Embodiment of Effective Multi-Robot Control Algorithm Using Petri-Net (Petri-Net을 이용한 효과적인 다중로봇 제어알고리즘의 구현)

  • A multi-robot control algorithm using Petri-Net is proposed for 5vs5 robot soccer. The dynamic environment of robot soccer is modeled by defining the place and transition of each robot and converting it into Petri-Net diagram. Once all the places and transitions of robots are represented by the Petri-Net model, their actions can be chosen according to the roles of robots and position of the ball in soccer game, e.g., offensive, defensive and goalie robot. The proposed modeling method is implemented for soccer robot system. The efficiency and applicability of the proposed multiple-robot control algorithm using Petri-Net are demonstrated through 5vs5 Middle League SimuroSot soccer game.

  • For the success to PLM in construction industries, the creation, management and coordination of all product-related information are essential, and the exchange of product information and data has became an important part of the of the product development. But, it is difficult to exchange, unify and manage the engineering information between different kinds of system. In this paper, introducestandard and method on the interoperability between heterogeneous systems for C-PLM(Construction Project Lifecycle Management), present embodiment case. The result of this paper expect on the interoperability between heterogeneous systems for C-PLM.

  • Micro wires manufactured by the straightening process are used in the BT(Bio-Technology), IT(Information-Technology), NT(Nano-Technology). We have developed a novel wire straightener which uses the direct heating method(DHM) for straightening the micro wire and shearing device for burr-less cutting. In this study, we confirm the tendency of micro wire after the shearing process. It is impossible to remove the burr in the shearing process. However, the embodiment of minimum burr size after the shearing process is the best in-process method. In order to minimize the burr size, we have accomplished the various experiment condition such as the U-groove, the effect of the counter punch, the shear angle, clearance.

  • This paper suggests a developing approach of EHF TWTA for satellite communications. In order to improve RF performance and gain, we design and realize an EHF TWTA using a linearizer and drive amplifiers. Through the embodiment and experiment of 80 W EHF TWTA, this method satisfies the design specifications. Therefore, this approach is very useful and can be used to develop the similar equipments.

  • An intelligent software system which can support efficiently and systematically machine tool design by utilizing deign knowledge is described in this paper. The process of embodiment design of a machining center was modelled represented by IDEF0 and embedded in the system. A hybrid type inference engine has been introduced so that the system can effec-tively deal with knowledge represented in diversified forms The design system was developed on the basis of object-ori-ented programming and has been coded into one software system which can be ported on Windows NT.

  • This study considered the most crucial elements in websites as web usability and web accessibility. The web usability signified the empirical satisfaction of ordinary users on websites and how much they used the relevant websites conveniently and accurately, while the web accessibility signified the technical support that could have an easy access to web contents and the principles of cognitive aspects, by considering the users such as those who have been alienated from information. Even if the people were given lots of beneficial information, the websites would be useless if their usability and accessibility were not considered. It would be necessary to reduce the information gap by letting any users (the physically challenged, the elderly, etc.) give an access to every information without any professional abilities and to provide the efficient websites corresponding to the embodiment goal of e-government through rapidity and accuracy of contents and the feedback for systematic structure and people's demand.
