Spurious Suppressed Substrate Integrated Waveguide Bandpass Filter Using Stepped-Impedance Resonator

  • A spurious suppressed bandpass filter is proposed and discussed using the stepped impedance resonator(SIR) on a substrate-integrated waveguide(SIW) structure with a double-layer substrate. The second resonance of the fundamental $TE_{10}$ mode can be controlled by adjusting the electrical length and impedance ratio of each SIR. The spurious suppressed SIW bandpass filter shows the measurement results of the insertion loss of 3.98 dB and return loss of less than 11.58 dB at the center frequency of 12 GHz. Also, the second spurious frequency is improved to about $1.5f_0$ compared with $1.33f_0$.

  • 많은 경우 액성한계 이상의 함수비 상태를 각즌 지반을 액체상태로 표현한다. 액체상태의 공학적 의미는 유효응력이 존재하지 않은 상태로 볼 수 있으며, 전단강도가 0임을 의미한다. 그러나 실제로는 액성한계 이상의 함수비를 갖는 지반에서도 유효응력이 존재하며, 따라서 전단강도가 존재한다. 연약한 해성점토의 경우는 이러한 경우가 비교적 흔하다. 일반적으로 액체상태란 용어에서 연상되는 지반상태는 물과 같은 상태로서 기술자로 하여금 지반의 상태에 대한 올바른 감을 가지는 것을 어렵게 한다. 본 고는 Bolt 의 electrical double layer 이론을 이용한 이론적 해석 및 실험적 자료들을 이용하여 액성한계란 용어의 올바른 제조명에 초점을 맞추었다.

  • In this study, We made use of inter-electrode capacitively coupled type plasma polymerization apparatus in order to make the organic optical thin films. We adopted in Benzen. Vinyl-Pyridine and Styrene, which have optical function in the organic world and manufactured double later. It is examined optics properties by it respectively. At the middle wave length as 550[nm], the transmittance is double layer smaller than one of single layer. The refractive index with wave length is various from 1.55 to 1.65. Then, it is known that measured results are valid because the extinction coefficient(K) is about $10^{-4}$ for variation of refractive index.

  • Surface complex models(SCMs)은 최근 흡착모델링에 대한 관심사가 부각되면서 수질(표면수, 지하수)오염에 대한 영향을 예측하고 흡착결과를 파악하는데 많은 주목을 받고 있다. SCMs의 흡착모델의 하나인 diffuse double layer model(DDLM)은 특정조건에서 Gouy-Chapman 이론을 바탕으로 설명하고 있지만, 실제와는 상당한 차이를 보인다. 따라서 본 논문은 기존의 자료를 바탕으로 TiO$_2$/용매(수용액/ 물-에탄올(1:1))간의 거리를 추정해 감에 따라, 각 실험적 변수에 따른 electrical double layer(EDL)의 흡착형태의 변화를 알아보았다. 또한, cosolvent가 존재할때, 흡착모델 형태의 변화와 흡착결과에 대한 영향에 대해 알아보았다.

  • In odor to set high saturation magnetization and coercivity, it had need to orient axis of easy magnetization of CoCr-based thin film perpendicular direction(c-axis) to the substrate plane. It was known that crystalline orientation of CoCr-based thin film was improved by introducing underlayer like Ti, Ge. We prepared singlelayer and double layer with Si underlayer by Facing Targets Sputtering System. As a result, intensity and c-axis dispersion angle ${\Delta}{\theta}_{50}$ of singlelayer were improved with increasing film thickness. Also, it was found that CoCr/Si and CoCrTa/Si double layer showed good c-axis dispersion angle due to introducing Si.

Effects of carbonization temperature on pore development in polyacrylonitrile-based activated carbon nanofibers

  • In this work, activated carbon nanofiber (ACNF) electrodes with high double-layer capacitance and good rate capability were prepared from polyacrylonitrile nanofibers by optimizing the carbonization temperature prior to $H_2O$ activation. The morphology of the ACNFs was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The elemental composition was determined by analysis of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. $N_2$-adsorption-isotherm characteristics at 77 K were confirmed by Brunauer-Emmett-Teller and Dubinin-Radushkevich equations. ACNFs processed at different carbonization temperatures were applied as electrodes for electrical double-layer capacitors. The experimental results showed that the surface morphology of the CNFs was not significantly changed after the carbonization process, although their diameters gradually decreased with increasing carbonization temperature. It was found that the carbon content in the CNFs could easily be tailored by controlling the carbonization temperature. The specific capacitance of the prepared ACNFs was enhanced by increasing the carbonization temperature.

  • We fabricated five type of electric double layer capacitor(EDLC) with extremely stable activated carbon as a positive and negative electrodes. The electrodes consisted of activated carbon and several different conductor layers on aluminium foil. Cyclic voltammogram of activated carbon electrodes at scan rate 5mV/sec was reversable redox reaction. The discharge capacity of activated carbon-KS 6 composite electrode was higher than that of activated carbon electrode without KS 6.

  • We investigated the diffraction efficiency, erasing property and rewriting property of diffraction grating with each wavelength of recording beam. A (P:P) polarized light was exposed on AsGeSeS and Ag/AsGeSeS thin film to form a diffraction grating by HeNe(635nm) laser and DPSS(532nm) laser. At the maximum efficiency condition, unpolarized HeNe laser beam was irradiated to erase 1ha generated diffraction grating. The HeNe laser showed more higher diffraction efficiency and the DPSS laser showed more faster diffraction grating time. At erasing and rewriting process, AsGeSeS(61%-85%)thin film showed better property than Ag doped Ag/AsGeSeS(53%-63%) double layer structured thin film.

  • Activated carbon was activated with chemical treatment to attain high surface area with porous structure. We have been considered activated carbon is the ideal material for high voltage electric double layer capacitor due to their high specific surface area, good conductivity and chemical stability. In this study we found that increase in electrochemical capacitance due to activated carbon. Also chemically activated carbon and water treatment have resulted larger capacitance and also exhibits better electrochemical behavior, and is about 15% more than in untreated state. The structural change in activated carbon through chemical treatment activation was investigated by using SEM and XRD. In this study, the dependence of the activation behavior with KOH in the micro structure of host materials will be discussed. Furthermore, the relation to the electric double layer capacitance, especially the specific capacitance per unit area, is also discussed.

  • 본 논문에서는 Charge double layer 현상과 전압강하/회복 현상을 구현한 연료전지의 동특성 모델링을 수행하고 실험결과와 비교 분석하였다. Charge double layer 현상의 이론을 분석하고 수식을 통해 구현한 모델링과 물리적 지연 현상을 실험을 통해 확인하여 특성을 전압강하와 회복현상을 표현하는 모델링을 수행하였다. 또한, 시뮬레이션 결과를 각각 실험결과와 비교 분석하여 실제 연료전지를 구현할 때에는 제안한 모델에서의 전압강하와 회복현상을 고려해야 함을 검증하였다.
