This paper investigates the long-term social changes and the emerging issues in social insurance that such changes will entail, It does not attempt to resolve the conflict between neo-liberal reforms and neo-corporalist reforms. Nor does it confine itself to proposing the options to secure the financial stability of social insurance schemes. The aim of this paper lies in anticipating various problems that result from social development, analyzing the impacts of these problems on social insurance schemes, and delineating the solutions to these problems. This paper is comprised of three parts. First, it describes the expected long-term changes in society and the ensuing problems. Second, it asks whether these problems can be solved with increased public expenditures. For this purpose, an analysis of the trend in the expenditures by welfare states is attempted. Third, it summarizes the issues in social insurance and presents the possible solutions to the problems. In the chapter that deals with social changes and social problems, various aspects are reviewed, including the globalization process, the development of It industries, the uncertainty in the classification of incomes, the widening gap in earnings due to the bio-economy, and the relation between social insurance schemes and the tax system. It is concluded that there are limits to the role that increased public expenditures can play to solve the social problems. This paper argues for a structural change in the social insurance system. In every social insurance scheme, the state should foe-us its effect on the provision of basic protection against social risks for the whole population. At the same time, the state should improve the financial stability of the scheme and avoid large-scale deficits.

At present, hydrogen is emerging as a future energy source based on environment-friendly aspect, creation of new industry, and enhancement of domestic energy security. In accordance with it, the world's leading automobile companies are focusing on the development and commercialization of hydrogen electric vehicle technology, and each country is strengthening its hydrogen fueling station deployment strategy for its own country. Furthermore, the supply of hydrogen fueling stations is actively promoting under national support. More than 500 hydrogen fueling stations are being constructed, operated and planned around the world. The introduction of hydrogen energy is also progressing in Korea, by announcing road-map to supply hydrogen electric vehicles and hydrogen fueling stations by year. However, there is insufficient discussion on the capacity of hydrogen fueling station in Korea. Therefore, this study suggests the optimum capacity of hydrogen fuelling station for domestic hydrogen economy.

To revise and develop a 'Model' Curriculum for training the middle standing professionals equipped with professional technology and theories at the spot of the library, such process were executed as research on bibliographic material and literature, utilization of examination of various questionnaires, interviews with middle standing librarians at the spot of the library, a review on the operational state of the Professor's Association of Library Science of Junior Colleges, some consultation with the Research & Deliberation Committee on Curriculums, etc., and to review the present department of library science at the two-year course's short-term colleges or institutes in foreign countries, Germany which is thought to be similar to our nation's situations and its level of economy and Singapore which is considered to be a newly emerging nation were looked into typically. In particular, since studies on the curriculums of the Library Science Dept. of colleges had already preceded, thereby the framework of the 'Model' curriculum was already achieved, however to review how well such framework is applied to the spot of education and give some improvement on that, some unrelistic findings of different subjects in consideration with reality, while comparing those curriculum schedules of each Library Science Dept. with the 'Model' curriculum schedule, were supplemented or revised to be fit to reality. For some supplementing or revising proposals on the pre studied 'Model' curriculum, some tentative plans which focussed on each field respectively and some tentative plans which focussed on cultural subjects, required major subjects and elective subjects were suggested in duality to be referred to. On such a process of forming a harmony of educational theories and practice, it was planned to revise and develop curriculum in a sense emphasizing on practical exercise, and tried not to neglect on each of the fields of the curriculum centered on the areas of materials organization, linguistics, information resource, information science, library organization, & administration, etc. The study on curriculums should be performed flexible to be applied to the accelerating transition of sciences, and be good examples in instruction.

Shopping malls have become key players in the Indian retail space. Even in upcoming Indian towns, malls have been mushrooming. Raipur, the capital city of the Indian state of Chhattisgarh has witnessed the growth over the last few years. However, this unplanned growth of malls in cities is expected to lead to oversupply of mall space in the near future, making things difficult for mall developers. The study is an attempt to identify appropriate strategies for mall developers to iron out such kinks. This paper presents 'shopping experience' as a tool to compete, succeed and explore its composition in terms of its constituent factors. The paper uses Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) on a non-probability sample of 350 respondents. It condenses a set of twenty-two mall variables into five factors that directly influence the shopping experience. These factors included ambience, infrastructure, marketing focus, convenience and safety and security. In terms of significance, shoppers assigned different weightage to each of these factors. The study shed light on interesting insights regarding the expectations of mall shoppers in the city of Raipur. The results though interesting, may be extended to different social, economic and geographic contexts to check the universality. While strategizing, mall developers must assign proportionate effort on the factors based on the respective contribution to shopping experience. In light of intensifying competition in Raipur, the study is significant for future prospects of malls. In the absence of a scientific and objective basis, the developers run risk of making wrong investment and management decisions. This paper is a useful addition to the body of knowledge on management of shopping malls in India and is unique in terms of its focus on mall shoppers in the smaller Indian cities like Raipur.

