치과위생사의 직무스트레스, 감정노동이 지각된 건강상태에 미치는 영향 (The effects of job stress and emotional labor on Perceptive health status of dental hygienist's)

  • Objectives: This study aims to understand the effects of job stress and emotional labor on perceptive health status of dental hygienist's. And provide basic data by for establishing the plan for the effective management of job stress and emotional labor and the promotion of health. Methods: Self-evaluation questionnaires were surveyed for 441 dental hygienist's who agreed to participate in the survey, using questionnaires used in the preceding study were modified and complemented. We analyzed the data with frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, chi-square test와 ANOVA, Spearman correlation coefficient by using IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 (IBM Co., Armonk, NY, USA). The significance level for significance was set at 0.05. Results: health status were job stress, emotional labor significant negative correlation. The factors having significant effects on health problem were physical health status, the job culture of job stress, lack of job autonomy, organizational instability, and workplace culture. In addition, social health status was affected by emotional expressionism, relationship conflict, organizational instability, organizational system, and workplace culture. Conclusion: Recognizing the importance of the management of job stress and emotional labor in the working environment to dental clinic and hospital managers and managerial dental hygienists, a dental hygienist health promotion intervention program is needed to mitigate and cope with job stress and emotional labor.

감정 노동에서 표현 규칙의 공정성에 대한 지각과 문제 중심 스트레스 대처의 조절효과에 관한 연구 (The Moderating Effects of Display Rule Fairness Perception and Problem-Focused Stress Coping on Emotional Labor)

  • The moderators that relieve negative effects of emotional labor have been studied such as job characteristics and situational variables. But as reviewing these studies, they focused on the degree of emotional on certain condition, there's no distinction between that degree and moderating effects. So we should focus on the moderating variables as a organizational involvement. In this study, I hypnotized the mediating effect of job stress between emotional labor and organizational effectiveness. Then I explored moderating role of 'fairness perception of emotional labor' and 'problem-focused stress coping'. This study tested these relationships using data from 166 employees of domestic security service company. From this data, I found that emotional labor increases job stress and job stress fully mediates the relationship between individual attitude(job satisfaction, turnover intention). And one who perceives display rule fairer, feels less job stress than who is not. Lastly, one who copes more problem-focused when he/she experiences job stress, have less negative effect on turnover intention.

  • Objectives : This study was to investigate the level of emotional labor and stress on job satisfaction and the significant factors influencing job satisfaction in oral health professional. Methods : Data were obtained from a cross-sectional survey of 297 oral health professional(mean age=$29.95{\pm}8.10$). Participants in the study were recruited when they attended the dental health form in Gwangju. Emotional labor was classified into two factors: external, inner. Stress consisted of four factors: sleep disorder&anxiety, self-confidence, health&vital, social role work. job satisfaction included growth development, stability chase. The data was analysed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression. Results : The mean score of emotional labor and score was 3.13 out of a maximum 7 points. job satisfaction was negatively correlated with emotional labor and stress. job satisfaction explained 32.0%. Conclusions : Based on the findings, The emotional labor and stress was correlated with job satisfaction. These results suggest that further development should be continued to develop the effective emotional labor and stress to improve the job satisfaction of oral healthcare professional.

Efficient Emotional Relaxation Framework with Anisotropic Features Based Dijkstra Algorithm

  • 본 논문에서는 비등방성 특징 기반의 다익스트라 알고리즘(Dijkstra algorithm)을 이용한 효율적인 감성 완화 프레임워크를 제안한다. 감성을 완화시키는 것은 감성 분석만큼이나 중요하며, 사람의 우울함이나 외로움을 자동으로 완화시켜줄 수 있는 프레임워크로써 인간과 컴퓨터의 상호작용(HCI, Human-Computer Interaction)측면에서도 매우 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 1) 마이크로소프트의 Emotion API를 이용하여 얼굴 표정으로부터 변화하는 감정값을 계산하고, 2) 이 감정값의 차이를 이용하여 우울이나 외로움 같은 이상 감정을 인지한다. 3) 마지막으로, 감성 히스토그램과 비등방성 특성을 고려한 감정 메시 기반의 매칭 과정을 거침으로써 사용자에게 완화된 감성이 내포된 이미지들을 제시해준다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 기법은 얼굴 영상을 이용하여 사용자가 쉽게 감성의 변화를 인지하고, 완화된 감성으로 감정을 트레이닝 할 수 있는 시스템이다.

