Due to their better photosensitivity in X-ray, the amorphous selenium based photoreceptor is widely used on the X-ray conversion materials. It was possible to control the charge carrier transport of amorphous selenium by suitably alloying a-Se with other elements(e,g. As, Cl). The charge transport properties of amorphous Selenium is decided on hole which is induced from metal to selenium in metal-selenium junction and which is transferred in a-Se bulk. This phenomenon is resulted of changing electric field owing to increasing of space charge by deep trap of a-Se bulk. In this paper, We dopped the chlorine to compensate deep hole trap and deposited blocking layer using dielectric material to prevent from increasing space charge for injection charge between metal electrode and a-Se layer. We compared space charge and the decreasing of trap density through measuring dark and photo current.

Modern financial services go beyond the stage of internet banking, and new concepts of financial transactions such as Internet of Things, mobile banking, electronic payments, and fintech have emerged. As a result, banks are less influential in financial transactions, and changes are being demanded. In the present era, the basic business of banks has decreased, and it is transforming into a space where both consumer finance work and reside. The bank office stands for the brand image of the bank, and it is represented by trust with customers in the basic business of financial transactions, and the rise in real estate value is a natural social phenomenon due to the nature of the location and location of real estate owned by the bank. The business method and space of the bank office that meets the new paradigm of the modern society is an inefficient space only for the convenience and rest of consumers, but it must be used as a variety of spaces suitable for the region to increase the functional value of the bank office. Through this study, as a convenience space for consumers, various service facilities should be introduced to understand the characteristics of the region as a convenience space for consumers, and various service facilities should be introduced to meet the needs of consumers, and the bank office should be improved as a complex service space for local residents.

At present, the scale of Electronic Commerce through internet has been rapidly increasing due to the development of information & communication technology, and aggregated to 2.4 billion dollar in America last year (1998). The market scale of worldwide electronic commerce is also presumed to be about 130 billion dollar in 2000, and to occupy more than 20% of the whole world trade in world 2020. Since the right of trademark, despite of being effective only in registered nations on the principle of territorialism, is unified on the cyber space of internet without domestic barrier or local limitation which make it easier to conduct the distribution of information rapidly through the address-internet domain name, those are very important that the systematic dispute-solving plan on problems such as decision of its Act and international jurisdiction to be established, in an effort to prevent the newly emerging dispute instances such as trademark infringement and improper competitiveness. In addition, it is natural that on the threshold of the electronic commerce age which formed with an unified area without the worldwide specific regulation, each country including us makes haste with the enactment of "electronic commerce Act" aiming at coming into force in 1999, in keeping with getting through "non-tariff law on electronic commerce" by U. S. parliament on May, 1998. In view of the properties of electronic commerce transactions through internet, there are the large curtailment of distributive channel, surmounting of restrictions on transaction area, space and time and the easy feedback with consumer and the cheap-required capital, from which the problems may arise - registration of trademark, the trademark infringement of domain name and the protection of prestigious trademark. Therefore, it is necessary to take the counter-measure, with a view of reviewing the infringement of trademark and domain name and the instances of each national precedent and to preventing the disputes. The improvement of the persistent system should be needed to propel the harmonious protection of those holding trademark right's credit and demanders' expectant profit by way of the righteous use of trademark.

Commerce activities which are free form space and time constraint using a communication network are called Electronic Commerce(EC). Because of sending a commercial information using open network such as Internet in EC, they need the security of commerce information (payment information and purchase information), checking the integrity of transferring data and certifying all parts participated in commerce for a secure commerce. Recently Visa and MasterCard Co. released the Secure Electronic Transaction (SET) Protocol for secure payment card transaction on Internet. This paper proposes a Secure Electronic Commerce Transaction Model(SECTM) using SET in order to support the secure commerce on Internet. The proposed transaction model prevents merchant from abusing the cardholder's payment information (credit-card number etc.) and enables cardholder to shop securely in Electronic Shopping Mall.

