  • 오늘날 e비즈니스에 관련된 여러 가지 새로운 개념과 툴이 등장했지만, e비즈니스를 전략적으로 수행하게 도와줄 수 있는 체계를 주지는 못하고 있다 f비즈니스를 위한 초기의 시스템 구축이 어느 정도 궤도에 오르자, 이미 구축된 e비즈니스 시스템을 어떻게 전략적으로 고객의 가치창출을 위해서 활용할 것인가에 대한 마케팅 이슈들이 점차 중요시되고 있다. 또한 O마케팅 또는 고객중심이 아니라 기술 또는 시스템 중심으로 치우쳐 e비즈니스 본연의 취지에서 벗어나므로 고객중심의 e비지니스 마케팅 추진 전략을 연구하고, 효율적인 전개방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • Electronic watt hour meters(WHM) for high pressure running in domestic were installed to the digital type meter and ones for low pressure are expected to complete within several years. Domestic power metering technology is being beyond a simple framework with an electronic type and is rapidly evolving to intelligent smart metering systems in conjunction with promotion of a national smart grid project. Major policy outlook of the world's major power company regarding Intelligent metering is the application of the fare structure diversification and is the improvement of level of service to customers. In addition, electric power companies should focus on the cost reduction and the improvement of management efficiency through an efficient operation of distribution facility. In this paper, we are about to make an observation of the additional services technology development trend of the overseas smart meter and to have a view of value-added services(VAS) system of smart meter suitable for the domestic environment based on the technology development of VAS utilizing electronic watt hour meter performed by recent research projects.

  • 최근 도심 발파작업이 증가함에 따라 발파진동 및 소음에 대한 주변 민원문제가 증가되고 있으며, 이에 굴착 시공성 저하로 인하여 시공사와 민원간의 분쟁이 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 본 사례는 전자뇌관에 의한 분산장약 발파공법을 적용하여, 발파진동 및 소음에 대한 제어뿐만 아니라 공사기간을 단축시킴으로서 발파에 대한 민원간의 분쟁을 최소화하였다. 도심 구조물 근접구간의 발파공사에서 발파진동 및 소음을 허용기준 이하로 제어하면서 굴착 시공성을 높일 수 있는 굴착방법으로 널리 활용될 것으로 예상된다.

  • e-Trade Payment system has been transformed by quickly and effectively. The e-trade Payment system such as TradeCard System, Bolero Surf, Identrus Eleanor and e-Escrow and e-letter of Credit issued by SWIFT System enable partly sellers, buyers and service providers. This paper studies for SWIFT, Surf, TradeCard, Eleanor, e-Escrow as international trade payment, As reason following : The First, Bolero is a neutral secure platform enabling paperless trading between exporter, importer, and their logistics service and bank partners, insurance company. The Second, TradeCard is to manage procurement-to-payment worldwide, that is exporter, importer and connected partners, paperless platform. The Third, Identrus is the global leader in trusted identity solutions, recognized by global financial institutions, commercial organizations and bank partners around the world. The Forth, Escrow payment have effect to L/C issue and enter into electronic contracts in internet bank. Trader practice use Escrow Bank as the same bank that rules to Issuing Bank and Advising Bank and payment, acceptance. This paper of these electronic payment have studies new international trade payment to approach such as eUCP rules and TradeCard System, Surf of bolero, eleanor of Identrus, SWIFT.

  • 전자상거래는 고객에게 보다 시각적이고 청각적인 데이터에 쉽게 접근하게 만든다. 이러한 전자상거래의 기능은 기업들로 하여금 새로운 인터넷 기반의 판매활동을 가능하게 한다. 그러므로 전자상거래 시스템 구축은 기업들에게는 피할 수 없는 중요한 일이 되었다. 그러나 기업에 있어서 실제적인 전자상거래 시스템 구축은 초기의 엄청난 투자비용을 부담 해야하므로 매우 어려운 일이다. 위에서 언급한 것과 같이 전자상거래시스템 구축의 중요성을 고려하여 본 연구는 전자상거래 분야의 경영적 측면의 성공요인 분석을 통하여 한국 전자상거래 시장 분석을 하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과가 미래의 한국 전자상거래 시장의 성장을 위한 확실하고, 실질적인 도움을 제공할 것이다.

