  • 소프트웨어 개발과 운영이 분산화, 대형화됨에 따라 정확하고 완전한 요구사항의 추출과 명세는 시스템의 가장 중요한 요소가 되고 있다. 또한 인터넷을 통한 공동작업 환경에서 계속적인 시스템 변경요청은 더욱 효율적인 요구사항 관리를 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 공동작업 환경에서 자연어 기반 요구사항 명세와 관리의 효율성을 향상시키기 위한 요구사항 명세구조와 기법 등을 정의하고, 요구공학 활동과 주기를 바탕으로 하는 요구공학 프로세서와 환경을 제안한다. 그래서 CSCW(Computer Supported Cooperative Work) 환경에서 요구사항을 정확하게 추출하고 효율적으로 관리하며 분석단계로 자연스러운 전이가 가능하도록 한다.

도시근교 농촌경관에 대한 거주민별 주관적 인식 비교 - 귀농·귀촌인의 특성을 고려한 경관관리 방안모색 - (Comparing subjective landscape perceptions between the native and non-native residents in suburban rural area - Searching for a landscape management based on the characteristics of urban to rural migrants -)

  • As the importance of rural landscapes has recently emerged due to an increase in number of urban to rural migrants into suburban area in Korea, this study empirically grasps the differences in subjective landscapes perceptions between native and non-native residents. and tried to explore new landscape management possibilities through the role of each residents group. To this end, based on the data collected through the 'photo-elicitation with walking', the residents' landscape perception objects, perception factors, and perceived feelings are derived, and then the differences and characteristics of landscapes perception between native and non-native residents group were analyzed. As a result, native residents perceived everyday landscapes relatively meaningfully and provided abundant information in all aspects, while non-native residents mainly recognized characteristic landscapes and responded more sensitively to visual and environmental perception factors than the natives. Non-native residents also showed strong willingness to improve the degraded landscapes. These results are expected to provide a basis for exploring the role of residents in rural landscape planning and management in the future.

Effect of Alternaria solani Exudates on Resistant and Susceptible Potato Cultivars from Two Different pathogen isolates

  • Early blight of potato, caused by Alternaria solani, is a ubiquitous disease in many countries around the world. Our previous screening of several Iranian potato cultivars found that significant variation in resistance phenotypes exists between two cultivars: resistant 'Diamond' and susceptible 'Granula'. Our previous analysis of five different pathogen isolates also identified varying degrees of aggressiveness regardless of the host cultivar. Here, a bioassay was used to study the role of liquid culture exudates produced in vitro on pathogenicity and elicitation of disease symptomology in seedlings as well as detached leaves. Responses of host genotypes to the exudates of the two A. solani isolates were significantly different. Detached leaves of the resistant cultivar 'Diamond' elicited fewer symptoms to each isolate when compared to the susceptible cultivar 'Granula'. Interestingly, the phytotoxicity effect of the culture filtrate from the more aggressive isolate A was higher than from isolate N suggesting an increased concentration or strength of the toxins produced. Our results are significant because they indicate a correlation between symptoms elicited by A. solani phytotoxins and their aggressiveness on the host.

Mouse의 십이지장 점막 염증에 대한 사삼맥문동탕의 면역반응 연구 (The Effects of Sasammaickmoondong-tang against Duodenal Mucosal Lesions)

  • Objectives : This study was carried out to investigate the effects of Sasammaickmoondong-tang(SME) on duodenal mucosal lesions induced by indomethacin in mouse. Methods : The normal group is that no inflammation elicitated mouse. Control group is that gastro-inflammation elicitated mouse. Sample group is that SME administered mouseice after gastro-inflammation elicitation. Results : In the common morphology and histochemical change, control group was observed various injury-mucous surface cell, micro-villi, paneth cell, surface epithelial cell, goblet cell-by hemorrhagic erosion, while sample group was as same as normal group. In the immunohistochemical change, the distributions of COX-1, Bcl-2, and BrdU treated with SME noticeably increased than control group(p<0.05). The distributions of TUNEL, $NF-{\kappa}B$, COX-2, $IL-2R-{\alpha}$, NK-1.1, ICAM-1, and CD11b/18 treated with SME noticeably decreased than control group(p<0.05). And the distribution of SBA was as same as normal group. Conclusion : According to the above results, it is supposed that Sasammaickmoondong-tang is applicable to duodenal mucosal lesions.

