organizing process. Results - Changes in the employment environment were found to have a significant effect on the effect of job instability (t=13.218, p<0.05). As for the effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention, the higher the organizational commitment, which is a parameter, has a negative (-) effect on turnover intention, a dependent variable (p<0.05). Conclusions - Our results are based on an analysis that allows cosmetic employers and workers to explore ways to address job insecurity. Based on the analysis results, it will help the growth of the cosmetics industry by providing basic data for the identity of the cosmetics industry and the development of the cosmetics service organization.

서비스 제공자의 성격이 서비스 교육성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Service Providers'Personality on Service Training Performance)

  • This study investigates the future direction of service training performance and employment of service oriented employees by examining the element of personality which affects the results of service training performance. The empirical analysis of the study is as follows: First, regarding the effect of an employee's personality on the results of service training performance, ambition and prudence influenced their training performance. Second, according to the verification of whether the number of service training could affect the relation between personality and service training performance, it was found that ambition, sociability, and intellectual curiosity were moderated effect. Third, a study on whether the academic qualification of employees could affect the relation between personality and service training results showed that it had no relation with academic backgrounds.

서비스 산업의 품질향상을 위한 6시그마 방법 적용 (On the Application of 6 Sigma Method for Quality Improvement of Service Industry)

  • In the national economy, rate of service industry is going up to compare with manufacture industry. In spite of getting lots of results to be introduced 6 sigma methodology in Korea, many service companies is suffering with trial and errors. Also 6 sigma isn't settled perfect yet. The reason for that, 6 sigma have been applied to various service without considering. Therefore, this research shows to you right practice plans for service industrial classification to check structural features and difference. So this research seeks methods for revitalization of 6 sigma methodology in service industry after checking existed research, case study for companies to be applied by 6 sigma. As the result, service industry is forecasted to contribute greatly in economic growth and employment enlargement through enlargement of service role in manufacturing industry production as well as by itself.

도시주부의 가치지향성.제례의식.제례수행 (Urban Housewives제 Value Orientation, Sense of Ancestrial Service and Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of housewives’sense of ancestral service and behavior and to verify the how housewives’value orientation affects the sense of ancestral service and behavior. The data are collected from 393 housewives in urban. The statistics used for the analysis are Cronbach’$\alpha$, Frequency, Percentage, Mean, SD, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results are summarized below: First, among the variables, degree of fate-control orientation is the most, on the contrary, material orientation is the lowest. Second, value orientation variables that affect sense and behavior of ancestral service are material orientation and gender equilibrium orientation. Third, the behavior of ancestral service is more traditional than sense of ancestral service. Fourth, cause-and-effect variable which affect behavior of ancestral service are education level, religion(Buddhism, Catholicism), employment status, number of children, health, daughter in -law’s ranking, sense of ancestral service, and value orientation, which affect the direct or direct and indirectly. Especially sense of ancestral service variable is the most important mediation one. We expect further studies on the sense of ancestral service and behavior with precise scale and sampling.

투입산출분석을 이용한 보증지원 성과분석 (Performance Measurement of Local Credit Guarantee using Input-Output Analysis)

  • This paper makes an analysis of economic spillover effects of credit guarantee by linking the remainder of guarantee according to industries from 2003 to 2006 in this study. Specifically, total remainder of guarantee in 2006 is approximately 3922 billion and 600 million won on the basis of unchangeable price in 2003, and each funds becomes the input of the last demand in 27 industries over the cow1try and, thereby, induces production, added value, and the effect of employment. The last demand according to industries shows that a lot of funds have been supported to the manufacturing industry for about 1200 billion won, the wholesale and retail for about 1299 billion and 500 million won, food and lodging industry for about 144 billion and 100 million won, education and health care industry for about 132 billion and 600 million won, and social and other service industry for about 339 billion and 300 million won. The spillover effect about the remainder of guarantee in 2006 classified by industries over the country on the basis of production shows the high effects on the manufacturing industry for 37.8%, 2625 billion and 90 million won, the wholesale and retail for 20.7%, 1439 billion and 290 million won, food and lodging industry for 9.4%, 654 billion and 570 million won, real estate and business service industry for 9.2%, 637 billion and 310 million won, social and other service industry for 5.3%, 369 billion and 90 million won, and education and health care industry for 2.9%, 199 billion and 300 million won of the effect causing production over the country, 6945 billion won in order. The effect causing added value shows high spillover effect on the wholesale and retail for 36.7%, 1186 billion and 830 million won, the manufacturing industry for 25.8%, 831 billion and 500 million won, food and lodging industry for 14.9%, 480 billion and 980 million won, social and other service industry for 9.3%. 300 billion and 160 million won, and real estate and business service industry for 4.2%, 135 billion and 36 million won of the effect causing added value over the country in order. Finally, the effect causing employment shows a lot of employment have occurred in the wholesale and retail for 37.4%, 23,060 people, the manufacturing industry for 18.9%, 11,637 people, food and lodging industry for 13.7%, 8,429 people, social and other service industry for 7.9%, 4,866 people, and real estate and business service industry for 5.6%, 3,429 people of 61,617 people in order.

