The growth in EC will continue, irrespective of the medium or the type of environments established by organizations. Global electronic trade has been increasingly spreading all over the world due to the rapid development of internet and IT. For expanding the use of electronic trade, electronic payment based on electronic trade payment system is essential. The importance of trust is based on the potential use of the technology to increase information sharing. Last, it is necessary that the payment and performance guarantee function are added to unified global authentication system. As for now, Indentrus system is the most appropriate model for it. Thus, the purpose of this study is to present on the international trade trust for improvement to Electronic Commerce.

In the print information world, purchasing books in a library includes rights both to own them and to access to them. In an information world, access to electronic resources often takes place within the confines of a license that defines appropriate use over a specified period of time. Most of these electronic resources are governed by license agreements. This paper describes recent licensing issues which remain unresolved in the area of business model, archive, and fair use and also investigates formal evaluation criteria for developing electronic resources in a library. This study provides licensing principles and considerations for managing the licensing of electronic resources.

Because XML is a W3C standard and has characteristics like platform independent, it has a critical role in electronic commerce. Many electronic commerce systems are already using XML. Business rules and procedures should be standardized for efficient B2B electronic commerce. But a lot of companies have its own XML documents instead of standard documents. In this paper an XML message processor is designed. Clients may request services in XML and server returns response in XML in this system. This XML message processor can be applied easily and used efficiently in electronic commerce systems.

As the Internet continues to transform the commerce, the method of payment is one of critical components to conduct successful business across the internet. An electronic cash has all characteristics of traditional commodity cash and ensures security for all transactions. Accordingly an internet billing system based electronic cash is expected as the secure and efficient payment method in future electronic commerce. Digital Contents such as digital goods and services have the special characteristic that both the delivery of the goods and the transfer of money ran be accomplished on the same network. This allows the optimizations in the design of an electronic commerce system. In this paper, we propose an electronic payment protocol which is especially designed to purchase digital contents through internet. The proposed protocol guarantees anonymity by using a virtual ID, and minimizes payment processing steps.

What may be a problem, however, is determining the application to electronic methods of the various rules which the courts have developed for dealing with the consequence of different methods of communicating offers and acceptances. However, it was doubtful that in the law electronic documents may make part of the traditional documents based on paper. The purpose of this thesis, thus is to examine the effectiveness of electronic methods as a means of forming contracts and the some legal problems. Accordingly, The thesis is basically divided into two part. Part one considers a contract for trade is made how, when and where through compare with traditional contracts law and electronic methods. Part two considers and explores the efficiency on the formation of electronic contracts for the sale of goods by On-line.

The current disaster management manual is being utilized as a book or document-based type. It causes a low applicability and interoperability in practical business because each information has a different document format and it is difficult to recycle those information as common disaster information. The information reading by text type without electronic data and visual object also has a limitations in guaranteeing a quickness of disaster management business. Accordingly, the electronic document management system with visual information is necessary and the system needs to tie framed by XML schema because the electronic document standard will be changed from DTD to XML schema. This study attempts to develop a procedural methodology of an electronic document management system based on XML for disaster management. The applicability of the proposed results is verified by the simulated scenario.

As a user in modern societies with the rapid growth of Internet environment and more complicated business flow processes in order to be effective at work and accomplish things on time when the manager of the company went for a business trip, he/she need to delegate his/her signing authorities to someone such that, the delegatee can act as a manager and sign a message on his/her behalf. In order to make the delegation process more secure and authentic, we proposed a secure and efficient identity-based proxy signcryption in cloud data sharing (SE-IDPSC-CS), which provides a secure privilege delegation mechanism for a person to delegate his/her signcryption privilege to his/her proxy agent. Our scheme allows the manager of the company to delegate his/her signcryption privilege to his/her proxy agent and the proxy agent can act as a manager and generate signcrypted messages on his/her behalf using special information called "proxy key". Then, the proxy agent uploads the signcrypted ciphertext to a cloud service provider (CSP) which can only be downloaded, decrypted and verified by an authorized user at any time from any place through the Internet. Finally, the security analysis and experiment result determine that the proposed scheme outperforms previous works in terms of functionalities and computational time.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the present conditions and problems of the Electronic Commerce, specially by the fashion companies that utilize the Internet and to propose using plans of Internet Electronic Commerce as a strategic method of fashion companies that have a information-oriented mind to adapt itself to modern century. On the basis of my analysis, I propose some using plans of Internet Electronic Commerce by the fashion companies as follows. As a means of construction method, it is need for the pertinent companies to have an information-oriented mind and then to construct the low-expense but high-speed communication Infrastructure. As an operation and management method, positive web site advertisements plans, such as promotion, using various mass media, subscribing to the Internet search engines and dissemination of products information, etc., are need for companies to attract the consumers to connect to the web site. Second, to offer more satisfactory experiences, it is need for companies to frame the integrated shopping mall as a strategic alliance in the management of shopping mall. To frame the integrated shopping mall is also effective in solving financial problems of shopping mall management and introducing of security system As a means of technology supplement, security management systems, such as SSL or SET, should be introduced for consumers to pay the price and furnish their personal informations. Second, new technology developments, such as the newest simulation programs using Virtual Reality to solve the problem of products' actual feeling, should be need for consumers to feel as they really put clothes on. If these technological developments are realized, fashionable products will be dealt in the Internet shopping mall as well and the marketability of Internet shopping mall will be expanded.

To prevent the spread of damage, initial reaction and emergency repair are important. But up to now they depend on some guidelines and man power owing to the lack of technical support. In this paper, we described the development process of several electronic documents and information management system of them to rapidly acquire and share damage information of the infrastructure. The damage information, which is acquired by the computer and smart phone, is transformed to the electronic documents and connected to data management system through the damage information acquisition network. These systems could readily be used for preparing a countermeasure of the disaster and disaster recovery.

As the techniques of electronic and information are advancing, the computing power of a smart phone is becoming more powerful and the storage capacity of a smart phone is becoming larger. As the result, various new useful services are becoming available on smart phones. The context-aware service and mobile augmented reality have recently been the most popular research topics. For those newly developed services, identifying the object in the picture taken by the camera on the phone performs an extremely important role. So, many researches of identifying pictures have been published and most of them are based on the time consuming image recognition techniques. On the contrary, this paper introduces a very fast and effective method of identifying the objects on the photo making use of the sensor data obtained from the smart phone and electronic maps. Our method estimates the line of sight of the camera with the location and orientation information provided by the smart phone. Then it finds any element of the map which intersects the line of sight. By investigating those intersecting elements, our method identifies the objects on the photo.