Increased lignan biosynthesis in the suspension cultures of Linum album by fungal extracts

  • Linum album accumulates anti-tumor podophyllotoxin (PTOX) and its related lignans, which were originally isolated from an endangered species Podophyllum. In the present study, we examined the effects of five fungal extracts on the production of lignans in L. album cell cultures. Fusarium graminearum extract induced the highest increase of PTOX [$143{\mu}g\;g^{-1}$ dry weight (DW) of the L. album cell culture], while Rhizopus stolonifer extract enhanced the accumulation of lariciresinol up to $364{\mu}g\;g^{-1}$ DW, instead of PTOX. Typical elicitors, such as chitin, chitosan, or methyl jasmonate (MeJA), were shown to be less effective in lignan production in L. album cell cultures. These results verified the advantages of fungal extracts to increase lignan production in L. album cell culture, and suggested potential on-demand metabolic engineering of lignan biosynthesis using differential fungal extracts.

절차적인 방법에 의한 속성 도출에 관한 연구 (A Study on Elicitation of the Attribute for Procedural Method)

  • 현재의 기업 정보시스템의 골격을 정의한 설계도라고 할 수 있는 데이터 모델은 정밀하게 작성되어야 한다. 데이터 모델의 핵심요소로는 엔터티, 속성, 관계가 있으며, 이 중에서도 속성은 실질적인 정보를 담는 가장 기본적인 단위라 할 수 있으므로 모든 정보의 근원이라 할 수 있을 것이다. 그래서 속성들을 제대로 도출하지 못하면 데이터 모델 전체가 무의미하게 될 수 있다. 기존의 속성을 도출하는 방법은 설계자의 경험에 많이 의존하고 실질적인 절차가 존재하지 않아 실무경험이 없는 초보자가 도출하기에는 너무나 어려운 것이 현실이다. 이를 해결하는데 도움이 될 수 있도록 본 논문에서는 데이터 모델 설계의 한 과정으로서, 선행연구에서 제시한 업무중심 엔터티 도출 방법을 이용하여 엔터티가 완전히 도출되어 있다고 가정하고 미리 도출되어 있는 엔터티를 바탕으로 속성을 도출하는 절차를 제안한다. 그리고 데이터 모델링 경험이 많이 없는 학부생 및 대학원생을 대상으로 본 논문에서 제안한 절차를 적용하도록 하였다. 기존에 속성을 도출하는 방법이 실질적으로 존재하지 않기 때문에 학생들이 도출한 속성과 전문 IT 컨설턴트로 멘토가 도출한 모법 답안 간의 유사도검사를 하였다. 최종 유사도 검사를 통하여 전문 IT 컨설턴트인 멘토가 도출한 모법 답안에 상당히 근접하게 속성을 도출할 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제안한 절차를 활용한다면 데이터모델링에 실무경험이 없는 초보자나 미숙련자가 적용하여도 속성을 도출할 수 있음을 보였다. 제안 절차에서 도출된 결과를 이용하여 데이터 모델 설계의 이후 과정인 관계도출 과정을 진행할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

生血潤膚飮加味方이 아토피 피부염을 유발한 동물모델의 각질층 기능회복에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Saingheylyunbooemgami Extract to Revover Function of Stratum Corneum on Mice Model after Atopic Dermatitis Elicitation.)