원격교육 서비스요인이 고객만족과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향: 취업 준비생을 중심으로 (Effect of Service Factors in Distance Education on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty Impacts: Focusing on Employment Opportunities)

  • 원격교육에서 서비스품질은 고객만족과 고객충성도를 높이기 위해 중요한 부분이다. 하지만 이제까지 원격교육 서비스품질에 대한 효과성을 검증함에 있어서 원격교육 서비스품질에 대한 단편적인 효과중심으로 연구되었고 구체적인 대상에 대하여 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선행연구와 차별적으로 취업 준비생들을 대상으로 원격교육 서비스요인이 고객만족도과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증분석 하였다. 2019년 3월부터 설문조사를 실시하였고 원격교육을 경험한 취업 준비생 258개의 표본을 실증분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과 유형성, 문제해결, 상호작용성, 정보제공성, 편리성은 고객만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 만족도은 고객충성도에 정(+)의 유의미한 영향을 미쳤고, 만족도의 매개효과 검증에서 유형성, 문제해결, 상호작용성, 정보제공성, 편리성과 고객충성도 사이에 정(+)의 영향을 미친 것으로 분석되었다. 이에 본 연구의 시사점은 4차 산업혁명시대에 교육과 ICT(정보통신기술)가 융합된 에듀테크 관련 교육기업의 서비스품질 요인이 고객만족과 충성도에 미치는 실질적인 연구를 함으로써 교육기업의 창업과 마케팅 과정에 있어서 창업가와 마케팅 담당자들에게 기업의 원격교육 서비스품질이 고객만족과 고객충성도에 직간접적인 영향을 미친다는 시사점을 도출 할 수 있었다. 또한 서비스품질의 중요성 검증과 다양한 효과에 대한 평가를 취업교육 영역뿐만 아니라 다른 영역에도 다각도로 추가 연구가 필요하겠다.

고용허가제 도입이 건설현장에 미치는 엉힝에 관한 연구 -전문건설업체를 중심으로- (A Study on Effect Analysis that Employment Permit System affects Construction Field)

  • 외국인 근로자들은 90년대 들어 그 수가 급격히 증가하였고, 각종 제조업이나 3D업종에서 중요한 위치를 차지하게 되었다. 이러한 상황에서 정부는 산업기술 연수생이라는 제도를 통해서 편법적으로 외국인 근로자를 수입하는 정책을 유지해왔었다. 산업기술 연수생은 불분명한 신분을 가진 외국인 근로자들에 대한 차별과 인권 유린으로 수많은 사업장 이탈자를 만들었다. 2004년 8월에 도입된 '고용허가제'는 그 동안의 국내 외국인력 정책을 그 근본에서부터 바꿨다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. 고용허가제의 도입은 제조업 및 서비스업 뿐만 아니 라 건설업에도 많은 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 외국인 근로자와 고용허가제의 정보를 바탕으로 고용허가제가 건설현장에 미치는 인건비, 작업품질 및 태도, 노동력 수급, 의사소통에 대해 현장관리자와의 설문조사를 실시하였다. 도출된 현장관리자들의 인식을 통해 향후 건설업에서의 부작용을 제거하고 대응방안을 제시하고자 한다.
