The purpose of the research is to identify antecedents of mobile wallet continuance intention in Vietnam. A self-administered questionnaire was distributed to collect data from a total of 276 respondents. Partial least squares structural equation modeling was employed for analyzing the data. Five mobile wallet features - mobile application quality, mobile wallet familiarity, situational normality, payment security, and feedback mechanism - are introduced as fundamental elements, which influence customer' continuance intention to use mobile wallet in Vietnam. The results indicate that mobile quality application and familiarity can significantly influence perceived ease-of-use (PEOU) and perceived usefulness (PU), but situational normality has an impact only on PEOU. PEOU and PU are positively related to satisfaction. On the other hand, payment security and feedback mechanism affect positively customer' trust. As a result, the positive effects that satisfaction and trust have on electronic wallet continuance intention are confirmed. The findings can be used to advise mobile wallet providers to improve their platform design and services to retain users. As a theoretical contribution, this study combines the Technology Acceptance Model, Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology to investigate the key determinants on continuance intention in the context of electronic wallet in Vietnam.

본 연구는 영구기록물관리기관의 업무, 자료, 시스템의 특성을 파악하고 이를 기반으로 하는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반의 영구기록물관리시스템의 보존 및 활용 모델을 제안하였다. 이를 위해, 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 자원을 클라우드 컴퓨팅 모델별로 매핑하고 업무 프로세스를 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반으로 전환하였다. 영구기록물관리시스템에 클라우드 컴퓨팅기술을 도입하는 것은 다른 기록관의 시스템 및 업무효율성의 개선을 위한 모범적인 사례가 될 수 있다.

본 과제는 부대 이전을 할 때 장병들이 선호하는 것과 선호하지 않는 요인들이 무엇인지를 알아보고 원활한 이전사업이 될 수 있도록 해당부대에 제안하려고 한다. 과제 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째로 부대 이전사업에 대한 장병들의 선호도의 평균은. 4.00이었다. 이중 책임성(4.11)과 노력성 적정성이 가장 중요하게 선호하는 것으로 분석하였다. 둘째는 남 여별 선호도는 남자 군인(3.96)은 노력성과 책임성을 중시한 반면 여자군인(4.12)은 적정성과 소통성에 관심이 많은 것으로 분석하였다. 셋째 직위별로는 부사관은 전문성과 책임성을 가장 중시한 반면 장교는 적정성을 가장 중시하였다.

This Study intends to find the impact of industry type on the relationship between Electronic Commerce(EC) implementation and performance. For this purpose, empirical study of domestic small and medium enterprises(SMEs) is carried out to test the relationship between EC implementation and EC performance and the moderating effect of industry type on the relationship between them. Previous empirical studies on EC mostly focused on the adoption of EC by business firms, and also have been carried out with the data from big enterprises. More often than not, the results obtained from the large business firms are used to provide the guidelines for SMEs. SMEs are, however, different from large business firms in many aspects, and need to be studied on their own. Empirical test shows that there are differences between manufacturing industry and service industry in utilizing EC and in achieving EC performance. The results of data analysis indicate that the industry type of SMEs is moderating the relationship between EC implementation variables(EC type, EC strategy, EC formality and EC character) and EC performance variables(EC utilization, EC satisfaction and EC usefulness).

$21^{st}$ century has seen a tremendous advancement in the field of Information and Communication Technology. The commercial utilization of Internet tools and technologies has brought change in the traditional working environment. The functioning in an electronic environment is far more complicated than working in traditional environment and this brings many challenges, threats and potential problems. In this paper we analyze the challenges, threats and potential problems in the working environment of Pokhara University due to application of Internet tools and technology. We have chosen four basic areas on the basis of use that include web resources, electronic mails, social sites and P2P technologies. The main focus is to analyze the impact on work place productivity, social interaction, use and abuse of technology and legal issues associated with them. We, finally summarize the findings and offer solutions and recommendations from the observed data based on direct survey conducted in Pokhara University, Nepal.

EC(Electronic Commerce) which is done on the virtual space through Internet has strong point like independence from time and space. On the contrary, it also has weak point like security problem because anybody can access easily to the system due to open network attribute of Internet, Therefore, we need the solutions that protect the EC security problem for safe and useful EC activity. One of these solutions is the implementation of strong cipher system. YK2(Young Ku King) cipher system proposed in this paper is good solution for the EC security and it overcome the limit of current block cipher system using 128 bits key length for input, output, encryption key and 32 rounds. Moreover, it is designed for the increase of time complexity by adapting more complex design for key scheduling algorithm regarded as one of important element effected to encryption.

본 논문에서는 빠른 시간 내에 설계자의 요구사양을 만족하는 메모리를 자동으로 합성해주는 새로운 멀티포트 메모리 컴파일러를 제안하였다. 제안한 컴파일러의 장점은 하나의 메모리 코어 셀을 규칙적으로 배치, 확장하여 메모리를 합성하고, 동시에 합성된 메모리내의 임계경로만을 추출하여 빠르게 검증할 수 있다는 것이다. 또한, 레이아웃 상에서의 전원선 공유 등의 기법으로 메모리의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하였다. 본 컴파일러를 사용하여 0.25$\mu\textrm{m}$ CMOS 1-poly, 2-metal 공정에서 최대 8개의 쓰기 포트, 16개의 읽기 포트, 64워드, 256비트 사이의 여러 가지 멀티포트 메모리를 자동 합성하였다. 합성 결과 메모리의 성능 및 면적 면에서 만족할 만한 결과를 얻었으며, 레이아웃 전체에서의 시뮬레이션 시간보다 10배정도 빠른 시간 내에 동작을 정확히 검증하였다.

인터넷은 최근 수년간 괄목할 속도로 보급이 되고 있으며, 그 높은 성장속도는 당분간 지속될 것으로 전망된다. 인터넷이 전자상거래의 가장 우세한 기반으로 등장하면서, 전자상거래의 보안의 중요성이 강화되어 다양한 보안기술이 채택되어지고 있다. 본 논문은 인증기술의 개요를 논하고 인증기관이 인증관리시스템을 이용하여 어떻게 사업상의 위험을 최소화할 수 있는가의 방법을 제시한다.

이 논문은 사이버공간에서 비즈니스를 시작하고 확장해가는 과정을 로드맵으로 제안하였다. 사이버 비즈니스가 성공하기 위해서는 사이버공간의 특성, 비즈니스의 특성 그리고 사업자 자신의 상황이 조화롭게 통합되어야 하는데, 그 통합 과정을 로드맵으로 함축시켰다. 제안하는 로드맵은 사이버공간의 특성에 대한 이해의 점진적 확장과 더불어 사이버 비즈니스를 점진적으로 확장해 가는 방법을 지향하고 있다.

The Internet provides a new way of doing business, but ease of copying and of sharing valuable digital information illegally across the Internet undermine many viable business models. This paper investigates the Digital Rights Management(DRM) as a means to provide safe protection and proper delivery of digital contents through the Information highway. First, we briefly summarize the current endeavor of DRM technical development and standardization process held in key technical working groups. Then, the paper provides a generic architecture for a DRM framework and shows the implementation of a prototype of DRM system incorporating key conceptual and technical standardization development. This study emphasizes the importance of developing the DRM architecture that provides the proper protection and safe transformation of digital contents in electronic commerce.
