For mobile service organizations, it is one of the most important tasks to reflect users' opinions rapidly and accurately. In this study, the process is defined to elicit requirements of software/system improvement for mobile application by extracting and refining from users' opinion in mobile app, and detailed activities procession method in this processing are also proposed. The process consists of 3 activities to get requirements of software/system improvement for mobile app. First activity is to transform mobile app to software structure and define term dictionary. Second activity is to elicit simple sentences based on software from users' opinion and refine them. The last activity is to integrate and adjust refined requirements. To verify the usability and validity of the proposed process and the methods, the outputs of manual processing and semi-automated processing were compared. As a result, efficiency and improvement possibility of the process were confirmed through extraction ratio of requirements, comparison of execution time, and analysis of agreement ratio.
This study was carried out to investigate the effect of Keuibi-tang (KBT) on the injury of gastric mucous membrane by stress and ethanol in mice. The normal group was non-inflammation elicited mice. The two control groups were mice with gastro-inflammation elicited by stress and ethanol. The two sample groups were mice administered KBT before gastro-inflammation elicitation. In the common morphology and histochemical change, the two control groups were observed with various injuries such as hemorrhagic erosion and ulcer, while the sample group was the same as the normal group. In the immunohistochemical change, the distributions of PNA and COX-1 treated with KBT noticeably increased over the control group (P<0.05). The distributions of $NF-{\kappa}B$ p50, COX-2 and TUNEL in the group treated with KBT were noticeably lower than in the control group (P<0.05). The distribution of KBT was the same as the normal group. According to the above results, it is supposed that KBT is applicable to gastritis and gastric ulcer due to stress and alcoholic drinks.
Objectives: This study was carried out to investigate the effects of Jecksodoodangkuisan(JD) and Jecksodoodangkuisankahyunjicho(JH) against Colonic Mucosal Ulcer induced by indomethacin in mouse. Methods: The normal group consisted of mice that were not inflammation-induced. The control group was untreated gastro-inflammation-elicited mice. The sample group mice were those administered BO, JD and JH after gastro-inflammation elicitation. Results: In the immunohistochemical change, the distribution of COX-1 in mice treated with BO, JD and JH noticeably increased than control group(P<0.05). The distributions of $NF-{\kappa}B$, p50, COX-2, ICAM-1, HSP70 and Substance P in mice treated with BO, JD and JH noticeably decreased more than control group(P<0.05). And JH was most effective treatment against Colonic Mucosal Ulcer in the immunohistochemical change. Conclusions: According to the above results, Jecksodoodangkuisan and Jeckmdoodangkuisankahyunjicho are applicable treatments for Colonic Mucosal Ulcer.
Objectives : This study was carried out to investigate the effects of Goihwa-san(GHS) against ulcerative colitis induced by DSS (dextran sulfate sodium). Method : The sample group was divided into three. The control group consisted of mice that were not inflammation-induced. The pathological group was composed of untreated colitis elicited mice. The experimental group was administered GHS after colitis elicitation. The effects on ulcerative colitis were evaluated by the morphological change of colonic mucosa, the anti-oxidant effect, HSP 70, NF-${\kappa}$B, COX-1, COX-2 and iNOS. Results : In terms of immunohistochemical changes, the distribution of COX-1 in mice treated with GHS increased noticeably more than that in the pathological group. The distributions of HSP70, NF-${\kappa}$B, COX-2, iNOS in mice treated with GHS more decreased than those in the pathological group. Regeneration of surface epithelial cell and goblet cell in mucosa was observed by optical microscope. The colonic lengths in GHS-treated mice were more elongated than those of DSS only treated mice. Conclusion : GHS is a candidate treatment for ulcerative colitis.
The Korean government is planning to invest a lot of funds for conservation of the soil. Accordingly, it needs quantitative information on the soil. This paper attempts to analyze the total value of soil quantitatively: the total economic value of soil can be divided into use value and non-use value. To this end, we apply a replacement cost method (RCM) and contingent valuation method (CVM). Especially, CVM is most widely used to measure the non-use value such as environment goods. We employed the one-and-one-half-bounded dichotomous choice (OOHBDC) for willingness to pay (WTP) elicitation and a spike model. The monthly mean WTP was estimated to be KRW 3,949 per household for the next 10 years, which is statistically significant at the 1% level. Expanding the value to the relevant population gives us KRW 897.9 billion per year and as of the end of 2015, the non-use value of soil was assessed to be KRW 838.6 billion. Meanwhile, use value is subdivided into direct use value and indirect use value. This value was calculated KRW 3,277 trillion and KRW 51.8 trillion, respectively. As a result, total economic value of soil is estimated to be KRW 3,330 trillion in Korea.
