중국 IT기업의 종업원 감성지능이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 조직문화인식을 매개효과로 (The Effect of Emotional Intelligence on Job Satisfaction in China IT Corporation : The Mediating Effect of Organization Culture Awareness)

  • Popular business magazines continue to highlight the employee's emotional intelligence in the organization. The purpose of this study is to explore a mediation mechanism of the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction in China IT corporation. For this, this study focused on examining the influential relationship between employee's emotional intelligence, Awareness of Self-Emotion, Awareness of other-Emotion, Emotion management, Emotion Control and job satisfaction and the mediating effect of organization culture awareness upon the relationship. Study findings are as follows : First, China IT corporation employee emotional intelligence has a significant positive(+) effect on job satisfaction and is partially supported organization culture awareness. Second, organization culture awareness has partially mediated effect on relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction. In this study, the more employee's emotional intelligence have a positive impact on job satisfaction and organizational culture. We can designing a support program that emotional intelligence and organization culture awareness for China IT corporation employees will have direct influence upon job satisfaction. Employee's great talent to make good use of elements of emotional intelligence that promote the work environment and their's condition and the relationship between employee and employee.

Statistical Hierarchical Analysis of Children Emotional Intelligence's Effects on Mural Preference, Emotion Cultivation, and Community Connection

  • To explore effects on each the emotional awareness, emotional expression, emotional empathy, and emotional regulation, of the sub-factors of the child's emotional intelligence, to mural preference, emotion cultivation, and community connection, the hierarchical multiple regression analyses are performed(as in Table 1, 2, and 3). As the results, we found the following facts. Children's mural preference, emotion cultivation, and community connection were expressed by the following equations in order, respectively. 중국 에스테틱샵의 감성마케팅이 브랜드 인지도 및 관계지속성에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Emotional Marketing on Brand Awareness and Relationship Continuity in Aesthetic Salons in China)

  • This study aimed to unveil the causality between the emotional marketing of aesthetic salons and brand awareness/relationship continuity in Chinese female consumers. For data collection, a self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among adult women in their 20s or older in Liaoning Province, China, from February 2 to 18, 2023, using WeChat. From a total of 431distributed questionnaires, 393 copies were collected. Then, 369 copies, excluding 24 poorly answered ones, were used for the final analysis. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and the summary of the results of the study is as follows. First, in emotional marketing, sight, smell, hearing, and taste had a positive(+) influence on both cognitive and affective experiences. Second, in emotional marketing, sight, smell, and taste displayed a positive(+) effect on relationship continuity. Third, in brand awareness, both cognitive and affective experiences showed a positive(+) effect on relationship continuity. Collectively, this means that the higher the cognitive and emotional marketing of brand awareness, the higher the relationship continuity persistence. This study confirmed the causality among the emotional marketing of aesthetic salons, brand awareness, and relationship continuity; sight and taste were key factors that influenced brand awareness and relationship continuity. In addition, hearing and smell were important, influencing the relationships among variables.

간호대학생의 정서인식, 정서표현양면성, 정서조절이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Emotional Awareness, Ambivalence over Emotional Expressiveness and Emotional Regulation Style on Nursing Student Adjustment)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify influence of emotional awareness, ambivalence over emotional expressiveness and emotional regulation style on nursing student adjustment. Method: One hundred and sixty nine nursing students completed the questionnaires from May to June, 2013. Data analysis was done using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression with SAS v 9.3. Results: Ambivalence over positive emotional expressiveness, motivation of application for nursing-aptitude, emotional awareness-mood labeling, avoidant/distractive style of emotion regulation, and parents-both alive were identified as factors influencing nursing student adjustment. The model explained 37% of variance in nursing student adjustment. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that programs for promoting mood labeling and reducing ambivalence over positive emotional expressiveness and avoidant/distractive style of emotion regulation are important for college adjustment in nursing students. In addition, aptitude test for nursing applicants can be considered.

유치원에서의 감성교육 활동이 유아의 정서지능에 미치는 영향 (Activities for the Education of the Emotions : Effects on the Emotional Intelligence of Kindergarten Children)

  • An experimental group consisting of 15 boys and 13 girls, and a control group of 12 boys and 18 girls comprised the 58 five-year-old kindergarten sample of this study. Teachers measured children's emotional intelligence with the Emotional Intelligence Rating Scale(Kim, 1998); educational activities for the emotions focusing on self-awareness, self-management, self-motivation, empathy, and social skills were carried out with the experimental group. ANCOVA confirmed effectiveness of the educational activities; the experimental group had higher scores than the control group on self-awareness and expression of emotion, emotional regulation, and awareness of others' emotion. Children of the experimental group also showed higher interpersonal abilities in teacher and in peer relationships than the control group.

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 자기인식, 공감능력, 감성지능과 대인관계역량의 관계에서 의사소통능력의 매개효과에 대하여 알아보기 위하여 시도된 연구이다. 자기인식, 공감능력, 감성지능, 의사소통능력과 대인관계역량은 구조화된 자가보고식 설문지를 사용하였다. 자료는 2019년 9월 1일부터 12월 16일까지 J, K 도시의 282명의 간호대학생으로부터 자료를 수집하였다. 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 3단계의 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 자기인식, 공감능력, 감성지능과 의사소통능력은 간호대학생의 대인관계역량과 양의 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 의사소통능력은 자기인식, 공감능력과 감성지능과 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 또한, 의사소통능력은 자기인식, 공감능력, 감성지능과 대인관계역량과의 관계에서 부분 매개효과가 있었다. 본 연구는 대인관계역량을 개선시키기 위한 프로그램 개발 시 자기인식, 공감능력, 감성지능과 의사소통능력을 함께 증진시킬 수 있는 보다 효과적인 발전전략이 필요하다는 것을 제시하고 있다.

