정보다양성 수용 정도가 종업원 태도에 미치는 영향 : 상사소통 및 동료소통의 조절효과 (The Effect of Informational Diversity-Sensitive Orientation on Employee Attitudes : The Moderating Effects of Supervisory Communication & Co-Worker Communication)

  • 본 연구는 정보다양성 수용 정도와 종업원 태도간의 관계에서 조직 내 대인간 소통의 긍정적인 조절효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 최근 전 세계적으로 조직 내 다양성이 증대되고 있는 상황에서 국내 조직에서도 인적구성의 다양성이 심화되고 있다. 따라서 조직 내 다양성 관리를 어떻게 하느냐에 따라 조직성과에 미치는 영향이 달라질 수 있다. 기존 다양성 연구들은 객관적인 다양성 특성의 분산에만 초점을 맞추고 있기 때문에 혼재된 연구결과들을 도출하고 있다. 본 연구는 기존 다양성 연구들의 불일치된 연구결과들을 극복하기 위해 구성원들이 다양성을 어떻게 지각하는지에 대해 관심을 두고자 하였으며, 이를 위해 정보다양성 수용 정도라는 변수를 활용하였다. 분석을 위해 국내기업에 종사하는 301명의 조직구성원들을 대상으로 위계적 회귀분석을 활용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 정보다양성 수용 정도는 직무만족과 조직몰입에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 소통의 조절효과에서는 동료와의 소통에서만 긍정적인 조절효과가 검증되어 소통 유형에 따라 변수들에 미치는 영향력이 다름을 확인하였다. 연구결과를 토대로 연구의 시사점과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

의류업체에서 내부 마케팅의 영향 요인이 내부 성과와 외부 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Internal Marketing on Apparal Firms' Performance)

  • The major aim of this study was to find factors that effectively improve the satisfaction of apparel firms' employees who are the internal customer and how these factors affect customer satisfaction. The subjects of the study was salespeople working at major women's apparel retail outlets and their customers located in Seoul. A data from 192 questionnaire were used for the final analysis. Descriptive statistics, factorial analysis, Cronbach's a, Person's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression were conducted. The results indicated that factors influenced by internal marketing were recruitmenteducation training, power endorsement, internal communication, CEO's management style and human resource management Regression analysis results indicated that recruitmenteducation training and power endorsement significantly influenced internal performance of the organization (employee's commitment to and satisfaction with the organization). Employee's commitment significantly influenced external performance of the organization, consumer satisfaction where as employees' satisfaction with the organization did not have significant effect.

서비스이익사슬 모형을 적용한 외식업의 구조적 관계와 경영전략에 관한 연구: 직원과 고객을 중심으로 (A Study on Management Strategies and Structural Relationships in the Restaurant Industry Using the Service Profit Chain)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 서비스이익사슬 모형을 국내외식업에 적용하여 내부서비스품질, 직원만족, 조직몰입 등의 직원 구성개념들과 서비스 가치, 고객만족, 고객충성도 등의 고객 구성개념들 간의 관계를 살펴보고, 효과적인 외식기업 경영전략을 제시하는 것이다. 전술한 목적을 수행하기 위하여, 본 연구는 한국음식업중앙회와 협의한 결과, 대구광역시지회에서 연구 참여의사를 밝혔고, 그 결과 51개 외식업체가 참여의사를 밝혔고, 최초 표본으로 추출되었다. 또한, 다른 레스토랑의 소개를 부탁하는 스노우볼 샘플링 방법으로 49개 외식업체를 추가 선정하여 최종 100개 외식업체의 직원과 고객이 조사되었다. 직원설문지 741부와 고객설문지 970부가 최종분석에 사용되었다. 분석결과, 내부서비스품질의 요인들 중 팀워크와 커뮤니케이션이 직원만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 직원만족은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직몰입은 고객의 지각된 가치에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 지각된 가치는 고객만족과 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 고객만족은 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The Positive Impact of Corporate Ethical Management on Employee Performance

  • Purpose: Prior studies regarding ethical management on worker's performance have primarily focused on specific industries or regions, potentially limiting the generalizability. This gap in knowledge underscores the need for a comprehensive investigation that considers a diverse range of industries and thoroughly examines the multifaceted aspects of ethical management. Research design, data and methodology: The academic search platform used for this study was 'Google Scholar', 'Scopus', and 'Web of Science' indexes various scholarly articles, including peer-reviewed journals and books. By utilizing specific search terms such as "corporate ethical management" and "employee performance," a vast pool of relevant studies was identified. Results: The findings indicated four effects: first, a positive correlation between ethical management practices and heightened employee motivation and engagement; second, an augmentation in organizational commitment and job satisfaction among employees; third, a reduction in turnover rates, indicating enhanced employee retention; and fourth, an elevation in overall productivity and performance outcomes. Conclusions: In sum, this study offers actionable insights, advocating for adopting and reinforcing ethical management strategies as a potent means to foster a high-performance work culture. These encompass fostering a robust ethical framework, cultivating a culture of transparency and open communication, and providing avenues for employees to voice ethical concerns without fear of retribution.