A group of beneficial plant bacteria has been shown to increase crop growth referring to as plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR). PGPR can decrease plant disease directly, through the production of antagonistic compounds, and indirectly, through the elicitation of a plant defense response termed induced systemic resistance (ISR). While the mechanism of PGPR-elicited ISR has been studied extensively in the model plant Arabidopsis, it is less well characterized in crop plants such as pepper. In an effort to better understand the mechanism of ISR in crop plants, we investigated the induction of ISR by Bacillus cereus strain BS107 against Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. vesicatoria in pepper leaves. We focused on the priming effect of B. cereus strain BS107 on plant defense genes as an ISR mechanism. Of ten known pepper defense genes that were previously reported to be involved in pathogen defense signaling, the expression of Capsicum annum pathogenesis-protein 4 and CaPR1 was systemically primed by the application of strain BS107 onto pepper roots confirming by quantitative-reverse transcriptase PCR. Our results provide novel genetic evidence of the priming effect of a rhizobacterium on the expression of pepper defense genes involved in ISR.

Various stakeholders are involved in the creation of software projects. In general, the higher the number of stakeholders involved during the requirements elicitation phase, the better are the chances of success for the project. However, it is rather difficult to consider the opinion of all the stakeholders owing to constraints on time and resources. Furthermore, conflicts between stakeholders can become inevitable when the number of stakeholders increases. Thus, the identification of key stakeholders is an important factor in ensuring the success of a project. In this paper, a methodical stakeholder conflict resolution model (s-CRM) is proposed by considering an actual industrial case study. The proposed model uses information gain based on entropy when measuring the impurity of information. We believe that the proposed s-CRM is effective in identifying the key stakeholders and in intuitively indicating those stakeholders whose elicited requirements need to be weighted. In addition, the model provides a solution for conflicts among stakeholders during requirements engineering.
Methyl jasmonate (MJ) and yeast extract (YE) induce protein expression and benzophenanthridine alkaloid accumulation in Eschscholtzia californica suspension cell cultures. One hundred ${\mu}M$ MJ primarily induced dihydrosanguinarine $(509.0{\pm}7.4mg/l)$ ; 0.2g/l YE induced sanguinarine $(146.8{\pm}3.8mg/l)$ and an unknown compound. These results occur because dihydrobenzophenanthridine oxidase (DHBO) is induced by YE and not by MJ. YE and chitin (CHI) had similar effects on sanguinarine production and DHBO expression. Differential induction of secondary metabolites was shown in E. californica suspension cultures and the expression of proteins confirmed the metabolite results. Furthermore, treatment by various oligosaccharides helped us to understand the elicitation effect of YE in signal transduction pathways.
The right cervical vagus nerve was electrically stimulated for 30 sec, and 30 minutes recording cardiac rate responses and electrocardiogram. The main purposes of the present experiment are to determine effect of stimulation frequency on the maintenance of cardiac rate responses and to determine recovery time of sinus rhythm after asystole period followed by idioventricular rhythm during prolonged electrical stimulation of the vagus, and the optimal stimulation parameters for vagal stimulation were studied as well. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. The maximum negative chrontropic responses were obtained with the following ranges of electrical parameters. Intensity: 3V-7V, Frequency: 20/sec-60/sec, and pulse duration: 5 msec-20 msec. 2. Compared with the responses from sympathetic effectors, cardiac rate responses to electrical stimulation of vagus nerve were well maintained with all stimulation frequencies. 3. At all stimulation frequencies except 20/sec, sinus node started to take over primary pacemaker activity when cardiac rates were restored to about 38-40/min. 4. It was indicated that upper limit of idioventricular rhythm does not exceed 38-40/min. 5. With the stimulation parameter set of 20/sec-5 msec-3 V, sinus rhythm did not appear during 30 minutes of stimulation period. Therefore, this electrical parameter set appears to be optimal for elicitation of prolonged and maximum cardiac rate responses by vagal stimulation.
