e-비즈니스에서 마일리지의 새로운 역할 : 사적 전자화폐 관점 (The Evolving Role of Mileage in e-Business: Private e-Money Perspective)

  • This research investigates the rising new role of mileage system as private e-money in a exploratory study. The key research questions are "How does mileage system evolve with expansion of e-business and what are the cases for real experiences in 'money-like' mileage and their implications?" This research focuses on the proposition that mileage points created in commercial transactions as a royalty program are observed to serve a new role as payment tool. In an attempt to identify factors that determine mileage system as private money, we employ three factors: confidence, transaction cost, and monetary freedom. Also, this research proposes a direction for further research and follow-up studies to establish legal and institutional issues and the relevant architecture, all of which are essential elements to make the mileage points global money with a certain trade ratio in the near future.

  • This paper object is application of electronic Customers Relationship Management(e-CRM) for buyer relationship commitment in korea export firms. So, I'd like to suggest some applications of e-CRM needed to strengthen the export firms in korea. These applications are as follows First, the export companies are required to e-CRM logical architecture that is needs to achievement of buyer relationship commitment. Second, Buyer data source is classify in to three large group by outside data, transaction data and support data. Third, a concept and function of buyer information database. Fourth, e-CRM campaign management for export marketing. Fifth, interaction of buyer and customizing. finally, a point to be considered of korea export companies are national character, data mining out of buyer information database, difference of data gathering and sustaining up date of buyer's new information.

  • 인터넷을 통한 제품 소개와 더찰어 판매자가 구매자로부터 해당 제품에 대하여 주문을 받고 물건을 파는 상거래 행위도 최근 크게 증가하고 있다. 맞벌이 부부의 증가, 교통난, 주차난 등 현대 사회의 여러 제약 조건에 의해 야간 쇼핑 및 통신을 통한 홈쇼핑의 수요가 크게 증가하고 있다. [3] 홈쇼핑에 있어 상대방과의 신용확인 및 지속적인 거래를 위해서는 단순 상품진열보다는 상대방과의 대화를 통한 서로간의 활동적인 거래가 이루어 져야 할 것이다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 모델은 인터넷기반의 전자상거래 시스템을 구축하여 유통적인 예약시스템을 통해 인터넷상에서의 대화 및 거래를 어떻게 상호 작용할 수 있는 지 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 예약형 면단 시스템은 단순 직무의 감축으로 인한 소형거래 상에서 유용하게 쓰여질 수 있으며 국제 무역에서 전문적 상품의 거래서비스나 유통서비스 등에 다양한 응용을 할 수 있다.

  • 전자상거래가 활성화되면서 상거래 기능과 거래되는 업무가 증가함에 따라 교환되는 메시지도 다양하게 되어, 개인정보, 결제정보(계좌번호, 카드번호, 비밀번호 등), 개인정보 등, 이러한 메시지에 대한 보안이 요구된다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 인터넷 환경 하에서 안전하게 메시지를 전송하기 위해 암호와 전자서명을 적용한 안전한 XML 메시징 시스템인 Secure-XML Messaging 시스템(S-XMS)은 위해 제안하였으며, 여러 보안 서비스 중 메시지 비밀보장 서비스, 사용자 인증 서비스, 메시지 무결성 서비스, 부인불능 서비스를 선정하여 구현하였다.

  • 무선 인터넷에서 전자상거래를 비롯한 데이터 서비스가 성공적으로 제공되기 위해 보안 문제가 해결되어야 한다. 무선 인터넷을 위한 보안 프로토콜은 인증과 키 교환을 주목적으로 하며 주로 WPKI(WAP Public Key Infrastructure)을 가정하고 인증서를 이용하여 설계되었다. 이에 무선 환경을 고려한 PKI의 효율적인 인증서 검증을 논의하고자 한다.

The Effects of Electronic Commerce on the Freight Transport Industry

  • This paper investigates changing business transaction under the e-commerce environment and their implications on freight transport industry with some case studies. It shows that an efficient and reliable delivery system is essential for e-commerce as business industries are faced with the stricter and more diversified demands of customer. In addition, many aspects of business practices such as small batch, customized production and just-in-time distribution in the e-commerce environment, in turn, bring about a number of changes in the volume and service patterns of freight transport. E-commerce requires longer transport distances and often higher delivery frequencies. It also entails to a certain extent a modal shift towards truck and air freight transport modes. On the one hand, the logistical requirements of e-commerce goods may stimulate greater complexity in existing supply chain management, causing higher costs. However it is true that the increased visibility of goods through more efficient information flow allows more efficient and effective transport management in the logistics system.

However, at present, the environment of e-Marketplace Infrastructure in Gangwon Do is very poor. Therefore, this study points out the problems of e-Marketplace of the Fisheries Sector in Gangwon Do and provides many considerations for a program for activation of e-Marketplace.
