전자상거래는 비즈니스 절차의 중간 단계를 축소시키고 공급자와 소비자의 관계를 보다 가깝게 만들어 새로운 제품 및 서비스의 제공, 비용절감 및 고객만족의 증대와 산업의 구조를 재구성하는 역할을 수행하고 있다. 그러므로 전자상거래 연구는 기술적 측면뿐만 아니라 경영적 측면의 요인에 관한 연구가 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전자상거래에 직접적으로 영향을 미칠 수 있는 경영기술 요인들을 체계적으로 분류하되 단순히 경영기술 요인을 나열하는 것이 아니라 상호 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인들의 관계를 자세히 분석할 수 있는 경영기술분류 프레임웤(Framework)을 개발하였다.

Recently groupware has been popularly adopted by corperations to gain competitive position. In Korea, one of major function of those systems is the Electronic Authorizing System because korean firms have authorizing system but western firms do not. Thus researches on EAS has never been produced before. The purpose of this research is to build the research framework for productivity measurement of EAS. The research model of EAS has investigated three dimensions including Business process, ease of system use and media richness to meet this end. Based on this model, author conducted case study with mailing questionaires. The result of research shows that the factors of the business process and ease of system use raise the productivity but the factor of electronic media a little decreases it. Also author finds business process affects the productivity in three ways such as changing layout of papers for authorizing, changing business process and removing waiting time for authorization. Finally, based on the result of research, this paper adds some recommendations for EAS builder.

전자상거래는 21세기를 이끌 새로운 경제 패러다임이라고들 한다. 기업들은 새로운 경영환경에 뒤쳐지지 않기 위하여 적극적으로 전자상거래를 도입하고 있는 상황이다. 그러나 기존 오프라인을 온라인화 하는 단순한 비즈니스 모델보다는 인터넷의 확장, 개방성을 치대한 활용하는 모델이 전자 상거래에 더욱 적합한 모델이 될 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 단순히 상품정보를 고객에게 제공하여 상품 구매를 바라는 수동적 운영에서 보다 적극적으로 고객과 함께 기획하고, 상품의 진열과 판매의 운영 전반에 대한 고객 참여를 유도하는 비즈니스 모델이라 할 수 있다

In this paper, the hysteresis characteristics by bias stress in organic thin film transistors using inkjet printing were investigated. Electron trapping increased threshold voltage for positive gate bias stress and hole trapping decreased threshold voltage for negative gate bias stress. From these phenomena, highly reproducible measurement method which minimized threshold voltage shift by choosing the proper range of gate voltage was suggested. Using this measurement method, we found that electron trapping as well as hole trapping had important influence on hysteresis characteristics.

Electronic catalog is a kind of electronic document to exchange product and service data for B2B or B2C EC(electronic commerce). Up to date a lot of selution/service providers which develop EC systems such as shopping malls, have constructed electronic catalogs. However, they use different contents, formats, and exchange methods without a standardized concept and consistent definition of components. This causes problems that time and cost to develop catalogs are duplicated and data exchange across e-marketplaces is difficult. In order to resolve these problems, standardization works for electronic catalog are carried out inside and outside the country. In this paper, we introduce types of standards concerned with electronic catalog, trends of standardization activities, and domestic standardization activities by industry such as electronics, automobile, shipbuilding, heavy industry, steel, electricity, construction, distribution, biomedical, and textile.

Commerce activities which are free form space and time constraint using a communication network are called Electronic Commerce(EC). Because of sending a commercial information using open network such as Internet in EC, they need the security of commerce information (payment information and purchase information), checking the integrity of transferring data and certifying all parts participated in commerce for a secure commerce. Recently Visa and MasterCard Co. released the Secure Electronic Transaction (SET) Protocol for secure payment card transaction on Internet. This paper proposes a Secure Electronic Commerce Transaction Model(SECTM) using SET in order to support the secure commerce on Internet. The proposed transaction model prevents merchant from abusing the cardholder's payment information (credit-card number etc.) and enables cardholder to shop securely in Electronic Shopping Mall.

The international business community has been seeking to change paper based bill of lading to electronic bill of lading for the recent years. The reasons for the need for electronic bill of lading are the benefits to international traders:they are fast to issue, transmit and process. These benefits are eliminate the crisis of bill of lading and come down the cost international business community have to charged. The purpose of this paper is to investigate and issue the problems of the present methods of the Electronic Bill of Lading and find implications to commercialized the Electronic Bill of Lading in the basis of the laws and practices of the international trade. Various attempts are offered to achieve this benefits for the last years such as SeaDocs Project, CMI Rules for Electronic Bills of Lading, and Bolero Project. But these methods are yet to be achieved the goals to substitute the paper-based Bill of Lading to Electronic Bill of Lading entirely.

Resorting to electronic arbitration to resolve disputes in international trade contracts is the most important reflection of technological progress on the reality of international commercial arbitration. Electronic is a modern image of traditional arbitration, and this type of arbitration provides many advantages that are not provided by any legal system for resolving disputes, including speed, effectiveness and lower costs. What will this development produce? Through technical progress in the means of communication, it has become conceivable that international trade dealers agree to arbitration via electronic means of communication, followed by the completion of the arbitration process via the Internet, leading to the issuance of the electronic arbitration award in an electronic manner as well.

B2B 거래에 있어서 거래 기업은 비즈니스 협업 처리를 위해 비즈니스 프로세스에 대한 능력을 정의하는 작업이 필요하다. 이 작업을 통해서 정의한 문서는 거래 파트너의 비즈니스 시스템과 상호 운용성을 증대시키는 기본이 된다. 또한 기업의 비즈니스 협업 능력을 정의한 문서들을 기본으로 거래 파트너간 비즈니스 협업의 상호 작용에 대한 정의한 문서가 필요하다. 협업에 대한 상호 작용을 정의한 문서를 바탕으로 거래 파트너간 비즈니스 거래가 이루어지게 된다. XML 기반 개방형 프레임 워크인 ebXML에서는 기업의 비즈니스 협업 능력을 정의한 문서를 협업 프로토콜 프로파일 (Collaboration-Protocol Profile： CPP)이라 하고 협업된 상호 작용을 정의한 문서를 협업 프로토콜 약정서(Collaboration-protocol Agreement： CPA) 라고 한다. 본 논문에 B2B 기업의 상호 운용성을 증대시키는 비즈니스 협업 문서 처리를 위한 시스템을 구현 및 설계하였다.

최근 컴퓨팅 기술과 통신 기술의 급속한 발전으로 클라이언트/서버 컴퓨팅 환경에서 네트워크 컴퓨팅 시대를 지나 인터넷 컴퓨팅 시대가 도래하고 있다. 인터넷 사용이 보편화되어 감에 따라 기업의 정보 시스템이 인터넷 기반의 인트라넷/익스트라넷 시스템으로 구축되어 가고 있으며 미래의 비즈니스 환경은 기업의 이익 및 효율성을 최대화하기 위해 기업간 전자상거래가 보편화될 것으로 예상된다. <중략> 본 논문에서는 기업간 전자상거래의 통합 데이터 환경을 위하여 각 기업에 존재하는 기존의 시스템을 유지하면서 이질적인 데이터베이스들을 투명하게 접근할 수 있는 방법으로 웹 환경에서 Java/CORBA 기술, 관계형 및 객체지향형 데이터베이스와 파일 정보를 수용하기 위한 객체 질의 언어를 사용하는 데이터 공유 지원 시스템을 설계 및 구현 한다.