  • 본 연구는 간호대학신입생의 정서인식, 정서표현, 정서표현양면성과 대학생활적응을 확인하고 대학생활 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 수행되었다. 연구대상은 4년제 대학 2곳에 재학 중인 간호학과 신입생 159명이었고, 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2012년 5월 20일부터 6월10일까지 자료조사를 실시하였다. 대학생활적응은 정서주의와 정서명명과는 유의미한 양의 상관관계를 보였고, 긍정표현에 대한 양면성과 부정표현에 대한 양면성과는 유의미한 음의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 대학생활적응에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 정서주의였으며, 정서주의, 긍정표현에 대한 양면성, 부정표현에 대한 양면성, 정서명명은 대학생활 적응에 대해 31.8%의 설명력을 나타내었다. 간호대학신입생의 대학생활적응 향상을 위해서 정서인식 및 정서표현양면성을 돕는 교육 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.

내시경검사 대상자의 정보인지, 불안, 불편 및 정보의 가치 (Awareness of Information, Anxiety, Distress, and Perceived Value of Information in Patients undergoing Endoscopic Examination)

  • Purpose: A descriptive study was conducted to identify awareness of information, emotional distress, behavioral distress, and perceived value of information in clients who were scheduled for endoscopic examinations, and to determine correlations between the variables. Method: Participants were 87 clients who were scheduled for endoscopic examinations; gastroscopy, bronchoscopy, and colonoscopy. The questionnaires were collected from September to December, 2002 by a trained nurse. Self reports, interviews, and observations were used. Data were analyzed with frequencies, percentages, means, Pearson correlation coefficients, ANOVA, and Scheffe post test using the SPSS/PC 9.0. Result: The score for awareness of information was 17.46, state anxiety was 47.26, emotional distress during exam was 2.90, behavioral distress was 11.18, and perceived value of information was 4.21, Clients aged above 60 showed significantly lower awareness of information than other groups. Clients undergoing broncoscopy reported significantly higher emotional distress during the ekam than subjects for colonoscopy. Clients undergoing gastroscopy showed significantly higher behavioral distress than any of the others. There were no relationships between awareness of information and anxiety, but, a significant positive relationship was found between anxiety and emotional distress during exam, between emotional distress and behavioral distress, and between awareness of information and perceived value of information. Conclusion: Awareness of information by the clients through provision of an educational booklet was low, and clients showed moderate level of state anxiety. Research studies are needed to compare providing information with other interventions for comfortable progress of endoscopic examinations. Especially specific strategies should be established for elderly clients to facilitate awareness of information.

초등학생의 사회인식 및 대인관계 능력 함양을 위한 도덕교육의 통합적인 방안 연구 (A Study on the integrative ways of moral education for the building of children's social awareness and relationship skills)

  • 본 연구는 사회·정서적 학습 이론(the social and emotional learning, SEL)에 근거를 두고 초등 도덕교육의 목표인 초등학생들의 "바르고 선한 인성(character)"을 어떻게 하면 보다 효과적으로 함양할 것인가? 의 물음에 답하기 위해, 사회·정서적 능력 중에서도 특히 사회적 인식(social awareness) 및 대인 관계 기술(relationship skill) 함양에 초점을 두고 탐구하였다. 본 연구가 SEL에 토대를 두고자 하는 이유는 초등학생들의 도덕성 발달이란 도덕적 지식(앎)의 발달만으로 가능하지 않고, 도덕적 지식을 행동으로 옮기는데 있어 중요한 가교의 역할(예를 들면, 자동차가 움직이기 위해 연료가 필수적이듯이 일종의 도덕적 에너지의 역할)을 하고 있는 사회·정서적 능력의 발달이 병행될 때 가능한 바, 그동안 우리나라 도덕교육에서는 이러한 사회·정서적 능력 혹은 도덕적 감정의 필요성에 대해 강조하면서도 이를 어떻게 하면 효과적으로 교육할 것인가에 대해 구체적인 실천 방안 마련이 미흡하였기 때문이다. 초등학생들의 사회 인식 및 대인 관계 능력 함양의 모색은 도덕과 수업을 통한 방안과 도덕과 수업 이외의 활동을 통한 방안을 중심으로 구안하였다.

종합병원에 근무하는 간호인력의 감성리더십과 조직성과 간의 관계 (The relationship between emotional intelligence in leadership and organizational performance of nurses in general hospitals)

  • In order to effectively attain the objectives of an organization, it is important for the leader to provide an environment where members can co-exist and mutually advance, and also to have an emotional impact on them. This study examines the structural relationship among emotional intelligence in leadership, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, turnover intention, and organizational performance effects of emotional leadership in the nursing profession of a general hospital. A structured questionnaire was sent to 550 nurses in 11 general hospitals in Seoul Metropolitan City, among which 350 responses were used in the analysis. The independent variable, emotional intelligence in leadership, was measured by 18 items, including self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness and relationship management. The dependent variable, organizational effectiveness, consisted of 46 items, including 15 items regarding organizational commitment, 20 items on job satisfaction, 3 items on turnover intention and 8 items on organizational performance. The structural equation modeling technique was used to identify the impact of emotional intelligence in leadership on organizational effectiveness. The results of the analysis show that the emotional intelligence in leadership of superior nurses has a significant impact on the nurses'organizational commitment and job satisfaction. While the direct effect on turnover intention and organizational performance was not significantly high, organizational commitment and job satisfaction were parameters in low turnover intention and high job performance. In conclusion, emotional intelligence in leadership is critical as nursing services in hospitals are based on interpersonal relationships. Therefore, by developing appropriate programs and training, hospitals can anticipate improved self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness and relationship management of nurses, and further improve the effectiveness of the nursing profession.
