The purpose of this study is to help the venture business innovate the purchasing process. This study reviewed the types of transaction governance structure, and researched the change of transaction governance structure, while using information technology. According to transaction cost theory, the transaction governance structure can be moved from hierarchy to market. It can be moved to the middle, because of economies of scale, incentive for supplier, and increasing search cost. And it can be moved from market exchange to relational exchange, using electronic marketplace. In order to innovate the purchasing process, the venture business can select the transaction governance structure that fits the its purchasing contexts.

Currently analyzed the various real estate electronic transaction relation service present condition which is enforced from the government offices. And applied a real estate electronic transaction and enforces and the representative instance which selected analyzed. Analysis leads, groped the constituent unit by construction plan of real estate electronic transaction system of governmental leading and unit system construction investigated a priority. And delivered Real Estate Contents Information in DRM Serever for authentication, decoding, and license downloading for cases of charged contents. This can retain the merits of P2P technology to its full extent while solving the biggest issue addressed: copyright problems.

Recently the cloud computing paradigm has been widely accepting in various applications. Data management system of cloud computing requires ability to manage tremendous data and supporting scalability. The former can be achieved by weaken consistency and limitation of transactions, and the latter needs expand or shrink of components. In this paper, we propose a transaction processing model and a scalable module management algorithm when transaction is executed in the cloud. Transaction processing model consists of a transaction management module and a data management module. Scalable module management algorithm has no redistribution of components and may alleviates loads of existed modules. With simulation results, we can see the improvement of response time and decrease abort ratio of transactions.

Recently, the number of Internet shopping malls increases dramatically Internet shopping malls offer direct sales by electronic catalogs. As compared with to physical stores and paper catalogs, electronic catalogs differ in terms of the varieties and types of products offered, promotional efforts, service, interface, ordering and delivering, and so on. This paper analysed the features of electronic catalogs for fisheries by 45 variables. By descriptive statistics of electronic catalogs for fisheries, most electron)c catalogs had sufficient product related information. But promotion and transaction security related features were scarce. And some development technologies of electronic catalogs for fisheries were obsolete. By factor analysis, there were 9 factors of electronic catalogs for fisheries, that was, design of product pages, transaction information, playfulness, convenience of product selection, interface design, design of homepages, product information, learning capability, other electronic catalog related factor. Thus in standardizing electronic catalog for fisheries products, the above 9 factors should be reflected significantly.

SET(Secure Electronic Transaction)은 인터네트와 같은 open network에서 안전하게 상거래를 할 수 있도록 보장해주는 지불 프로토롤이다. SET은 보안상의 허점을 보완하고자 신용카드 회사인 비자, 마스터카드와 IBM, 넷스케이프, 마이크로소프트 그리고 VeriSign의 기술적인 도움으로 개발되었다. SET은 RSA 데이터 보안회사의 암호화 기술에 기초를 두고 있으며, 기술사양 자체가 공개이므로 누구나 자유롭게 SET 프로토롤을 사용하는 소프트웨어를 개발 할 수 있다. SET은 우리가 일상생활에서 이용하는 신용카드 거래체계를 인터네트를 통한 전자상거래에서도 유사하게 이용할 수 있도록 하였다.

As a joint venture between SWIFT and TT Club, bolero.net is changing the way the world trades by providing a web-based, paperless mode of commerce that is designed to become a global standard. As bolero.net supplies the service of the title registry resolves the problem of Electronic Bill of Lading, the electronic letter of credit will be easily introduced. Thus, this study deals with the Nature of the Electronic Letter of Credit Transaction and the Presentation of the Documents, in particular, the Bolero Bill of Lading.

This article examines the impact of electronic commerce on environmental welfare. In particular, we analyze a game model of price competition between offline and online firms when consumption taxes are imposed on both offline and online transactions that produce environmental pollution. We investigate the properties of optimal taxation between offline and online markets and demonstrate that there is an optimal difference between the two taxes, depending upon not only the transaction cost between offline and online consumption, but also the environmental damage cost. We also investigate the effect of tax-free online transactions on tax revenues, and the financial feasibility of the optimal taxation.

Electronic channel of automobile insurance has emerged as an attractive way of lowering costs and saving time to do the transaction for customers. Electronic channel refers to using web sites to find useful information on insurance products, buy automobile insurance, and ask for services related to the insurance. This study suggests a modified model of the UTAUT and examines the factors influencing intention to use electronic channel in the transaction of automobile insurance. Based on 203 responses from potential automobile insurance buyers, the results showed that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, service expectancy, and security risk are significantly related to intention to use electronic channel. The results also showed that age as a moderator influences the effects of performance expectancy and effort expectancy on intention to use electronic channel. The study results would improve the understanding of the factors to which managers of insurance companies should pay attention in order to increase their sales through electronic channel.

Recent development of electronic commerce enables the use of Electronic Stock Trading Systems(ESTS) to be expanded. In ESTS, information with various sensitivity levels is shared by multiple users with mutually different clearance levels. Therefore, it is necessary to use Multilevel Secure Database Management Systems(MLS/DBMSs) in controlling concurrent execution among multiple transactions. In ESTS, not only analytical OLAP transactions, but also mission critical OLTP transactions are executed concurrently, which causes it difficult to adapt traditional secure transaction management schemes to ESTS environments. In this paper, we propose Secure One Snapshot(SOS) protocol that is devised for Secure Transaction Management in ESTS. By maintaining additional one snapshot as well as working database SOS blocks covert-channel efficiently, enables various real-time transaction management schemes to be adapted with ease, and reduces the length of waiting queue being managed to maintain freshness of data by utilizing the characteristics of less strict correctness criteria. In this paper, we introduce the process of SOS protocol with some examples, and then analyze correctness of devised protocol.

Mosts of export/import cargo has been moving using maritime transport means. Korea had been driven the system automation project using EDI document since the mid-1990s. However, this automation system comes upon about 40-50% against overall maritime business process, manual or paper document processing work is existing as ever. International e-business environment also has changing into electronic form document transaction from paper document-based transaction. International standardization organization, UN/CEFACT proposed UNeDocs for paperless jtransaction. UNeDocs is a specification to define XML data model as well as electronic form. With UNeDocs, it is not necessary to generate the duplexed data, and it can support user convenient and guarantee the flexibility. This paper defines the UNeDocs data model for EDI and Off-Line processing at the current maritime business. Then, it have to check XML syntax and structure for the defined data model through quality of document check system. Also, it explains the applying plan about the defined UNeDocs data model. It is possible to support paperless transaction as defining UNeDocs-based standard data model and converting into paper document, XML and EDI document using UNeDocs data model.