  • Introduction and Objectives : Applying the saingheylyunbooemgami(SY) extract on to the atopic dermatitis(AD) is to study change of external dermal formation, change of leukocytes in vasculature, change of lipid formation in stratum corneum and distribution of ceramide and this study is done through forcing injury to rat's back skin which are lipid protect formation in stratum corneum. Materials and Methods : The AD which caused intentionally using the external application on the rat's back skin was used the SY. The change of leukocytes in vasculature has been identified through optima 5.2 and student t-test and the results were made into dermal foramtion graph. Results : After dispensing SY extract into the AD, the dermal injury was decreased, Especially, recover of lipid protection formation which include lipid and ceramide in stratum corneum is suppressing acute inflammation that some factors are PKC, TNF-${\alpha}$, lL-12B which controled the secretion of relating inflammatory cytokine, also went onto decrease of angiogenesis, and the decrese of degranulated mast cell. In addition, the decrease of epithelial injury also caused the growth of cell to decrease in stratum basale and cytoclasis. In the vasculature. the leukocytes were also decreased and it could relate to decrease AD. Conclusions : Thus. SY has effect on AD suppressing the dermal injury through recovering of lipid protection formation in stratum corneum.

Anterior Cingulate Cortex and Amygdala Dysfunction Among Patients with Alcohol Dependency During Exposure to Negative Emotional Stimuli

  • This study aimed to identify specific psychological and brain activation responses relating to the processing of negative emotions in patients with alcohol dependency. The authors hypothesized that patients with alcohol dependency would demonstrate the abnormal functioning of brain regions involved in negative emotions. Eleven male patients diagnosed with alcohol dependence in an inpatient alcohol treatment facility and 13 social drinkers with similar demographics were scanned using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) as they viewed film clips that evoked negative emotions. During exposure to negative emotional stimuli, the control group evinced significantly greater activity in the right anterior cingulate cortex (ACC) in comparison to patients with alcohol dependency. Correlation analyses demonstrated a negative association in the relationship between beta values from the right ACC and amygdala in participants classified in the control group. No statistically significant relationship was observed for blood oxygenation level-dependent (BOLD) changes between the two regions in the patient group during the elicitation of negative emotions. On the other hand, patients exhibited a greater activation of the amygdala as negative emotions were induced. These results suggest that alcoholism presents pathophysiology of brain activation that is distinct from the responses of healthy individuals functioning as controls.

Adventitious root culture for secondary metabolite production in medicinal plants: A Review

  • Medicinal plants are high-value natural resources that have been used as precautionary drugs by many people globally. The increasing global demand for bioactive compounds from medicinal plants has led to the overexploitation of many valuable species. One widely used approach to overcome this problem is the use of adventitious root cultures as a propagation strategy. This review examines the scientific research published globally on the application of adventitious root cultures for many medicinal plants. Adventitious roots generated under aseptic environments in suitable phytohormone-augmented medium exhibit high growth rates and production of important secondary metabolites. Parameters such as medium properties and composition, growth hormone type, and elicitation strategies for in vitro grown adventitious roots of medicinal plants, are the main topics discussed in this review. We also examine current developments in bioreactor system cultivation for plant bioactive compounds using adventitious root cultures, a technology with possible commercial applications, via several studies on adventitious root culture of medicinal plants in which bioreactor systems play a role. In conclusion, the development of adventitious root cultures for medicinal plants is highly useful because of their capability for vegetative propagation and germplasm preservation.

인스타그램에서의 페르소나와 패션을 통한 자기표현에 관한 연구 -20~30대 여성을 중심으로- (A Study on Persona and Self-Presentation through Fashion on Instagram -Focusing on Women in Their 20s and 30s-)

  • This study qualitatively explored the case of users utilizing multiple accounts on one social network service to create their own multiple spaces and different personas. The purpose of the study was to understand the behavior of people who use multiple accounts to express their identity online using Carl Jung's personality theory. We used in-depth interviews and the Zaltman metaphor elicitation technique (ZMET), targeting 19 people in their 20s and 30s who use more than one personal account on Instagram. Creating a shared consensus map using the configuration concept of ZMET derived six personas in relation to Instagram accounts. The motivations for the respondents' self-presentation associated with their personas and self-presentation types shown on Instagram were analyzed in terms of persona and fashion and subdivided into five dimensions: relationship management strategic presentation, self-monitoring presentation, competence demonstration presentation, anonymous presentation, and persona-centered presentation. Each respondent's persona and self-presentation formed by the Instagram account was analyzed.
