Since July 7 mutual declaration in 1988 which is a landmark for South-North Korean relations, Inter-Korean Trade has been set out. During the period, the Inter-Korean Trade has been ups and downs depending on the Inter-Korean relations and economic situation of both countries. South Korea became one of the major three trading countries of North Korea's trading partners in 2000, when the sum of annual trade volume reached the record 425million US dollars. A rapidly increasing number of countries including North Korea are developing national policies and strategies to promote the digital economy, recognizing the potential benefits of e-business as an engine of growth and development. However, the trade structure of South-North Korea remains very simple in terms of its contents. Furthermore trade procedure many limitations especially electronic commerce in North Korea has many obstacles to working properly. The information in Inter-Korean trade cannot be shared in common. South Korean firms have suffered repeatedly trial and error and excessive competition took place among South Korean firms. Institutional inertia related to mutual trade, political and military Impacts on Inter-Korean economic relations, abnormal industrial structure of North Korea and insufficiency of SOC could be mentioned as major problems in Inter-Korean trade as well. Several measures should be taken in order to cope with those problems. First of all, South Korean government should provide valuable information to business firms about North Korean economy and business environments. It is suggested that forums related to inter-Korean trade hold in regular base between South and North Koreas and establish the system of business information sharing. Second, the government should improve various laws and regulations to respond to the realistic needs of inter-Korean trade. That is, detailed measures should be taken to guarantee investment in electronic commerce. Third, it is desirable to start with the mutual agreement between South and North Korea.

요즈음 전 세계적으로 큰 파장을 일으키고 있는 P2P(Peer to Peer) 비즈니스는 인터넷의 급속한 보급과 더불어 고속 인터넷 접속 서비스가 확산되고, 고성능 PC 보급을 통한 사용자 환경이 강화되면서 가능하게 되었다. P2P란 서버와 클라이언트 개념에서 벗어나 개인 컴퓨터끼리 직접 연결하고 검색함으로써 모든 접속자가 공급자인 동시에 수요자가 되는 형태를 말한다. 즉, 정보를 찾는 사람과 정보를 가지고 있는 사람의 PC를 직접 연결시켜 데이터를 공유할 수 있게 해주는 기술과 그 기술을 응용해 만든 새로운 시스템이다. 최근 P2P는 개인 간의 단순한 파일공유 서비스가 아닌 기업 간 전자거래에 응용하는 등 다양한 시스템이 개발되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 P2P를 이용한 보다 효율적인 전자상거래 시스템을 제안한다.

기업간 전자상거래는 기업간 거래에서 발생하는 거래비용이 감소되고 생산성은 크게 향상되어 전체시장 규모에서 차지하는 비중이 급격히 증가할 것으로 예측되었다. 또한, Malone et al.(1987)은 정보기술의 발전과 활용으로 거래비용이 감소되어 기업간 거래는 다수의 구매자와 다수의 공급자들이 거래하는 전자적 시장구조를 가지게 될 것이라고 주장하였다. 그러나, 이후의 연구들은 위계구조나 구매자가 총급자의 수를 소수로 제한하여 거래될 것이라는 사례들을 발표하였다. 본 연구는 정보기술, 특히, 인터넷의 도입이 자산 특수성과 불확실성에 어떤 영향을 미치며, 이러한 영향이 거래 구조를 어떻게 변화시키는지 인터넷 구매 시스템을 활용하여 건설자재를 전자적으로 구매하고 있는 I사의 사례를 통해 살펴보았다. 그 결과 인터넷이 구매자와 공급자의 거래에 다음과 같은 영향을 미친다는 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 인터넷의 도입은 전자시장의 확대를 강화하였는데 자산 특수성이 낮은 제품보다 자산 특수성이 높은 제품의 시장화를 더욱 가능하게 하였다. 둘째, 인터넷의 도입은 제품의 불확실성이나 거래의 불확실성의 감소에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 그러나, 사전적인 심사 프로세스에 의한 거래 당사자들의 기회주의의 감소는 전자 시장의 확대에 간접적인 영향을 미친다.

국가기록원을 포함한 우리나라 정부 공공영역의 기록관리 기관들이 공통으로 갖고 있는 전자기록의 장기보존이라는 업무목표를 달성하기 위해 점검체계로서 위험관리기법을 제시한다. 위험관리기법의 역사와 핵심 개념을 살펴보고, 위험평가에 기반한 자가 점검체계로 개발된 DRAMBORA의 구조와 내용을 살펴본 후, 이를 응용하여 우리나라 정부 공공영역의 기록관리기관이 전자기록 장기보존 업무를 대상으로 위험관리 체계를 만들어 가는 절차와 방법을 제안한다. 기록관리 기관의 업무배경을 정의하는 절차와 방법, 업무를 정의하고 위험요소를 도출하는 절차와 방법, 위험을 평가하는 절차와 방법과 고려사항 등을 DRAMBORA를 응용하여 제시하고 있다. 위험관리기법은 모든 업무영역에서 응용이 가능한 업무품질 향상기법이라 할 수 있으며 DRAMBORA는 전자기록관리 업무를 수행하는 기관이 참조할 만한 업무 점검 프레임워크를 제시하고 있다. 전자기록을 관리하는 기관들이 스스로의 업무 영역과 활동을 정의하고, 업무 영역별 전자기록의 품질 목표를 정의할 수 있다면 이를 기반으로 DRAMBORA의 프레임워크를 응용하여 보다 용이하게 위험관리 기법을 적용할 수 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 유통매장의 정보전달시스템 중의 하나인 가격정보시스템과 가격라벨 운영프로세스에 대한 분석을 통해서 매장운영상의 문제점들을 발견하고 그에 대한 개선사항을 도출하는 데에 활용가능한 학술적, 실무적 방법을 제시하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해서 국내 유통 소매매장의 임직원들을 대상으로 심층인터뷰와 직접관찰법, 그리고 서비스 청사진 기법을 사용하여 기존의 업무 운영프로세스 상의 문제점들을 정의하고 문제해결의 대안으로서 전자가격라벨(Electronic Shelf Labels: ESL)시스템에 기반한 운영프로세스를 제시한 후 시스템 도입 전후의 운영프로세스 변화를 비교하였다. 본 연구의 성과는 ESL 시스템이 현행 가격운영프로세스의 문제점을 해결하는 데에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다는 실무적 시사점과 아울러 각각의 연구방법들을 상호보완적으로 사용함으로써 문제의 발견과 원인 분석, 그리고 대안제시의 과정에서 복합적 연구방법을 제시했다는 점에서 학술적 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

