The purpose of the research is to identify antecedents of mobile wallet continuance intention in Vietnam. A self-administered questionnaire was distributed to collect data from a total of 276 respondents. Partial least squares structural equation modeling was employed for analyzing the data. Five mobile wallet features - mobile application quality, mobile wallet familiarity, situational normality, payment security, and feedback mechanism - are introduced as fundamental elements, which influence customer' continuance intention to use mobile wallet in Vietnam. The results indicate that mobile quality application and familiarity can significantly influence perceived ease-of-use (PEOU) and perceived usefulness (PU), but situational normality has an impact only on PEOU. PEOU and PU are positively related to satisfaction. On the other hand, payment security and feedback mechanism affect positively customer' trust. As a result, the positive effects that satisfaction and trust have on electronic wallet continuance intention are confirmed. The findings can be used to advise mobile wallet providers to improve their platform design and services to retain users. As a theoretical contribution, this study combines the Technology Acceptance Model, Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology to investigate the key determinants on continuance intention in the context of electronic wallet in Vietnam.

This study is to propose an archive management model based on cloud computing for preservation and utilization, as analyzing the characteristic of business model, electronic records and archival system. To achieve the goals this study classifies hardware and software resources by cloud computing models and redesigns business processes based on cloud computing. Adopting cloud computing technology in a central archives management system can be a exemplary case for other archives management systems to improve system and business performance.

This challenge trying to bag earlier when soldiers prefer to learn what they do not prefer those factors suggested in the bag so that the business can be a smooth transition. This Study intends to find the impact of industry type on the relationship between Electronic Commerce(EC) implementation and performance. For this purpose, empirical study of domestic small and medium enterprises(SMEs) is carried out to test the relationship between EC implementation and EC performance and the moderating effect of industry type on the relationship between them. Previous empirical studies on EC mostly focused on the adoption of EC by business firms, and also have been carried out with the data from big enterprises. More often than not, the results obtained from the large business firms are used to provide the guidelines for SMEs. SMEs are, however, different from large business firms in many aspects, and need to be studied on their own. Empirical test shows that there are differences between manufacturing industry and service industry in utilizing EC and in achieving EC performance. The results of data analysis indicate that the industry type of SMEs is moderating the relationship between EC implementation variables(EC type, EC strategy, EC formality and EC character) and EC performance variables(EC utilization, EC satisfaction and EC usefulness).

$21^{st}$ century has seen a tremendous advancement in the field of Information and Communication Technology. The commercial utilization of Internet tools and technologies has brought change in the traditional working environment. The functioning in an electronic environment is far more complicated than working in traditional environment and this brings many challenges, threats and potential problems. In this paper we analyze the challenges, threats and potential problems in the working environment of Pokhara University due to application of Internet tools and technology. We have chosen four basic areas on the basis of use that include web resources, electronic mails, social sites and P2P technologies. The main focus is to analyze the impact on work place productivity, social interaction, use and abuse of technology and legal issues associated with them. We, finally summarize the findings and offer solutions and recommendations from the observed data based on direct survey conducted in Pokhara University, Nepal.

EC(Electronic Commerce) which is done on the virtual space through Internet has strong point like independence from time and space. On the contrary, it also has weak point like security problem because anybody can access easily to the system due to open network attribute of Internet, Therefore, we need the solutions that protect the EC security problem for safe and useful EC activity. One of these solutions is the implementation of strong cipher system. YK2(Young Ku King) cipher system proposed in this paper is good solution for the EC security and it overcome the limit of current block cipher system using 128 bits key length for input, output, encryption key and 32 rounds. Moreover, it is designed for the increase of time complexity by adapting more complex design for key scheduling algorithm regarded as one of important element effected to encryption.

본 논문에서는 빠른 시간 내에 설계자의 요구사양을 만족하는 메모리를 자동으로 합성해주는 새로운 멀티포트 메모리 컴파일러를 제안하였다. 제안한 컴파일러의 장점은 하나의 메모리 코어 셀을 규칙적으로 배치, 확장하여 메모리를 합성하고, 동시에 합성된 메모리내의 임계경로만을 추출하여 빠르게 검증할 수 있다는 것이다. 또한, 레이아웃 상에서의 전원선 공유 등의 기법으로 메모리의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하였다. 본 컴파일러를 사용하여 0.25$\mu\textrm{m}$ CMOS 1-poly, 2-metal 공정에서 최대 8개의 쓰기 포트, 16개의 읽기 포트, 64워드, 256비트 사이의 여러 가지 멀티포트 메모리를 자동 합성하였다. 합성 결과 메모리의 성능 및 면적 면에서 만족할 만한 결과를 얻었으며, 레이아웃 전체에서의 시뮬레이션 시간보다 10배정도 빠른 시간 내에 동작을 정확히 검증하였다.

We have experienced tremendous growth in commercial use of Internet especially in the last couple of years, and the rate of growth does not appear to be slowing down. As the Internet becomes a dominant platform for electronic commerce, all involved parties of electronic commerce are concerned about security of transactions. Various technologies are adopted to enhance the security of business transactions. This paper briefly discusses certificate technology and a way to minimize the business risk of certificate authority in a form of system requirements of CMS(Certificate Management System).

The Internet provides a new way of doing business, but ease of copying and of sharing valuable digital information illegally across the Internet undermine many viable business models. This paper investigates the Digital Rights Management(DRM) as a means to provide safe protection and proper delivery of digital contents through the Information highway. First, we briefly summarize the current endeavor of DRM technical development and standardization process held in key technical working groups. Then, the paper provides a generic architecture for a DRM framework and shows the implementation of a prototype of DRM system incorporating key conceptual and technical standardization development. This study emphasizes the importance of developing the DRM architecture that provides the proper protection and safe transformation of digital contents in electronic commerce.