중력 가속도 실험을 위한 시간 측정 시스템 개발 (Development of Time Measure System for Acceleration of Gravity Experiment)

  • This study is to develop a time measure system for acceleration of gravity verification. The system can measure time interval between two points when an object passes through the points. The system has 1${\mu}$sec time resolution. The AT90S8515 microprocessor, product of ATMEL. can make 1${\mu}$sec time resolution possible connected with the 8 MHz fine crystal oscillator. The two external signals called 'start' and 'stop' have AT90S8515 that counted time intervals of the two signals. Sensors are composed of the IR beam emitting diode. TNL108 and the IR beam receiving photo diode, TNL601, produced by NEC company. In order to acquire the measurement of exactitude of the system, measure the pendulum period. Experimental result, the average period =3.0406sec with pendulum length of 2.314m. The acceleration of gravity g=$908821{\pm}6.416{\times}1^{-4}m/s^2$.

  • With the development of Computer & Communication Technology, nowadays many people are interested in remote metering, and many vendors are suggesting various remote metering solutions. KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Corporation) adopts some of these to some customers who uses a lot of electric power, also continues researching them. But, currently used electronic watt-hour meters vary in terms of communication protocol and data structure by the vendors. So we have to know each vendor's communication protocol and data structure to construct a remote metering system, or to find problems in it. But that's impossible to know each vendor's protocol and data structure because they are reluctant to tell those to outside the company. To solve these problems and to make a much more cost-effective metering system, KEPCO developed standard communication protocol between meters and PC (or metering server), and defined standard functions and data structure which can be used by everyone easily. Those developments support standard interface for every vendors' meters. And Those will be adopted by KEPCO for a part of a new metering standard for electronic watt-hour meters.

  • Korean government, port and logistics companies have given a lot of their efforts to exchange electronic documents between themselves and their partners. As the results of them, Korean EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) standards were made by Korean EDIFACT committee and the standards have been used by companies and governmental organizations in Korea. However, Korean port and logistics EDI system is based on YAN(Value Added Network) and one VAN company has monopolistic right to relay EDI documents to Korean HOMAF(Ministry of Maritime Affairs & Fisheries) and Customs Service. Therefore it leads to a lot of problems such as inconvenient software, expensive transmission fee, insufficient improvement of business process and the difficulty of connection with the in-house systems of user companies. For solving these problems, this study is aimed to progress for XML and XML-based electronic commerce framework. This paper shows a optimal XML/EDl method using XML/EDl, BizTalk Framework, ebXML Framework. Fer improving extant problems in port and logistics industry, this paper proposed XML/EDl system based on system architectural level, support technical level, business infrastructure level.

  • 본 논문에서는 높은 스펙트럼 효율 및 우수한 용량을 제공할 수 있는 다중안테나 기반의 Feher-patented quadrature phase shift keying(FQPSK) 시스템을 고려한다. 매 비트 구간마다 샘플링된 복소 기저 대역 신호가 여덟 개의 위상 값만을 가진다는 사실을 이용하여 maximum likelihood sequence estimation 기법을 이용하여 FQPSK 복조를 수행하고 이를 다중 안테나 시스템으로 확장한다. 다중 안테나 FQPSK 수신기의 성능을 모의실험을 통해 분석하고, zero-forcing 수신기 및 minimum-mean-square-error 수신기에 대한 union upper bound를 구하도록 한다.

  • This paper presents the modeling and analysis of V47-660 kW wind turbine generation system(WTGS) in Jeju wind farm using Psim program. Generally, WTGS is composed of complicated machinery. So it is very difficult to present the mathematic model. This means that WTGS has a nonlinear system. Using the real output data from V47 WTGS for one year, it is simply possible to express the rotor and gear coupling system as a torque generator according to wind speed. Also, the modeling of electrical system can be able to present using the data sheet from the company. To analyze the proposed method, results of computer simulation using Psim program are presented to support the discussion.
