In this Paper, we are implemented position awareness system based on one-pass tag. This system are combined ZigBee and RFID technology. We developed the solution to detect of user's position using position awareness receiver and repeater. This location recognition includes parked car location tracking, coming in and out car, automation of immigration control, enhanced security through emergency call, and automatic invocation elevator control and etc.

WLAN 기술의 발전과 AP의 증가로 WLAN 기반 인터넷전화의 보급이 증가함에 따라 인터넷전화의 긴급 통화 서비스 제공이 중요한 문제가 되었다. 국내외에서는 긴급통화 서비스를 인터넷전화의 필수요건으로 규정하고, 기술표준을 제정하여 인터넷전화 사업자들에게 이를 적용하고 있다. WLAN 인터넷전화는 이동성이 보장되기 때문에 긴급통화 서비스 제공 시 사용자의 정확한 위치정보 전달이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 위치정보 획득 방법을 기반으로 위치정보제공자와 연계를 통한 인터넷전화 긴급전화 서비스 제공 구조를 제안한다.

Automatic dialing function of the telephone is to support communication such as emergency call, public relations and guidance service by automatic dialling of individual phone number. In this paper, we analyze the relevant provisions of each country and discuss the direction of institutional maintenance related to automatic dialling function.

In this paper, the uAPSS(u-APartment Service System) that is based on location-aware technology is designed and implemented for a luxury apartment. On the real luxury apartment the developed system has been employed and tested to provide convenient and secure living for residents. It provides services such as emergency call, intelligent elevator operation, and hands-free door access based on the location of the residents with personal device as called smart tag. It can also be applied to other service areas such as the location-aware u-Service for hospitals, high-rising complex buildings, silver towns, etc.

In order to realize the function of human interface of telecommunications whose objective is to interchange useful information among persons, we developed a bone conduction telephone with which hearing impaired persons with conductive or noise-induced hearing loss and presbycusis can communicate with each other without any other additional devices such as hearing aids. The bone conduction telephone we developed has chatacteristics as follows : (i) a hearing impaired person and a normal hearing person can communicate by bone and air conduction hearings, respectively, using only this telephone set because, as its receiver, it uses a bone conduction vibrator with which we can realize such function with the voice coil and damper of a small speaker unit, the vibrating plate, etc., (ii) it has tone control function compensating hearing losses of hearing impaired persons according to their hearing loss/frequency chatacteristics. Using the tone control function together with a received volume control, it has the received volume range of 20dB in loudness rating; and (iii) it has the function of three emergency calls and a bell lamp as the visual display of a received call.

Along with the low birth rate in Korea, the aging of mothers is progressing very rapidly. Recent studies have reported that the obstetric infrastructure is crumbling due to the accelerating closures of obstetric medical institutions resulting from the low birth rate and low reimbursement rates for obstetric procedures. The number of birth centers has also decreased, but women's interest in natural birth has actually increased, such that deliveries at birth centers now account for 11.8% of deliveries in obstetric clinics. In the Netherlands, Japan, and the United Kingdom, initiatives to promote natural birth through care provided by midwives increased the rate of natural births, decreased the number of cesarean sections, and lowered the rate of postpartum complications. In light of these examples, South Korea should also encourage natural delivery by midwives. A national support system for midwife applicants is necessary, and the requirements for institutions that train midwives should be revised. Independent birth centers should have emergency prescription privileges, and women should be given the choice to have a natural delivery by creating birth centers within hospitals.

This study explores the images and ideas presented by the editorial cartoons that have appeared in the author's Facebook timeline during Duterte's enhanced community quarantine (ECQ). The study analyzed 70 editorial cartoons posted between March 14, 2020, when Duterte declared ECQ in the National Capital Region of the Philippines, and June 22, 2020, a few days before the emergency powers of Duterte expired. This study used (visual-verbal) textual analysis as the research method to surface discourses embedded in the selected editorial cartoons. The editorial cartoons were clustered according to the roles the powerful people play in the images, and the details of each image were compared and contrasted to surface nuances in representation. The 70 editorial cartoons were classified into seven categories: (1) invisible (non-suffering) persons, (2) front liners, (3) privileged homeowners, (4) priority clients, (5) judges, (6) gatekeepers, and (7) dysfunctional public officials. They gravitated towards the tragic realities that call for acts of social justice and equity, and underscore specific contexts that need to be fixed by those in power.

엘리베이터와 화재경보기의 경우에는 비상 경보 시스템의 벨을 누르면 경비실과 관리실의 인터폰으로 연결되어 있으므로 컨트롤러를 설치하고 인터폰선에 직렬통신방식인 485통신을 이용해 송신하고 MMI에서 수신하고 인터넷으로 서버가 있는 곳으로 보내기 위해서 이더넷을 이용하는데 MMI와 이더넷 사이에 MUX를 설치해 경보 신호를 받아들이도록 한다. 이더넷을 통해 서버에 접속되어 서버에 있는 관리시스템에 의해 등록된 관계자의 핸드폰으로 SMS를 전송하고 인터넷이 설치하기 어려운 곳에서는 무선 모뎀을 설치하여 무선으로 서버에 접속하여 유선과 같은 방식으로 SMS를 전송하는 2중화로 시스템을 구성하였다.

본 작품은 안전 사각지대에 놓여있는 노약자들을 대상으로 낙상을 예방하고, 응급 상황 시 긴급 신고가 가능한 안전바와 응급호출 시스템을 제공한다. 본 작품이 요구하는 각종 기능은 안전바 내부에 센서를 부착하고 그에 맞는 소프트웨어를 추가하여 구현하였다. 또한 어플리케이션을 통해 보호자와 연결되어, 응급상황 시 보호자가 노약자가 처한 상황을 빠르게 인지하여 대처할 수 있도록 하였다.
