  • Silicon wafers using DRAM devices required for high cleaning technology and this cleaning technology was evaluated by defect level or electron life time. This paper examined the correlation of SPV(Surface Photo Voltaic Analyzer) which analyzes diffusion length of minority carriers and DLTS(Deep level Transient Spectroscope) which analyzes defect level.

  • In this paper, to implement the electrical equivalent modeling of powder electroluminescent device, capacitate equation of device was chosen. The conventional structure device which have dielectric and phosphor layer between electrodes, and the single emission structure device which means that dielectric and phosphor were mixed between electrodes, were investigated. As a result, it was possible to make the equation that is transferred capacitance to phosphor layer, and using measured brightness efficiency and conductivity of devices was calculated.

  • This paper describes the deposition and characteristics of electrochromic tungsten oxide thin films for electrochromic smart windows. Tungsten Oxide thin films(WO$_3$) are deposited by thermal evaporation techniques. By varying deposition parameters, WO$_3$ thin films exhibit different optical properties. The electrochromic devices are consist of ITO glass/ WO$_3$ thin films/ LiClO$_4$-propylene carbonate electrolyte/ counter electrode. The electrochromic properties of tungsten oxide thin films with different deposition condition ale investigated.

  • An efficient interpolation FIR filter structure for high-density and low-power electronic devices is proposed. The proposed structure is based on polyphase decomposition property and look-up table method. By computer-aided design simulations, it is shown that the use of the proposed method can result in reduction in the number of gates by 54% and can reduce power consumption by 9%.

  • Some experimental studies on the dielectric strength characteristics of organic material under compressive stress associated with high magnetic fields and of liquid coolant in the presence of thermally induced bubble, which might be generated at unexpected quench of immersed-cooling superconducting devices, was performed to obtain the basic data on the electrical insulation design for superconducting apparatus. PET and liquid nitrogen were used as test mediums.

  • We have developed highly efficient blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting devices (OLED) with simplified architectures using blue phosphorescent material. The basis device structure of the blue PHOLED was anode / emitting layer (EML) / electron transport layer (ETL) / cathode. The dopant was partially doped into the host layer for investigating recombination zone, current efficiency, and emission characteristics of the blue PHOLEDs.

  • The potential of non-rubbing technology for applying to display devices was demonstrated by irradiating a high density argon ion beam (IB) on a polyimide (PI) as a liquid crystal alignment layer. The superior electro-optical characteristics were obtained, compared to rubbed PI, Although the low pretilt angle was created on the IB irradiated PI.

  • This paper refers to fundamental investigations and simulations of conducted electromagnetic inference emissions produced by power electronic devices in a frequency range from 2 to 10 kHz. The emissions of different industrial power converters were measured and compared. The influence of different working conditions over the altitude of the EMI are represented. Simulations of the power converter system including the line impedance stabilisation network certify the measurements.
