A survey over the role of sol-gel processing and metal alkoxides in the thin film preparation is given. The basic chemistry of the sol-gel process is complex due to the different reactivities of the network forming and the wide variety of reaction parameters. Despite the important progress in the investigations of the mechanisms of thin film formation, a direct relation of reaction parameters to functional oxide properties is still very difficult.

This study investigated the effect of service quality and using experience on a royalty in a electronic commerce. Expecially, used HTS (Home Trading System of securities companies)as a online service system. HTS (Home Trading System) is a electronic commerce system of securities companies that is a most progressive tool of it. Almost securities companies are offering these typical trading system, because it is a required factor for a competitive position in their compound market. This paper made hypotheses of five cases, and collected some data through survey questionnaire for an analysis of actual proof. For attaining the object of this research, used a structure equation modeling, and found that almost paths of the research model are supported among the service quality, using experience, involvement and royalty. This study could provide academic and managerial implications in a electronic commerce business.

The purpose of this study is to investigate factors which can lead small buyers to participate in a Reverse Aggregation Electronic Market (RAEM). Five factors including search, selection, price, delivery, and Internet literacy were selected as possible factors which are expected to influence small buyers' participation in a RAEM. This paper focused on a RAEM of the Korean automotive industry in which the third party aggregator formed a group of small automobile repair shops (ARS) and amassed buying power for them by building a buyer' oriented electronic market (EM). Survey data were collected from small ARS in South Korea. The results of the empirical analysis indicated that fast delivery and support for Internet illiteracy are potential incentives that could influence buyers' decisions to join a RAEM.

The application of Internet-technologies to support inter-business transactions and relationships (also termed business-to-business, B2B, electronic commerce) has recently received tremendous attention. Recognizing the importance of the Internet as a powerful business tool, many companies including public organization such as KEPCO(Korea Electronic Power Corporation) have moved quickly to take advantage of electronic commerce. This study explores the impact of Internet-based technology on the procurement function, howe-procurement is helping organizations to enhance their competitiveness and the challenges to its adoption. The study also presents the findings from a survey conducted to gain insight into the adoption of e-procurement by KEPCO. Specifically, it seeks to uncover the prevalence of and extent to which public organization is adopting e-procurement, the benefits reaped and the barriers encountered in the course of implementation.

Steganalysis & steganography have witnessed immense progress over the past few years by the advancement of deep convolutional neural networks (DCNN). In this paper, we analyzed current research states from the latest image steganography and steganalysis frameworks based on deep learning. Our objective is to provide for future researchers the work being done on deep learning-based image steganography & steganalysis and highlights the strengths and weakness of existing up-to-date techniques. The result of this study opens new approaches for upcoming research and may serve as source of hypothesis for further significant research on deep learning-based image steganography and steganalysis. Finally, technical challenges of current methods and several promising directions on deep learning steganography and steganalysis are suggested to illustrate how these challenges can be transferred into prolific future research avenues.

This study assesses user attitudes towards electronic academic journals and suggests management issues for users and information managers. To reveal academic scholars' user attitudes, this paper is an attempt to survey the concepts of electronic journals, thoughts, perceptions and experiences of a sample of university faculty. Based upon various aspects of user attitudes, this study derives effective management techniques for electronic academic journals in library and information center.

For constructing the purchasing decision-making model to maximize customer value on the electronic commerce, Means-Ends Network model was used for identifying means and fundamental objectives and their relationships were analyzed by the structural equation. A questionnaire survey of 481 customers in their internet shopping experiences was conducted to extract valid means and fundamental objectives' factors. As a result, 6 means objectives shopping travel, shipping errors, vendor trust, online payment, product choice, and recommender systems and 3 fundamental objectives-shopping convenience, internet ecology, and customer support were founded. Using these 9 factors, structural equation was analyzed 4 times to ensure statistical validities and to establish new interrelationships among them. The results showed that fundamental objectives are affected by the strong relationships within means objectives. This interrelationship with mens and fundamental objectives is interpreted as the purchasing decision-making model to maximize customer value on the electronic commerce in this paper.

Satellite based communication is networks in which users in a wide area can access without wired-based ground infrastructure. In particular, the need is emerging due to the recent Ukraine-Russia war. Satellite network systems acquire data that is difficult to observe on Earth as well as communication networks and are also used for research and development, which allows additional data to be produced. However, due to the nature of communication networks existing in outer space, certain vulnerabilities are revealed, and attacks based on them can be exposed. In this paper, we analyze vulnerabilities that may arise due to the nature of satellite communication networks and describes current research, countermeasures, and future research directions.

This paper is to survey and put in perspective the working methods of multi-target tracking in clutter. This paper includes theories and practices for data association and related filter structures and is motivated by increasing interest in the area of target tracking, security, surveillance, and multi-sensor data fusion. It is hoped that it will be useful in view of taking into consideration a full understanding of existing techniques before using them in practice.
