In this study, the characteristics of locational distribution of the eminent people show their socially and economically stabilized standing in Daegu, taking the aforesaid situation as a background of the study, and the process of this study is as follows ; to examine the forming process of residential areas in the city as a theoretical supporting, to put in order on classical interpretation to formation of residential areas, and general type modem residential areas formation, and economic decision factor of land use. Therefore, this study aims to examine growth and development of eminent persons' residential areas and, at the same time, extract locational characteristics through the pattern of eminent persons' location and predict changes in the future. Furthermore, a long-term development plan of Daegu is expected to contribute to completing formation of sub-centers as well as expanding metropolis areas. Recent efforts by the city government such as the ones to attract prestigious high schools in the upper city areas are also expected to bring out balanced development of the city.

We have uncovered 14 Korean royal astronomers and one scientist who worked in the early and mid-18th century. In spite of their high positions in the government office, all of them but one were not recorded anywhere in the major histories, such as WangjoSillok(王朝實錄) and JeungboMunheonBigo(增補文獻備考). Our search of Bon'gwans for each person has been carried successfully for 13 scientists. Their family relations are also uncovered finding five eminent astronomy families.

Today, rapid progress of urbanization is discovered commonly in many countries, especially in developing countries, which has led to spatial order and development process of city. Historically, Taegu was a walled city and formed mono-nucleus which was restricted by the castle. As the city grew gradually, the castle was removed as a result of diversification in traffic network, change of socio-economic environment, formation of industrial base and functional distribution. According to reconstruction maps of residential patterns, there was distinctive residential segregation among ethnic groups. Koreans in Taegu in 1939, aggregated densely in the southern and western parts of the city. The Japanese were concentrated densely in the northern and eastern parts of Taegu. And the street pattern within residential areas of the Korean people was shaped like a maze type in contrast with Japanese residential areas, which showed grid pattern of streets. This is another general pattern of almost all colonial cities, especially in Asia. Through this process, today it appears that, out of overall residential areas which occupy the highest ratio in urban land use, those for eminent people influence the functional development of urban spatial structure very heavily as a key point in urban residetial structure. Truly, residential segregation can be seen as the spatial manifestation of uneven distribution of such important scarce resources as housing and residential environment. This study examined the expression mode and feature about photomontage indicated in the 21st century's Contemporary fashion. This intends to have better understanding on photomontage and to provide theoretical explanation to help a creative design development using photomontage in the future. For the research method, review over photomontage concept and its historical background was carried out with relevant literature and precedent studies. Then, analysis was followed about 258 pieces of photomontage application works featured in the four major global collections from 2001S/S to 2011F/W. Among types of photomontage expression in the Contemporary fashion, objects in the nature like animal, plant, scenery picture took up the highest frequency as motive. Other types appeared in the following order: the people-oriented type such as eminent person's figure or partial body, the ready-made image including diverse daily goods in the modern consumption society, a variety of printed stuff like cartoon, newspaper and magazine, the type of photomontage expression through borrowing the earlier famous art pieces or doing the cooperative work with artists in different fields, applications like architecture, land marks in many cities in the world, and interior, things assembled with various images, modified religious images in photomontage from Buddha or holy picture. Therefore, the modern fashion that uses photomontage could possibly feature popularity, naturalism, playfulness and creativity.

In modern society, a spontaneous phenomenon that community residents' participation in crime prevention sphere is increasing now due to the recognition that it is extremely difficult to control crime only by the limited official power(police) is spreading in the society. In the consideration of crime occurrence, the fear of crime does not belong to a certain person any more, but it turns to a matter of common interest for all people. If the recognition of community problems is well understood and analysed, the effect of community residents' participation in crime prevention will appear more eminent and definite. For a long period of time, thanks to the community residents' participation in crime prevention, it has been possible to sustain safety and stability of local community. Ultimately not only the police could reduce the crime problems but local community could decrease a fear of crime. In this study, for maximized effect of crime prevention, it is focused on the role of the community residents' participation in crime prevention. For desirable interrelations among service group and residents, police, first the review of situational crime prevention and community crime prevention theory was studied. And the community residents participation to crime prevention activity in U.S.A, Japan etc was reviewed. By interviewing actual participants in community crime prevention activity, the problems and countermeasures of the community residents' participation in crime prevention activity and desirable direction was suggested

The universe has its order of yang and yin : all creation are continuously generated, grow and die, which is the results of the harmonious operation by yang and yin. Among all creation, the human is one of the samjae(three bases of the world, which are heaved earth, and man) and he is from the combined sukhi(a superior khi) of yang and yin. And human life itself is basically a condensed jonghyul (life blood) and at the same time it is only a transient joining of sadae(the four elements of earth, air, fire and water). Yang and yin, the two axes of the world, therefore. are the most crucial and fundamental concept to explain the generation and extinction of alt creation, to understand people in time and space. to find out the reality of human life as an organism, and, at last, to observe the state of human health. If so, what is the most essential idea in yang and yin\ulcorner It is taegeuk(chungkhi) or tao(of one yang and one yin). If the property of heaven and earth is kongon, taegeuk is a khi and tao a principle. And it can be said that a human body is merely a union of hyung and khi, that human life is an essence of sambo, jeongkhishin, that human health is a harmoninzed coordination of yang and yin because it is from the combined sukhi of yang and yin. Hyung. a vessel for sambo, jeongkhishin, is at the bottom and shin is on the top : the personality and the disposition of individuals differ according to their working. Thus. on the basis of the above discussion. the following can be offered as some suggestions for Korean Nursing Theory. Though human beings are part of Nature, they are the most eminent microcosm among all creation. So, as a subjet for nursing, a person should be understood with khijok kyoryu rather than with logical thinking, then mutual trust between the patient and the nurse can be established. The health of a person depends on the harmony of yang and yin. To be healthy, a person should consider harmonization with Nature(including his surroundings) as well as a balanced human relationships in society. Moreover, it is crucial for each person to obtain hoshim as a method of mind control rather than to only treat the symptoms of disease.