In e-Business environment, end-user e-Business capability is necessitated for performing his or her given tasks and improving his or her business performance in an enterprise of e-Business environment. An instrument of an end-user e-Business competency is extracted from the major components of a general competency. Through a pilot test, this study performed factor analysis, and proposed a 16-item instrument that can measure an end-user e-Business competency in e-Business environment. The application of the instrument is confirmed by applying it to measuring e-Business competency of end-users in an enterprise of e-Business environment and by presenting the measurement results for them.

A letter of credit is the best settlement among various means of payments until now. A letter of credit plays very important roles in rational and smooth international trade. Letter of credit is usually used in international trade. But many people have to prepare a lot of transport documents in order to transact with L/C. Therefore, the transactions will be happened to delay in international trade very often. Owing to the EDI, international trade will be materialized with electronic business of E-commerce. If we transact with the electronic documents, it will be reduced the time very much in international trade. Generally speaking, all relating parties transact with L/C complying with UCP, but there are no ruling articles about electronic documents in UCP. If all parties want to transact with electronic documents in global business, UCP has to contain the electronic provisions. So, ICC published eUCP on 2002. The purpose of the study was to analyze original electronic papers and provisions through foreign precedents in UCP and eUCP. If we want to exchange the electronic document, the UCP provisions about electronic documents would be revised as follows: UCP provision 20(b) would be revised, “Unless otherwise stipulated in the credit, banks have to accept as an original documents, a documents produced or appearing to have been produced: (i)by reprographic, automated or computerized systems (ii)as carbon copies,; provided that it is marked as original and, where necessary, appears to be signed. A document may be signed by handwriting, by facsimile signature, by perforated signature by symbol, or by any other mechanical or electronic method of authentication."

Most of companies related to the area of B2B electronic commerce are making their efforts to innovate their existing business process into new designed process based on the concept of virtual enterprise. Virtual enterprise can take on many forms and definitions. Nevertheless, the rationale for this business model is clear cooperate to compete, the virtual organization advocates collaboration, partnerships, alliance and similar ideas. This studyintends to suggest an empirical clue to test several hypotheses related to the influence of environmental. organizational, and technological factor to the successful implementation of virtual enterprise in automobile industry. This research surveyed 91 corporations in Korean automobile part industry. Among those samples 86 data of corporate general managers turned out to be statistically valid. This study performed the factor analysis, Cronbach-alpha test. Pearson correlation analysis for testing the validity and the reliability of this research. The results of factor analysis and reliability test indicate that thirty issues to be surveyed are to be grouped into nine factors. The result of multiple regression shows that the influencing factors of eight independent variables on a dependent variable are cooperation between partners, information intensity, IT compatibility, IS maturity. The partners in the strategic alliance will have to trust each other in carrying out their designated roles and responsibilities. and supplying the correct information critical for creating value in virtual business environment.

CMOS Image Sensor(CIS) 소자에서 광감도의 향상과 천연색 형성을 위하여 적용하고 있는 Color-Filter 공정에서 국부적으로 발생하는 strip성 불량과 막질손상을 제거하기 위한 연구를 진행하였다. 우선 지역적 경향성을 보이는 불량에 대해서는 PR strip process type을 액조 진행방식에서 회전식으로 변경했을 때 제거됨을 확인하였고, 막질손상을 최소화하기 위해서는 새로운 유기용매의 적용이 필요하였다. 실험 결과, 케톤기를 가지는 화합물과 Polar Apotic 용매의 혼합화합물을 적용하였을 때 각 막질에 attack을 최소화하면서 원하는 PR만 선택적으로 제거 되며 미세잔류성분에 대한 제거력도 향상됨을 확인하였다.

본 논문에서는 SI산업 시장에서의 효율적인 비즈니스 룰 작성을 위한 시스템을 제시하였다. 단순히 워드나 PPT를 이용하여 룰을 작성하는 것 보다 개발자와 현업 직원간의 의사소통을 더욱 원활히 진행할 수 있게 해 주는 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 사용된 시스템은 템플릿을 제시하여 이 템플릿에 맞는 문장을 작성하게 하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 비즈니스 룰의 주제별로 문장을 작성할 수 있는 템플릿을 제시하였고 이 템플릿들에 따라 문장을 더욱 명확히 입력할 수 있도록 하는 입력 툴을 같이 제시하였다.