자율주행 시스템의 수용성 보장은 중요하다. 시스템 수용성 요소 중 하나인 자율주행 종방향 제어기는 상위 제어기와 하위 제어기로 구성된다. 상위 제어기는 Cruise 제어와 Space 제어를 상황에 맞는 제어를 결정하고 필요한 목표 속도를 만든다. 하위 제어기에서는 목표 속도를 추종하기 위한 가속도 신호를 만들어서 제어를 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 상위 제어기에서 Cruise 제어와 Space 제어전환 문제에서 발생하는 차간거리 변동을 개선하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 Cruise 제어에서 Space 제어로 전환되는 시점에 Cruise 제어에 Approach 알고리즘을 추가하여 전환 거리에서 Space 제어로 전환되도록 하는 것이다. 이를 통해서 ± 12m 초기 오차에서 ±4m까지 오차를 개선했으며 실차검증을 수행하였다.

The space in today's digital era is developing in a new direction with the changing paradigm, which is different from that in the analog era. The space that appeals to the advanced technology mobilizes all the five senses of the space user with the technical elements of the more variable fields and aesthetic productions, and creates an interactive environment by motivating the user's active participation through the digital media. The environmental device called digital media connects the function pace with living performance. Unlike in the analog space, the different sides of the digital media space create a human consciousness that corresponds to the realistic ambience, further contributing to the lively condition. For the main production technique in the digital medias performance-active space, there are electronic image production, changeable production, impromptu-active production, light and sound production, and total artistic production that lead to the progressive interaction between man and space.

본 논문은 한국에서 피시방으로 불리는 인터넷 카페에 의해 생산된 도시경관의 성격과 함의, 그리고 피시방에서 실제와 가상공간 사이에 혹은 인간과 기계 공간 사이에 존재하는 사이보그로서 인간 육체의 활동과 경계에 대한 그들의 영향을 탐구한다. 두 부분으로 구성되어 있는 본 논문은 먼저 전자 건축 공간으로서 피시방의 거리경관을 조사하고 피시방의 도시 전자 공간을 하이퍼텍스트 공간의 의미에서 제시한다. 그런 다음, 피시방에서 인간-기계 혼성체 혹은 사이보그로서 존재하는 인간 육체에 대한 피시방의 영향을 조사한다. 실제와 가상 공간 사이의 혹은 인간과 기계 공간 사이의 제삼 공간, 경계 공간 혹은 혼성 공간으로서 피시방의 패러독스적 사회-공간적 특징은 다음과 같이 설명될 수 있다. 먼저, 피시방에서 사람들은 한편으로는 가상 공간에서는 이동하지만, 다른 한편으로는 실제 공간에서는 정적이라는 점에서 유목적이고 동시에 정착적인 경관이 나타난다. 둘째, 비록 피시방이 열린 공적인 전자공간으로서 역할을 하지만, 남성주의적인 젠더화된 공간을 형성하면서 보이지 않는 사회적 경계를 갖고 있다는 점에서 열린 공간이면서 닫힌 공간이다. 셋째, 피시방에서 인간 육체의 감각적 경계는 전자 네트워크를 통해 확장되지만, 동시에 그것의 사회적 경계는 자기중심적인 상상의 공간을 통해 수축된다. 그리하여 마지막으로, 피시방은 육화되고 젠더화된 경관을 갖고 있는 사회적 공간일 뿐만 아니라, 인간-기계의 결합의 사이보그 경관을 수반하는 비-장소로 특징지을 수 있다.

Recently, NAND flash memory has emerged as a next generation storage device because it has several advantages, such as low power consumption, shock resistance, and so on. However, it is necessary to use a flash translation layer (FTL) to intermediate between NAND flash memory and conventional file systems because of the unique hardware characteristics of flash memory. This paper proposes a new clustered FTL (CFTL) that uses clustered hash tables and a two-level software cache technique. The CFTL can anticipate consecutive addresses from the host because the clustered hash table uses the locality of reference in a large address space. It also adaptively switches logical addresses to physical addresses in the flash memory by using block mapping, page mapping, and a two-level software cache technique. Furthermore, anticipatory I/O management using continuity counters and a prefetch scheme enables fast address translation. Experimental results show that the proposed address translation mechanism for CFTL provides better performance in address translation and memory space usage than the well-known NAND FTL (NFTL) and adaptive FTL (AFTL).
