40세 이상 과민성방광 여성 환자의 의료이용 결정요인에 관한 연구 - 임상시험 참여자를 중심으로 - (A Study on Factors Influencing Medical Treatment Decision-Making for Overactive Bladders in Female Patients over 40 - Data from Clinical Trial Participants -)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study is to determine associated factors affecting the utilization of Medical Care for an overactive bladder. Methods: Total 114 women with overactive bladder participated in this study. Patients were categorized in two groups, the patients with treatment experiences for an overactive bladder(n=40) and without treatment experiences for an overactive bladder(n=74). Patients completed Overactive Bladder Severity Score, Beck Depression Inventory, King's Health Questionnaire, and questionnaires on treatment experience. The results were analysed using SPSS for Windows 12.0k. All statistical tests were two-sided with a p-value < 0.05 being significant. Results: Patients with treatment experience had a greater score on KHQ, OABSS, BDI and had longer symptom duration period than those without treatment experience. And only Impact of Life(P=0.004), Role Limitation(P=0.004), Social Limitation(P=0.007), Emotion(P=0.035), Sleep/Energy(P=0.001), Incontinence Severity Measures(P=0.012) among KHQ domains were statistically significant difference between two groups. Conclusions: The most influencing factor associated with utilization of Medical Service in overactive bladder is the impact of the patient's quality of life.

이혼수형자대상 갈등대처기법 프로그램의 효과 (The Effect of the Correctional Program that Deals with the Conflicts of the Divorced Inmates)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 교정시험에 수용된 이혼수형자들을 대상으로 향후 재혼 등에 대비하여 부부갈등시 현명하게 대처할 수 있는 방안을 가질 수 있도록 유도하는데 초점을 두었다. 본 프로그램은 총 10회기로 구성되었으며, 초기 참여자는 6명이었으나, 최종 사후검사까지 마친 참여자는 5명이었다. 프로그램의 진행내용을 보면, 먼저 자기소개 중 별칭짓기에서는 참여자들이 별칭을 선정하는 기준이 대부분 개인적 경험이나 정서를 표현할 수 있는 단어들을 선호한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 10회기에 걸친 프로그램의 진행을 마친 후 프로그램의 효과를 측정하기 위하여 갈등 대처기법척도검사를 사전, 사후로 실시하였다. 그 결과를 참여자별로 보면, ‘인내’ 와 ‘실로암’ 은 사전검사에서는 감정표출의 갈등대처기법을 많이 사용하던 것이 사후에는 이성적 대처를 더 많이 사용하는 것으로 변화되었음을 알 수 있다. ‘바다’ 와 ‘진’, ‘탄생’ 의 경우는 갈등상황에 사전검사에서는 이성적 대처 기법을 사용하는 정도가 높았는데, 프로그램 진행 후 사후검사에서 더 높아졌음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구를 통하여 알 수 있는 것은 이혼수형자를 대상으로 한 갈등대처기법 교정프로그램이 참여자들의 갈등상황에서 효과적으로 대처하는 기술과 능력을 향상시켜 주는데 효과를 거둘 수 있다는 것을 시사한다.

  • Making of agreement with participation subjects is important process laying stress on presentation and a reasonable design guide line to form space order grant and synthetic space in Housing Complex plan. Architect who confer most Designs of 5 architects is 'Jean Michel Wilmott' and 'Shigeru Ban' 2) contents that confer much in plan main conduct and unit generation were details plan. Contents that is conferred with many architects are about door/core/rooftop be and asked a question about proper size of entrance. Negotiation about size was expose to the tribe of knowledge about element that do furniture and detail of necessary each space in life style of our country. We must present furnitures or detail element that appear by emotion of our country and detailed item of furnitures' size etc.. in guide line. It is immediate that creation of guide that architects can approach easily for lacking abroad architects of interests by code difference in each country is pressing. 3) In residing plan 4 architects of 5 architects applied similarly guide line in design. Most architects look by active support that make synthetic housing complex. and this is construed that act positively to make by unified residing. That plan of woods or landscape architecture and security of green area space are thing to approach on 'Environment-friendly mode of life residing only' that is general planning subject of 'Bongmu-dong town house'. 4) common question items of architects guide line of though is refered definitely when make out effective interests plan. Design and Empirical Study of an Online Education Platform Based on B2B2C, Focusing on the Perspective of Art Education

