Many women experience the conflicting demands of work and family life according to the increase of employed women. Their demand for balance of two spheres makes the companies have family friendly policy. Family friendly policy is win-win policy which gives benefits to the employers and the employees by helping the employees to balance of their lives. But this policy has been recognized as the one for women and which only companies have to carry out. This study aims to suggest and extend the applicable field of the family friendly policy, and press that the whole society have to be family friendly. So, this study examined the necessity of family friendly policy in the aspects of company and society. And it showed how the employers, policy makers, general public society and communities support the family by carrying out and applying the policy in USA.

The purpose of this case study was to design development of Working Uniform in 10 enterprises which were located in Changwon national industrial complex. The 10 enterprises were small-medium business in machinery. For finding actual conditions and preferences by employers, interview with employers was accomplished and their uniforms were collected. The uniforms were analyzed by Design elements ; shapes, colors, details. From the results, working uniforms were designed by each enterprise. The design was suggested CAD work sheets and send to each enterprise. After discussion and correction, design were made in fabric. Total 50 items(winter jacket and pants, spring & fall jacket and pants and summer T-shirts) were made by P/C, P/A and polyester coolon materials. The new designs have worn by the enterprises, now. This case study could be one of academic - industrial relationship cooperation.

This study investigated the effect of householder's occupation on the debt structures of households. Household debts were categorized into six types according to borrowing sources: debts from banks, other financial institutes, employers, private sources, Gye, and retailers. Householder's occupations were classified into four groups: full-time employees, employers, farmers & fishermen, and part-time employees. The data came from the 1996 Korean Household Panel Study. It was found that the rates of holding each types of debt and the debt amounts were different according to householder's occupation. The human and economic resources to overcome the possible household debt problems were also different by the householder's occupation.

What can easily be concluded is that the Orgalime's General Conditions will be preferred by contractors to the Silver Book. However, it is probable that for some projects the Orgalime's General Conditions will not be acceptable to employers without significant amendment, particularly to such matters as design obligations, limitation of liability, force majeure and possibly the extension of time provisions. It is doubtful, however, whether the Orgalime's General Conditions will prove to be an alternative to the Silver Book. For projects for which the Silver Book was intended, the Orgalime's General Conditions will usually be unacceptable to employers and leaders. Notwithstanding this, the Orgalime's General Conditions is a welcome addition to the ever-growing suite of international contracts. And I strongly suggest that we must prepare our "General Conditions for Turnkey Contracts", etc. reflecting our law and practices as soon as possible.

In the industrial accident that occurred in the recent contract type of business or establishment (including subcontractor) employers and contractors who demand among employers, would be liable to have a proper discussion on how to prevent industrial accidents. To resolve this issue, it introduced the discussion with the Japanese legal system, which has a system similar to the Occupational Safety and seeks to help us in our country's future institutional improvements.
