Traditionally banks and other financial institutions use customers' accounts and information managed by them and provide payment services in dominant positions. Recently, EU amends Payment Services Directive to institutionally guarantee access to customers' accounts and use of account-related information even to third parties, which facilitates competition in financial markets and promotes innovation. However, this kind of change can increase potential security risks and therefore institutional responses from financial authorities are required so that all participants in financial markets can properly respond to security risks. In this study institutional responses to the security risks in the EU's new Payment Services Directive (PSD2) are analyzed, comparisons between this and domestic electronic financial regulations are analyzed, and implications for the direction of improving domestic electronic financial regulations will be suggested.

In this paper, we present the new angular velocity pick-off method for DTG (dynamically tuned gyroscope) which is widely used in various inertial navigation systems and motion control systems. In case of the external angular velocity input, the proposed scheme can make a smaller tilt-angle rather than that of conventional PI method in the transient and steady state because it has an additional inner rebalance loop with a mathematical model of the real gyroscope. So, without any mechanical redesign of the DTG, its dynamic range can be enlarged by the proposed method. The theoretical analysis and simulation model of DTG with the proposed scheme are given. Finally, the proposed scheme is verified.

RSS is a core component of Web 2.0 which is expected to lead the most important innovation in the new IT environment. In that sense, it is actively utilized to distribute Web contents in various areas such as news, blog, multimedia, medical information, and conference and journal information. Also, it is expected to be a major effective marketing tool in electronic commerce domain. In the paper, we analyzed the problems of current utilization of RSS in domestic shopping malls, and suggest requirements for the effective use of RSS in electronic commerce. Furthermore, we proposed various issues and answers on the implementation of the requirements, and designed the intelligent RSS framework for electronic commerce based on the issues. Syntactic and semantic interoperability between the RSS service provider and the user is one of the most important issues in the framework. We suggested how to implement the interoperability based on Semantic Web technologies.

Financial companies are providing electronic financial transactions through a variety of user terminals for non-face-to-face services such as Internet banking, smart phone banking, or etc. However, in these services users' security awareness and the limitations of technical responses has frequently caused the financial loss so that fundamental protection measures are required from financial authorities. Accordingly, financial industry is planning and establishing systems that block unusual financial transactions by comprehensively analyzing and detecting user's electronic information, access information, transaction information, and so on in accordance with "Guide for building Unusual financial transactions detection system" to prevent the financial loss that happens in electronic financial transactions. In this paper, we analyze case studies of unusual financial transactions detection and prevention system that is built and operated in financial companies and current operating status and propose effects of the accident prevention and security measures later.

As the field report data does not normalize, ordering organization requires different form every time and field reporters make out form as random, data and report to the ordering organization by different medium such as FAX, e-mail, paper document. Therefore, Field reporters must set and make out same information in required pattern. And ordering organization is being responsible for side works of totalizing and processing the reported data. This research suggests the electronic document unification about monthly construction progress report and construction present condition report system. In addition, it suggests electronically processing function that can handle field report business to unifying electronic documents. As using the result of this research, it will improve the work efficiency and simplify in report business.

Bank payment obligations (BPO) have been used since 2013 as a payment solution in the business of supply chain finance. The BPO is an irrevocable undertaking of the obligor bank subject to the successful electronic matching of all required data sets with the established baseline in the TMA. Although the BPO should be regarded as similar to a letter of credit, it is a new payment solution based on advanced technology and data-driven mechanisms. The BPO differs from the credit in institutional terms such as bank-to-bank obligations, automated matching engines, and transfer and confirmation, etc. The BPO can also be used effectively as a stand-alone electronic solution to traditional instruments. it provides a new range of solutions to meet the ever-changing needs of trade customers. However, Operation of the BPO can leads to several issues including an assurance of payment between recipient banks and sellers because the BPO is a bank-to-bank obligation. The URBPO does not apply to relationships between banks and their business clients. So, the primary objective of this paper is to promote institutional understanding and present implications by reviewing major issues concerning the BPO as compared with the letter of credit from the institutional point of view. This research was based on documentary research focusing on the preceding research and the materials of ICC and SWIFT.

RFID has substituted for a Bar Code to conduct real time data collection and data process in various fields including logistics, electronic, medical treatment, car, textile, steel industry at the business level. Although implementation and use of RFID has been facilitated constantly, the majority of businesses hesitate to implement RFID system. Hence in this study, we conducted a performance evaluation through quantitative/qualitative analysis on case studies in various industries. This study results could be utilized as basic data for RFID system diffusion, and it will primarily contribute to spread of RFID system implementation.

The BPO is an irrevocable undertaking given by an obligor bank to a recipient bank to pay a specified amount under the condition of a successful electronic matching of data or acceptance of mismatches. The BPO enables the participating banks to provide sellers and buyers with enhanced financing services. Therefore, BPO gives banks the tools to provide them with guarantees and other multi-banking services. All the participating banks must use the same Transaction Matching Application(TMA) for BPO business. In order to exchange BPO-related data, banks must be subscribed to the same TMA scheme. Participation in the TMA scheme is limited to banks only. The TMA is matching and workflow application as instrument to determine whether to pay the BPO or not. Therefore, TMA will have an important role to play in the business of the BPO. So, This paper is to review the mechanism of a TMA and the major business scenarios in Banking Payment Obligation Transactions. In Particular, it has been included the exchange and matching of data messages, the disposal of discrepancies, document payment and others based on URBPO. This study will be based on documentary research including swift com and icc.org and so on.

The purpose of this study is to analyze researchers' information use behaviors in the field of business administration in order to provide library services based on user information needs. The methods of this study targeted the members of K Society in the business administration field, and employed user survey using a web-based questionnaire. A total of 202 users answered the questionnaire. The questionnaire focused on items such as by age and status, general information use, electronic resources use, SNS and mobile services information use, library and information center use, and specialized business administration library use. The results of this study suggested improving several library services.

Purpose - The aim of this work is to study the reorientation that the export industrial sectors in Costa Rica have experienced during the last 20 years. Research design, data, methodology - The study employs the Cluster Analysis with the export data (20 years of cut-off period) from Costa Rica to the U.S-market. To make the predictions, the technique of the time series was used, with official data (from 2001 to 2010) from the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission. Results - The Cluster Analysis, show how the economic sectors of traditional products exports of Costa Rica have progressively become in exporters of non-traditional products, meanwhile,the time series confirms that this trend will continue, at least during the next five years. Conclusions - The industry of traditional products exports of Costa Rica (dressmaking, vegetables, coffee, mate, species, etc.) will progressively become in exporters of non- traditional products with a high-tech component (i.e., mechanical equipment and devices, electronic devices and medical equipment),as a consequence of the Chinese (Costa Rica's main competitor) economy's presence in the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OCDE). This fact has enabled the potential improvement of Costa Rica's international competitiveness in the U.S. market.
