  • Where a paper document, a manual signature, or negotiability is required in statute, then solutions must be found through a change in the law. However, where the problem originates in commercial usage, then the solution can be easier, and speedy. Certainly, nearly all of the functions that paper document provides can be equally, or better, satisfied by electronic means. That is, Electronic Commerce(EC), which has been increasing rapidly and is a new type of transaction, may be hindered by legal obstacles to use of Electronic Message, or by uncertainty to its legal effect and validity. Therefore, it is important to sustain legal effect to Electronic Message for the prosperity of EC The one of solutions is to use reliable Electronic signature system by Certification Authority to verify the authenticity of Electronic Message.

  • Remotely accessible information resources are greatly increasing in number and importance, but thee are stored in different systems and in different formats all over the world. For this reason, the bibliographic control must be established for the network information resources. This paper intends to describe the characteristics of remote electronic journal, to review some projects and issues related to the cataloging of remote electronic journal, expecially field 856(electronic locatio and access) in the USMARC, and to analyze AACR2R(chapter 9,12), ISBED(ER), OCLC manual, and, CCM Module 31.

  • This paper presents a model for p voltage controlled pulse width modulator (VCPWM), which can be used in any phase controlled converter having either manual or microprocessor based control. The circuit uses only one 555 timer, an OpAmp, some resistors, and capacitors. Although a large varieties of such circuits are available in the literature, this model is very simple with low cost and high performance.

  • To evaluate whether or not their product is in conformity with its drawing, today's factories manufacturing rubber and/or plastic products use manual process. In manual conformity inspection process, a person decides conformity as comparing drawing to image of product with his eyes. The manual process is tedious and time-consuming in addition that it is impossible to automatically record various informations related to inspection. To solve such problems, this paper proposes automatic drawing conformity inspection system based on computer vision technologies such as image feature matching and bilinear interpolation. The test results show that proposed system is a lot faster when comparing with manual system.

  • Objectives : This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of manual therapy for wrist pain. Methods : We searched electronic databases (PubMed, Embase, Cochrane, CAJ, KISS, RISS, NDSL, OASIS, and KMBASE) for randomized controlled trials for manual therapy as a treatment for wrist pain. Results : A total of 9 randomized controlled trials were selected and meta-analysis was conducted on 6 studies. Three studies with different design of the intervention/control group were excluded from the meta-analysis. A high risk of bias was observed for both performance bias and detection bias. Conclusions : Our systematic review verified the clinical effect of manual therapy on wrist pain. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that clinical studies on wrist diseases and high-level follow-up studies will be conducted.

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to analyze the clinical application status in papers related to Chuna Manual Therapy after musculoskeletal disorder surgery. Methods : We searched 6 electronic databases(RISS, DBpia, KISS, NDSL, OASIS, Pubmed) and 2 associated journals (Korea CHUNA Manual Medicine for Spine & Nerves, Korean Medicine Rehabilitation). We classified the papers by related musculoskeletal region and analyzed them in detail. Results : 1. Of the 24 papers included in the final analysis list, 13 were carried out for fascia and 18 for joints. 2. There were positive effects on the improvement of symptoms, including the relief of pain in patients, and there were no cases of severe side effects and adverse events. 3. Thus, CMT can be used as a safe and effective treatment if a skilled practitioner makes proper use of the follow-up procedure based on accurate judgment of the patient's postoperative condition. Conclusions : Through this paper, we expect that there will be active research on the clinical applications of Chuna Manual Therapy in Korean rehabilitation treatment after musculoskeletal disorder surgery.