  • The purpose of this study is to provide instructive theoretical models for art (music) education institutions especially when unpredictable risks, such as pandemics, occur again. Based on the customer behavior theory of the business-to-business-to-customer (B2B2C) platform, and in combination with the technology acceptance model (TAM) and expectation confirmation model (ECM), this study proposes an online education model from the perspective of art education. The framework is based on the three decision-making processes of the customer, and includes the product owner, content owner, and customer area. This paper highlights the factors that influence customers in making decisions when art education institutions are product owners. Regression analysis was introduced to study the factors influencing the expectation confirmation, and the overall fitting testing and six hypotheses testing of 385 effective samples were performed using the structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that the course-design and after-service positively influenced the expectation confirmation, and the domain image positively influenced the continuance behavior. Negative emotions skipped the mediator (expectation confirmation) and directly exerted a significant negative impact on customers' willingness to continue system usage (continuance behavior). In addition, expectation confirmation positively influenced continuance behavior. The paths of detailed items comprising course-design, after-service, and negative emotion were also analyzed and discussed. In this path analysis, ordinary art learners did not believe that AI partners can play a very good auxiliary role. The findings contribute to the scope of information systems acting as an art education platform academically, and provide effective and theoretical support for the actual operation of art education institutions.

시스템다이내믹스를 이용한 신규간호사의 조직사회화과정 모델 개발 (The Development of an Organizational Socialization Process Model for New Nurses using a System Dynamics Approach)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the problems and relevant variables for effective Organizational Socialization of new nurses, to produce a causal map, to build up a simulation model and to test its validity. Method: The basic data was collected from Sep. 2002 to July 2003. The Organizational Socialization process of new nurses was analyzed through a model simulation. The VENSIM 5.0b DSS program was used to develop the study model. Result: This Model shows interrelation of these result variables: organizational commitment, job satisfaction, job performance, intention of leaving the work setting, decision making ability, and general results of Organizational Socialization. The model's factors are characteristic of organization and individual values, task-related knowledge and skills, and emotion and communication that affects new nurses' socialization process. These elements go through processes of anticipatory socialization, encounter, change and acquisition. The Model was devised to induce effective Organizational Socialization results within 24 months of its implementation. The basic model is the most efficient and will also contribute to the development of knowledge in the body of nursing. Conclusion: This study will provide proper direction for new Nurse's Organizational Socialization. Therefore, developing an Organizational Socialization Process Model is meaningful in a sense that it could provide a framework that could create effective Organizational Socialization for new nurses.

열다한소탕과 태음조위탕·조위승청탕의 소증 분석을 위한 의사결정나무 구성 (The Decision Tree to Analyze the Cases' Ordinary Symptoms Prescribed Yeoldahanso-tang and Taeeumjowi-tang·Choweseuncheng-tang)

  • Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the decision making process of prescribing Yeoldahanso-tang and Taeeumjowi-tang Choweseuncheng-tang using decision tree. Methods We used collected the prospective clinical data of TE type from September 2012 to July 2015. In this study, we used gender, BMI, blood pressure, pulse and clinical symptoms (digestion, sweat, defecation, urination, sleep, physical status, emotion, heat-coldness, water consumption, facial color) as variables. Decision trees were analyzed using open source R version 3.3.2. Results & Conclusions We found that the decision trees differed among institutions. However, in all institutions, it was found that stool type (ordinary symptom), urine frequency (ordinary and present symptom) and anxiety (ordinary symptom) were important in the decision of prescription. Besides, clinical informations such as sex, Body Mass Index and blood pressure affected the prescription decision.