The Relation between Organizational Effectiveness, Relationship and Organizational Culture of Financial Industry Employees in Korea and Moderating Effect of Job Characteristic1

  • Purpose - As the interest of financial aria increase in economic change and labor market change, this study focused on the employee of the financial aria in Korea. The purpose of this study is to analyses relation among relationship variable and organizational culture variable and organizational effectiveness of financial aria employees in Korea. Research design, data, and methodology - This study measured relationship variable with communication and trust. And measured organizational culture variable with innovation, relation, hierarchy and rational. And measured organizational effectiveness with job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Empirical analysis is conducted using 442 financial aria employees of 7th HCCP in KRIVET. And SPSS is used in frequency and stepwise regression test and AMOS is used in path analysis with group differentiation test. Results - Overall results show that trust and relation culture give positive influence on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment results show that relation culture and rational culture give positive influence and also job satisfaction. However, hierarchy culture gives negative influence on organizational commitment. Also, the moderating effect of work characteristics is significant. Conclusions -Result of this study give managerial implication to HRM and also expend inflected organizational culture study to financial aria in Korea. Especially gives insight to relationship, organizational culture and organizational effectiveness. And management differentiation needs between work characteristic.

중소도시 상권 활성화를 위한 패션가두점 내부마케팅이 판매원의 고객지향성에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Internal Marketing of Fashion Store on Customer Orientation of Salespeople)

  • This study shows the necessity of internal marketing activities and the need for effective internal marketing programs for fashion shop. This research tests the hypothesized relationships between internal marketing and its determinants such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and customer orientation. To measure these hypotheses, a total 200 questionnaires were distributed and 185 were collected. Finally, 163 questionnaires were used for the analysis, while 22 were found invalid. The frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression were conducted after coding and cleaning by SPSS 18.0. The internal marketing activities were classified into five factors (internal communication, welfare system, empowerment, educational training program, and incentive system). The results of this study are as follow. First, internal marketing activities have a positive influence on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, job satisfaction has an effect on organizational commitment. Third, internal marketing activities, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment have a positive influence on customer orientation. Accordingly, it should raise the standard of customer orientation, if it is promote the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employee through internal marketing activities such as internal communication and empowerment.

조직구성원의 웰빙이 조직이 혁신성 및 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Employee Well-being on Organizational Innovativeness and Performance)

  • 본 논문은 통제나 시스템, 제도의 개선 등 외재적 방법이 아닌 조직구성원의 마음을 얻는 근본적인 방안이 제고되어야 한다는 생각으로 조직구성원이 근로생활에서 느끼는 웰빙을 혁신성 제고의 주요 요인으로 보고 이에 대한 검증을 시도하였다. 국내 기업 조직구성원들을 대상으로 설문조사 한 것을 분석한 결과, 본 연구에서 웰빙의 구성요인으로 선택한 상사신뢰, 의사소통, 직무만족, 조직몰입은 모두 조직의 혁신성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이 영향력은 다시 신제품 개발능력으로 이어져 조직의 혁신성이 신제품 개발능력에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 그동안 조직의 혁신성에 대한 선행연구들에서 영향요인으로 고려되지 않던 '구성원의 웰빙'을 중심으로 조직 혁신성에 대한 새로운 모델을 제시하고 검증하였다는 그 의의가 있다고 하겠다.

패밀리 레스토랑 인적자원의 효율적인 관리방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Efficient Management Plan of Family Restaurant Employee)

  • This is the study about the efficient operation management of family restaurant employee. This study focus on the establishment and proposal of the efficient management plan of family restaurant industry's worker by the result which was analyzed statistically. In the side of employee's management, It will have to try to become accomplished a policy of public welfare possible to understand and the both direction communication that it will be able to understand with each other to understand. Also the possibility of incentive in order to be, must endeavor as continuation of the holiday duration when is not the money compensation which is simple even from compensation dimension, the holiday system which is various. In the side of employee's development training as providing the chance possibility of ability development there is a possibility where a satisfaction the business enterprise of family restaurant industry's worker will lead and occupation it will feel and the continuous training against the field which the oneself inside the store is keeping it leads and the knowledge. In the conclusion, the study of the human resources and the efficient human resources who is the possibility the manager and worker for being satisfactory should be go on.

  • 내부 마케팅은 서비스의 질과 고객 만족을 높이기 위한 방법으로 사용되어 왔다. 그러나, 내부 마케팅의 정의와 그 적용은 연구자에 따라 다르게 사용되어 왔다. 따라서, 본 연구의 목적은 외식 산업에서 사용 가능한 내부 마케팅 요소를 개발하는 것이다. 본 연구는 웹 설문지를 통하여 405개의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 기존 연구 논문을 바탕으로 다섯 개의 내부 마케팅 요소(비전, 개발, 보상, 동기 부여, 사내 커뮤니케이션)가 채택되었고, 자료 분석, 결과 다섯 개의 내부 마케팅 요소는 직원의 직업 만족도를 향상시키는 데 큰 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다.

Distribution of Six Major Factors Enhancing Organizational Effectiveness

  • Purpose: Achieving organizational effectiveness is the ultimate goal that every business entity or institution targets. To achieve this, organizations need to consider various factors that have an impact on their performance. This article analyzes the distribution influence of six main elements that have a central role in shaping sustainable organizational effectiveness, which are organizational culture, job satisfaction, interpersonal communication, talent management, knowledge management, and information technology. Research Design Data and Methodology: This research uses a quantitative approach, focusing on manufacturing companies located in Surabaya as the main object, involving twenty manufacturing companies as research targets, and 10 employees in each company. The sample selection process was carried out through the application of random sampling techniques. The analysis in this research uses the multiple linear regression method and uses SPSS version 26 software. Results: Distribution of six major factors used in this research are related to each other and contribute significantly to overall organizational effectiveness. Conclusion: Organizations that can combine the distribution of a positive culture, prioritize employee satisfaction, encourage effective communication, manage talent and knowledge efficiently, and utilize information technology wisely will have greater potential to achieve their goals and survive in the intensely competitive business environment.
