The primary function of an electronic records management system (ERMS) is to support organisations in providing effective records management services by enabling efficient remote access to the organisations' records. This helps the organisation to continue running during emergency events, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The need to study ERMS for accessing records remotely has increased dramatically, due to the increase in daily use. The situation arising from the COVID-19 pandemic has increased the need for implementing proper digital systems, such as ERMS, to enable efficient work processes and enhance business continuity. An ERMS has the potential to allow organisations to create records and workflows off-site. During a pandemic, the ability to structure processes digitally helps in maintaining operations remotely. This study aims to provide a narrative review of the ERMS literature with an emphasis on explaining the primary components of ERMS that act as enablers for the implementation of the system in the oil and gas sector of developing countries. The current study proposes ERMS roles and responsibilities that could enhance business continuity. The authors use a qualitative narrative review and analyse the literature related to this study and its findings. The results show that, in cases of risk or crises, staff members need to have easy access to their records and documents to remain productive. An ERMS allows professionals to remain active and work off-site. Thus, ERMS play a significant role in protecting an organisation's content through the monitoring and control over who has authorisation to access its records.

E-commerce is a kind of trade type between buyers and sellers rely on computer networks. Carried out according to certain standards of various business activities. e-commerce is based on modern information technology and network technology, financial electronic collection, management, information technology, business and trade information networks into one, aimed at logistics, capital flow and information flow of harmony and unity of the new trade, trade activities of the entire process, electronic, networking and digital. E-commerce has brought to the traditional ways of trading a huge impact, led to changes in economic structures, is a business revolution in the way and is recognized internationally as the 21st century is an important driver of economic development compared to current traditional companies. In this material, we first consider the current problem, analyze particular characteristics of clothing shopping mall to increase the purchasing power of customer. For these reasons, we describe the process for building the clothing site.

Electronic Commerce is rapidly expanding with the development of internet and will be very useful for the consumers in the future. However, we could not find many studies on consumers' attitudes and behaviors in the cybermarket. The purpose of this study is to analyze perceptions of college students in Seoul and Chunchon on Electronic Commerce. The main findings are as follows. First, they prefer surfing on the net with search engines like Simmamai or Yahoo to directly looking over the homepages of department stores and advertisement sites. Students in Chunchon, especially, tend to check out banners at E-mail sites. Second, most of the students get information about shopping mall sites and products from their friends, newspapers or magazines. And they want to have information (advertisements) classified by brand names of the products. Third, students in Seoul rely on brand names more than those in Chunchon do. Students in Chunchon, compared with those in Seoul, believe more kinds of products are available in the internet shopping mall. They complain, however, deficiencies of information about the products and high prices. They want the price information compared with those in traditional markets. Fourth, they feel very uncomfortable about informing their credit card numbers, and thus prefer payments with Electronic Money. And finally, they are not satisfied with return and exchange policies and after-sale services. They also complain that the products are not delivered safely when they are not home. They want the delivery-date indicated.

EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) works by providing a collection of standard message formats and element dictionary in a simple way for businesses to exchange data via any electronic messaging service. Open-edi is electronic data interchange among autonomous parties using public standards and aiming towards interoperability over time, business sectors, information technology and data types. The number of Internet services using XML/EDI has grown rapidly since it is easily expansible and exchangeable. To use this service, the client does not have to install EDI S/W but only needs internet browser. Consequently, it became much easier and faster to handle the trading process in an office. eBusiness SML (extensible markup language) electronic data interchange. eXedi is the service that realizes B2B of XML/EDI. eXedi can be used easily in small and medium sized companies. Companies in any place can access to eXedi using the existing Internet connection. XML/EDI provides a standard framework to exchange different types of data -- for example, an invoice, healthcare claim, project status -- so that the information be it in a transaction, exchanged via an Application Program Interface (API), web automation, database portal, catalog, a workflow document or message can be searched, decoded, manipulated, and displayed consistently and correctly by first implementing EDI dictionaries and extending our vocabulary via on-line repositories to include our business language, rules and objects.

With development of internet technology, digital economy that advance rapidly formed much leagues of B2B, B2C, A2B etc, according to the application part. Also, electronic commerce system implementation technology is introduced by Component based on development method in object oriented technique base depending on customer's requirement, and development environment changes by 3- Tiers, Web-Based architecture etc. in existent C/S (Client/Server) environment and is introduced. Thus, In this research, I implemented seat reservation and confirmation system that can be used in electronic commerce in multi-server environment. This, for improve efficiency in distribute environment, relevant importance logic used server component model EJB, and implemented through JSP and Java that use Servlet of Resin Server environment for Main Server. Therefore, through independence component using EJB, I did so that can improved independence between electronic commerce system logic, and reduce server's overhead calling relevant method through discrete EJB server, and manage each logic resources efficiently.

Digital environment that is represented to internet is displacing business way of industry and business achievement way with the fast speed being giving great change on life whole, improve existence business process utilizing internet and Web connection technology, information superhighway to tradition industrialist manufacture and e-transformation's propulsion that wish to maximize productivity and administration efficiency is spread vigorously. In this paper, we wish to accomplish generation equipment's heighten stability and believability through remote monitoring and control of guard lamp system. This paper describes the design of the monitoring system for the sensing data and indirect controlling of the guard lamp system. Most of the conventional monitoring systems depend on the special hardware and software. The essential design of monitoring system is to provide the convenience for the user and the portability for the system. In order for the system to fulfill its requirements, it was designed using Labview GUI facility based on the Windows 2000 environment of IBM PC compatible and Add-on card based on the TCP/IP protocol. Advantage of the monitoring system are a personnel expenses curtailment effect, of the place restriction and unmanned system of the generation plants, etc..

This paper is to analyze business activities of approval/permission (A/P) and to describe its problems. To conduct the A/P business activities currently, there are many problems such as complex business process and different business policies among the each organization. In order to solve the problems, this paper suggests the A/P system of highway construction CALS (Commerce at Light Speed). CALS, a top down vision of complete computing integration, promises to support electronic data exchange. The A/P system is designed to classified documents based on CALS standard and store them to database. The data register to the A/P system by the Internet, and each construction company can use the A/P system by Internet also. Benefits of the A/P system is reduction in junk documents for approval/permission actives, improvement in conduct and services life cycle support.