가구 디자인에 있어서 감성적 기능의 개념에 대한 연구 -현대 아트퍼니처 작품분석을 중심으로- (A Study on the Concept of Emotional Function in Furniture Design -Focused on the Analysis of Contemporary Art Furniture-)

  • This article aimed at broadening the view on 'the concept of function' in furniture design. In this context, we argued that the established concept of furniture function has confined itself to the rational perspective, so that the emotional action and influence of furniture hardly regarded as an important issue in furniture design, and this has been a hinderance to multidirectional discussions on the meaning of furniture in our life. Starting from the investigation on the basis that forms the different dimensions of our experience of furniture, we clarified that we should view the meaning of furniture within a wider sphere where the actions of furniture on our perceptional, behavioral, and emotional levels are inclusively considered. In this light, 'emotional function' of furniture was defined as a concept that explains a multidimensional action of furniture, which leads creative aesthetic experience which enrich the interplays between designer, furniture, and user. The feasibility of the concept has been examined by an analysis on the characteristics of contemporary Art Furniture, which is experimental approaches towards various aesthetic values of art and design. In order to realize emotional function of furniture, furniture should become an experiment for the new perception and emotion; invite more of the user's interplay and action in the meaning-making process; and arouse emotional echoes and reflections within user's mind.

  • In accordance with an active development, we now enjoy web 2.0 generation centering bilateral participation through the web 1.0 environment mainly providing the offering information and take a step web 3.0 understanding information by itself. The same time of digital technic development, consumption market arrived at market3.0 generation, also passed by market 1.0 and went via market 2.0 based on bilateral participation and understanding. This change have the marketing implement index changed as well. Nowadays, 7C is generalized of making up sensibility, emotion, communication, relationship, customization and interactive built as a major strategy from the day of 3p focused on customer environment, service process and 4P focused on physical quality of product. It isn't that brand and merchandise create life and experience like as past. It is focused on embodiment of a way of life, culture and creative experience from consumers' own. This treatise, therefore, fixes the object as flagship store positively reflecting the change and examine the change of a marketing code element and social factor stimulating customer behavior change. As a condition of this study, It fixes Maslow Motivation Theory as the main index of customer behavior, and 7C as the marketing code. This treatise ultimately studies the index of flagship store discussion based on domestic outdoor brand cases.

한국적CALS의 개념 정립과 도입정책방향에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Korean CALS Conception and Introduction Policy Trend)

  • This paper aims to present a prospective trend to establish a proper CALS conception and an efficient CALS environment in Korea.. It is crucial at this point for Korea to develop a comprehensive CALS conception which considers our present economic and social situation, national security, and our national emotion. Korean CALS has been developed and led mainly by the government and private industry. It is now necessary to improve CALS conception in Korea by making CALS standard more interchangeable among international as well as domestic business fields through EDI and the automation of the industries along with the government. In this regard, this paper proposes three potential methods to accomplish this goal and discuss each of them in detail. First, we suggest to establish a proper CALS introduction policy on the government level. We propose an introduction policy with three phases such as introduction, spreading and target which will cover through the year 1996 to 2007. Second. we suggest to establish a proper CALS standardization policy by improving the acquisition of digital data and process, and modernizing infrastructure. Third, we suggest that the government should amend and enforce the necessary laws and acts for more efficient CALS implementation in Korea. Government should arrange for these acts to be applied not optionally but obligatorily to Korean enterprises so that they survive the harsh and competitive world market in the upcoming 21th century.

유동 공간의 유기체적 지가 특성 연구 (A Study on Characteristics of Organistic Perceptual in Fluid Space)

  • With today's new media environment throughout Ubiquitous information innovation, live and dynamic fluid space is being created by integrating organic integration between electronic space and physical space and transplanting intelligence to materials. In other words, perception occurs in fluid space itself in a new media environment so has complicatedly organic relationship with environment and humans. In addition, emotion, time and movement have actively attempted to enter the space so designs appealing to humans' emotions are made through stimulation of synaesthetic sensory organs. This can be understood in the same context that media is eventually expansion of human body. Fluid space has characteristics of a live organism with factors such as sensor, perception and behavior so it needs to interpret perceptual system relationally and synthetically through an organic study method. This study looks into characteristics of organic perceptual system in terms of the meaning that fluid space with movements have as the sensory-perceptive subject and accordingly makes the world more sufficient as the third space, prepares a possibility to get out of limited five senses, and will develop fluid space as the organic environment making stimulation by itself.