  • 건설분야 기술문서들은 과거 종이 문서형태에서 전자화 형태로 변화되고 있으며, 휴대용 전자기기로 관련 규정을 검색하여 활용하는 사례도 증대되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 기술문서들의 전자화 형태는 접근성은 개선될 수 있지만 여전히 규정 자체의 전자 문서화에 그치고 있다. 규정에 관련된 기술 내용의 시각적 이해도를 높이기 위한 동영상, 에니메이션(Animation), 가상현실(Virtual Reality, VR)정보 등이 연동되지 않아 실무자들의 기술적 이해도를 높이는 데는 한계가 있다. 이러한 점을 개선할 수 있는 것이 전자매뉴얼이다. 전자매뉴얼은 시방서, 가이드라인 등 문서형태에 멀티미디어 기능이 연계되어 사용자와 대화형태로 운용되면서 실시간으로 정보 습득이 가능하도록 하는 전자 문서체계이다. 본 연구는 건설분야의 기획단계에 운용가능한 전자매뉴얼의 구성 방안과 모형을 구축하고, 적용 시나리오를 구성하여 활용성을 검증한다. 또한 전자매뉴얼의 적용시 파급효과를 AHP기법으로 분석하여 건설분야 전자매뉴얼의 활용성을 제고하는데 목적이 있다.

  • In this study, the advanced shift control algorithm for parallel type hybrid drivetrain system with automated manual transmission(AMT) is proposed. The AMT can be easily realized by mounting the pneumatic actuators and sensors on the clutch and shift levers of the conventional manual transmission. By using the electronic-controlled AMT, engine and induction machine, it is possible to achieve the integrated control of overall system for the efficiency and the performance of the vehicle. Performing the speed control of the induction machine and the engine, the synchronization at gear shifting and the smooth engagement of clutch can be guaranteed. And it enables to reduce the shift shock and shorten the shift time. Hence, it results in the improvement of shift quality and the driving comfort of the vehicle. Dynamometer-based experiments are carried out to prove the validity of the proposed shift control algorithm.

A Systematic Review of the Mechanical CPR and Manual CPR on Out-of-Hospital Cardiac Arrest Occurring in High-rise Building

  • CPR in High-rise building is one of the challenging tasks to 119 paramedics, evacuating patient from the narrow and vertical area. This study was built to compare the method of mechanical CPR and manual CPR is to maximizing on-scene treatment time, and minimizing the hand-off time in cardiac arrest, transporting patient as fast as possible. The electronic data research (Science, Pubmed, Medline, Medline and 55 academic DB interworking) was conducted, and five articles were included by reviewing and excluding through the Covidence program and Review Manager version 5.4(Cochrane Collaboration). OHCA occurring on the higher floor indicates lower in survival. A total studies uniformly reported mechanical CPR is more effective during the high-rise building evacuation, than manual CPR in rate, depth, and hands-on time of chest compression. Use of mechanical CPR device is more suitable in case of High-rise building OHCA to improve the survival rate which is affected by high-quality CPR.

  • 건설분야 전자매뉴얼은 기존에 서술적 문서형태로 작성되어온 시공법, 유지관리절차 등에 관련된 시방규정, 지침서들이 시각화를 위한 멀티 미디어 기능과 통합연계정보 제공기능을 갖는 전자적 형태로 구성된 것을 의미한다. 이러한 전자적 개념의 건설전자매뉴얼은 지침 규정의 전자화는 물론이고, 공사관리자의 이해도 증진을 위해 해당 규정에 관련된 3D동영상 화면과 가상현실, 시공이력사진 정보들을 연계해서 제공해 주는 종합 정보시스템 개념을 갖고 있다. 현재 시방정보, 관련법규 등의 건설분야 각종 지침들은 전자화를 위한 표준적 인 규칙 이 없이 일반적 인 문서형 태로 작성되고 있으므로, 관련정보의 체계적인 축적 및 공유가 어렵고 효과적 인 시설물의 시공 및 유지관리에 장애요인이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 건설분야 정보화 체계와 비교하여 전자매뉴얼의 필요성과 타 분야 전자매뉴얼대비 건설전자매뉴얼의 특성을 분석하여 건설분야에 적합한 구성전략을 제시함으로써, 건설분야 전자매뉴얼의 활용도를 인식시키는데 연구목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 유지관리업무 전자매뉴얼 시안을 포함하는 시설물 재해관리용 전자매뉴얼의 적용성을 가상적으로 구성하여 검증하고 있다.