This paper analyzes the social cohesion effects of creative industrial as a core role player of emerging new economic paradigm of the creative economy using the case of Seoul Metropolitan Area(SMA) that is a typical cluster of creative industries in Korea. This study reclassified the creative industries in a Korean context into 13 industries in 6 sectors. Based on this reclassification, the study found out that the spatial pattern of creative industries in SMA is spatially much differentiated in terms of specialization, which demands more differentiated cluster strategy with different policy mix. This paper also investigates the social cohesion effects of creative industries using structural equation modelling. It turns out that the growth of creative industries is likely to contribute to the regional development capacity and also to provide positive effects on various aspects of the social cohesion.

This study deals with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) that is emerging as an important issue in modern companies. CSR is not a selective problem but essential. The activities should be done beyond the level observed by law, but by the level of taking their responsibilities to society. This study shows the goal of CSR of LG Electronics and many kinds of CSR activities of LG Electronics through LG Electronics case. For this study, data related to CSR and meetings with CSR department were helped to conduct this study. LG Electronics proceeded CSR through the society, environment, economy to pursue Corporate Substantiality Management. Especially companies play on role of global citizen as a variety of international standards. This activity is achieved by participations of members. This LG Electronics activity present implications of many companies that conduct CSR activitiy.

The whole world is making a variety of efforts to cope with the revolutionary changes in the economy and society that are emerging from intelligent information technology. Therefore, this study defined national public officials' intelligence information competency in the intelligent information society, and tried to derive competency clusters and sub-elements. To achieve this objective, this study explores literature research about bloom's digital taxonomy, information competency, and national ICT policies and national public officials' intelligence information competency was defined based on bloom's digital taxonomy perspective was modified and supplemented with this study and provisional constituent elements of competency were derived. In addition, 5 experts verified the content validity. As a result, 7 competency clusters and 22 sub-elements are finally derived. The findings of this study are expected to be useful as the basis for the national intelligence information human resource development.

Opening and regional economic integration are characteristic of global economic trends that have been made since the 1990s. Accordingly, all economic blocs of the world are largely reorganized into three poles, European Economic Bloc, American Economic Bloc and Northeast Asian Economic Block which are respectively led by EU, the United States and the rapidly emerging economic power, China. Considering this direction of global economy, the current status of Northeast Asia, China's unprecedentedly enormous port development project and Japan's introduction of an epoch-making port policy towards the restoration of its port competitiveness, Korea is urgently need to take its own initiatives and positive actions that can cope with the above situations. The purpose of this study is to propose ways of strategic cooperation for Korea-Japan joint development. For the purpose, this researcher provides the concept and preconditions of hub-port, investigates hub-port development strategies of rival companies in Northeast Asia and discusses the potential of the development of the Korea-Japan Strait Economic Zone which is located between Busan port and Japan's Honshu(Simonoseki port) and Kyushu(Kitakyushu port).

This study focused on the classification systems of modern architecture and facilities reviewing the characteristics of domestic and foreign cultural heritage classification systems. The results are as follows : (1) It is necessary new classification system for recent emerging architectures and facilities which contains new functions, and reflecting new scope of cultural heritage, in example cultural landscape. (2) Reviewing the related spheres which can produce future cultural heritages such as KDC, Industrial Classification and foreign trends on the cultural heritages, we classified 6 main categories ; Politics & Diplomatics, Industry & Economy, Society & Life, Culture & Art, Technology & Science, Military & Public Safety. (3) Under the main category, we divided sub- and subject-category according usages of objects for reflecting the registered appreciations.

The various environmental issues arose with the development of today's economy. naturally, people were increased interest in environment and the importance of research on drinking water and contamination are emerging especially. A number of country areas, uranium and ²²²Rn in ground water have been detected to people using as drinking water. So this study evaluated the way for more accurate measurements than when measuring ²²²Rn concentrations in the ground water containing. the experiment was performed using the low-level liquid scintillation counter with an alpha, beta analysis easy PSA function of pulse. the scintillator as the preparation of the ground water samples are mixed, the measure value detection is lowered over prepare period and expiration date. Energy spectrum was also moved to a lower side channel. As a long time to buy the scintillator and over time after opening, it was confirmed that detection is lowered. if the purpose is to use a different scintillator can see the energy through the channel change.