  • Furniture in the modern living environment, inclusive the importance of its practical value, is a plastic element of indoor space, and its artistic value also holds an important position. Moreover, emotional design based on the emotional engineering in a structural change of modern society such as urbanization, small family, aging society is proposed as an important keyword in the modern design. Namely, furniture as an component of modern residential space has been advanced as a human-oriented environmental element considering people's emotional and mental value to the functional satisfaction and artistic and emotional satisfaction. Furniture is a living tool that is much contacted to people, which affects highly on people's body and mind. This means that people's volition action can be naturally induced by furniture design, and that furniture can display a role as an active tool of means to make people's interpersonal communication and interchange. Namely, I think furniture design of emotional interchange that understands furniture user's pattern behavior and pattern, and observes furniture form and structure and functionality on users' relationship affecting on people's emotional stability and interpersonal interchange of emotion, as an indispensable element necessary for producing more human and prosperous environment of life.

  • This study is looking to do a new model which overcomes emotional isolation phenomenons of aged people through using an advanced technology in our community approaching an aging society. Senior welfare has been oriented to economically, medically supported welfare model so far. An ageing society going on, even if the scale of welfare cost is bigger and bigger, the level of satisfaction has been decreasing. This is the fact that the expansion of economical support for the aged in emotional alienation is not only a solution for them suffering from emotional isolation phenomenons, which requires a new model for senior welfare. Above all, because the senior welfare oriented to economically, medically supported welfare model can not be continued any more, a new model is required to be sustainable in national finance. This study has a purpose that recovers emotional life of the aged, improves their quality of life, and offers emotional welfare model to be sustainable economically.

Composition of the Multi-Purposed Emotional Space for Activating Idle Offices in Original Urban Block

  • This study focuses on the human-centered diversity that is one of the important value in modern society, and the method to apply various demands for architectural space. Human begins pursue new contents and leisurely life all the time and live toward the period of high emotion with personal characteristics. With those social trends, people aggressively request subjects to satisfy their emotional attractiveness as well as comforts and pleasures beyond the functional basic requirements in space. Many studies and projects about emotion have been progressed in the fields of architectural planning and design these days. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to suggest the Multi-Purposed Emotional Space as a new alternative of space renewal that satisfy both functional programs and users emotional demands. Method: For this research, the pervious researches were investigated first to determine essential methodology and terminology to estimate and construct the multi-purposed emotional space. Result: According to survey, the multi-purposed emotional space could finally be classified by emotional words, and the results of experiment were applied for building spaces. By the above process, types of the multi-purposed emotional space and design guidelines could be suggested.

응급실 간호사의 감정노동, 건강증진행위 및 직무만족도 영향 요인 (Factors Affecting Job Satisfaction, Emotional Labor and Health Promotion Behavior of Emergency Room Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was attempted to identify the emotional labor, health promotion behavior, and job satisfaction of emergency room nurses in general hospitals. Basic data were provided on the development of interventions to reduce negative consequences of emotional labor, improve nurse health and improve job satisfaction, and provide effective management of nursing staff. Methods: The study conducted a survey on the use of the survey program of D, N and J, and the research objective was understood by more than 6 months of experience at 8 general hospitals. Results: Nurses' emotional labor and health promotion have been shown to have significant effects on job satisfaction. Factors affecting job satisfaction included health promotion behaviors, emotional labor, and gender, among which emotional labor was affected significantly by a wealth, and health promotion was a significant cause of justice. Conclusion: Job satisfaction will increase if nurses lower their emotional labor and raise the level of practice for health promotion. Therefore, a mediation program is needed to reduce the level of emotional labor of nurses, which can provide an opportunity for them to practice health promotion activities and improve the job satisfaction of nurses.
