A Study on the Attitudes and Awareness on Medical Public Relations by Employee of Hospitals (의료기관 홍보에 대한 의료기관 종사자의 태도 및 인식)

  • The aim of this study is to provide basic data in establishing marketing strategies for hospital by analyzing effective public relations of hospital through attitude and awareness on medical public relations by employee of hospital. The awareness on medical public relations by employee of hospitals were highest among aged 50s or above and above university graduates from the level of education, and from hospital management from types of duties and from those who have worked for more than 10 years. The methods medical public relations positively regarded by employee of hospitals were 'Appearing at health programs' followed by 'Periodicals like magazines and books', 'Issuing of hospital bulletins to homes of patients visiting hospitals'.

  • Purpose- The study aims to understand the perception of the employees regarding employee relations, organizational culture, employee welfare and job design within the organization. Research design, data, and methodology - It is a descriptive study. A climate survey was conducted on the staff of NTPC, Badarpur. The sample size is 100. The data has been analyzed using excel and SPSS. Results - The study finds the lack of free flow of communication with the information by the top and middle management to lower levels, lack of existence of positive attitude, lack of recreational activities to bring stress level down. NTPC, Badarpur is an association which gives a wide range of offices to its workers along these lines giving fulfilment to its representatives all things considered. Conclusions - Correspondence network ought to be entirely clung to all the more free stream of correspondence by top and center administration. Greater lucidity with respect to expected set of responsibilities might be useful. Orderly enlistment is required. Human Asset prerequisites in groups should be re looked guaranteeing sufficient colleagues in a group. Workers are submitted towards association's objective. NTPC, Badarpur ought to move with the developing advancements so it can adapt up to the quicker rivalry.

  • This study aims to look into factors which exert an important effect on the formation of cooperative employer-employee management systems of enterprises and finally to suggest an alternative for establishing the future's union-management relations. To accomplish the purpose, this research find each of important factors of the formation of cooperative employer-employee management systems through a theoretical consideration of those factors. The importance and priority order of the factors were systematized by the AHP analysis. The analysis showed the following two things. First of all, the management expecting the employees should be strengthened. Then, the establishment of transparent management and union-management systems sharing the enterprise's vision and values play important roles in the formation cooperative employer-employee management systems. In conclusion, this study provided alternative for establishing the future's union-management relations, based on the analysis results.

  • The research analyzed to verify that self-support center employee's internal marketing, social exchange relation and personal characteristic effect on self-support program which is essential to provide job and to progress self-support ability for workable low-income group. The research used questionnaires of 156 substances to analyze in self-support center employee within Gwang-Ju area. The questionnaire was analyzed using statistical package for the social sciences(SPSS) program and it used factor analysis, reliability analysis and especially hierarchical regression multiple analysis for hypothesis test. The result of research that self-support center employee's education, training, delegation of authority and job efficacy effect on maximize business result through mediated effect of emotional immersion. Therefore, the research proposes improvement of self-support center employee's education, training, delegation of authority and job efficacy.

Foodservice Employee Job Satisfaction in 14 Hospital Food Service Systems (병원 급식종사원의 직무만족도에 관한 연구)

  • Recently hospital food service systems are often burdened with labour problems including employee job dissatisfaction, high labour costs and turn over. It is essential that these factors should be considered in developing for assuring palatable, nutritious, and safe feeding. A survey of 14 hospital conventional food service systems was undertaken and detailed information was collected from 390 catering staff. Foodservice employee satisfaction was evaluated by measuring employee job attitudes towards five aspects of their job using the Job Description Index(JDI). The food serive workers surveyed in this research were less satisfied with their jobs than are other types of workers in other industries. The demographic variables including age, length of employment and kinds of work were significantly related to job satisfaction. It was also found that catering staff in 14 hospitals surveyed were more satisfied with their interpersonal relations with supervisions and co-workers than with work content, pay and promotional opportunities.

  • This empirical study examines the current status of TqM implementation in Korean service industry The data were collected from employes in hotels located in Seoul, korea with the questionnaire. The several statistical method such as t-test multiple regression were used for analysis. The major findings include the followings : First TQM practices have become common in Korean hotel industry. Second, There exist significant TQM factors which effect on customer satisfaction. For the high level hotel group supplier management, quality data management employee relations, and training are important factors for customer satisfaction while top management role and employee relations are significant factors for low level hotel group.

  • The main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of QUMR to job attitude and job performance from a industrial relations management point of view. Concretely, it is confirmed whether there are effects of QUMR to organizational commitment, turnover intention and job performance of employee and whether there is a moderating effect of union membership status between QUMR and organizational commitment, QUMR and turnover intention, QUMR and job performance of employee. As a result of this study, firstly, there is a positive effect of QUMR to organizational commitment. Secondly, QUMR effects to turnover intention negatively. Thirdly, QUMR effects to job performance positively. Lastly, there is no moderating effect according to union membership status. On the basis of these study results, I suggested alternatives of business strategy for effective industrial relations management.

  • The corporate restructuring following the economic crisis in Korea has brought about fundamental changes in the structure and practice of employment relations. However the lack of information on processes and consequences of such changes hinder the appropriate policy making on shop-floor industrial relations. Correct assessment of realities an effective policy making require information on human resource management practices and structure of employment relations at the workplace level. This paper critically examines the experiences of workplace-employee integrated surveys carried out in advanced countries including Australia, Canada, and Britain, to extract methodological implications for such survey in Korea. We focus on the backgrounds of the surveys and practical issues involved in multi-level, longitudinal survey design.

First of all, employee has to not only effort to productivity improvement, but also voluntarily capacity improvement. These changes are hot issues to employee as well as to manager. Also, Government role is very important. They provide to constructive infra and human resource management should be develop as well as supported to knowledge based employee in socially responsible management. Finally, new labor relations culture' practice can effort the growth to improve upgrading strategy the sound labor-manager.
