The oriental medicine is necessary to the development of oriental medicine diagnosis, to satisfy the Senior-Friendly. We experiment on the elderly women in 3-D mac, and carry into effect the comparative-study on the youth's pulsation. The elder pulsation's division factor are analyzed press power, w/t, h5/h1 , dispersion of period. In the press power, the elder pulsation is shallow compared with the youth's pulsation. In the w/t (pressurization time / pulsation cycle), the elder pulsation is longer compared with the youth's pulsation, In the h5/h1 (dicrotic / main peak), the elder pulsation is small compared with the youth's pulsation. In the range of dispersion of period, the elder pulsation is narrow-changed compared with the youth's pulsation. Therefore the elder pulsation is characterized by the deficiency of flexibility and injection power.

Purpose: This study was designed to identify the predictors of elderly women's intention to report elder abuse. Methods: A cross-sectional survey design was used. The participants were 204 elderly women aged over 60 living in Seoul. Data were collected using self-reported questionnaires by convenience sampling. Data were analyzed with frequencies, $x^2$ test, t-test and binary logistic regression. Results: Logistic regression analyses showed perception of elderly welfare law, perception of seriousness of elder abuse, subjective economic status, and exposure to elder abuse information were significant predictors of elderly women's intention to report elder abuse. Conclusions: The results of study suggest that the provision of information related to elder abuse including elderly welfare law is crucial toward elderly women in preventing elder abuse.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to research how elder abuse affected the abuse results (self-esteem, depression, somatization) through coping strategies. Method: A convenient sample consisted of 499 subjects from 65 to 85 years old. Data was collected using structured questionnaires from July to August, 2002. The SPSS WIN 10.0 version was used for data analysis. Results: The pathway of elder abuse affecting elder's self-esteem was researched by passive coping, emotional abuse, financial abuse, and physical abuse as the variables that directly affected self-esteem. The pathway of elder abuse affecting elder's depression was researched by passive coping, aggressive coping, verbal abuse, and neglect as the variable that directly affected depression. The pathway of elder abuse affecting somatization was researched by neglect, emotional abuse, and aggressive coping as the variables that directly affected somatization. Conclusion: We should develop a systematized intervention program so that elders can learn positive coping in their abuse circumstance.

Purpose: This study was designed to examine the relationship between nurses' characteristics and perception of seriousness of elder abuse. Method: A cross-sectional survey design was used to describe the perception of elder abuse by 301 nurses. Data were collected by convenience sampling. The research instruments utilized in this study were 12 scenarios adapted by Yoo & Kim from the 13 senarios to measure the perception of elder abuse developed by Moon and Williams (1993), a seven item questionnaires related to elder abuse law, and a Semantic Differential Scaling to measure attitudes toward elderly people. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson's correlation. Results: The mean score for perceptions of elder abuse was 3.07. Among the types of abuse, sexual abuse was perceived as the most severe type of abuse followed by physical abuse, neglect, financial abuse, and emotional abuse in that order. Education, job position, experience of gerontological nursing course, and education on elder abuse, exposure to elder abuse information, and attitudes toward elders were significantly related to the perception of seriousness on elder abuse. Conclusions: The results of this study suggest that provision of elder abuse education is needed for nurses, to enable them to identify elder abuse and address their legal and professional responsibilities.

The purpose of this study is to examine the concept and experience of the elder mistreatment among the elderly. To achieve the purpose of this study, data were collected from 160 elders with family members through questionnaires. The major finding is that the concept on elder mistreatment of the old people is found for the most part psycological abuse or neglect. And, when the degree of family support about the elderly is high, the experience of the elder mistreament appears low. Therefore, family support may be higher to prevent elder mistreatment. Also, social support in the side economical, physical or emotional services may help to bring down the elder's disability contributing to the elder mistreatment.

Objectives: The basis research of aged people's healthcare technology is very important, because our nation goes into an aged society rapidly. Especially in traditional medicine, pulse shapes of aged people were supposed to weak and empty pulse until now, but any objective measurement and compare research do not taken. Methods and Results: Therefore in this study we design observation study to find characteristic of pulse between younger group (age $20{\sim}30$) and elder group (age $43{\sim}80$) in Busan area. We used 3-dimensional pulse analyzer '3-D MAC' (Daeyomedi Co., Ltd.). And major parameters for comparison are 1) pulse height (h1), 2) applied pressure, 3) pulse power (energy), 4) high pressure duration (w) and 5) R-AI. Conclusions: According to analysis result, elder people's pulse has more large value in pulse height, applied pressure and pulse power than younger's that. It reveals that elder people in modernized lifestyle has Yang symptoms as well Yin symptoms. Consequently we need new method to care elder people's health, and this means more important direction than old text book. From now on verification research with objective diagnosis device like 3-D MAC, must be activated to build of evidence in traditional medicine. Cause traditional medicine's spirit of care and prevention is suitable to care elder people's cardiac and cerebral vascular disease those are have close relation with elder people.

Background: It's very important method of treatment to improve physical activity for Activities of Daily Living(ADL) disability elder. So, We educated them Self rehabilition exercise and they did it by themselves, Then studied the influence in ADL disability elder. Methods: The participants of this study consited of 185 ADL disability elder in 18 located in Pusan & Kyungnam of elderly care hospital. We provided them 4 weeks of rehabilitation exercise training, and 4 weeks later we collected The state of ADL. Results: The ADL disability elder Who was educated and practiced Self rehabilition exercise, showed improvement on the several items of ADL, especially in Bathing. Conclusion: Self rehabilition exercise proved that it can improve ADL for disability elder I thank the system of Self exercise program has to be progressed.

This study inquired into the life and experiences of two elder sisters who have different individual and familial risk factors and their younger brothers from the mixed-age preschool class through ethnographic research method using participant observation. The results showed that an elder sister from low-income multi-children family played her role very actively through caring for, learning and playing with younger brother during almost of the play situations. On the other hand, the other elder sister who has experience of depression, showed strong possessiveness and neglect of younger brother. As for psychological aspects of sibling relationship, the elder sisters were suffering psychological stresses resulted from excessive role expectation in family or from self-recognition on elder sister role, respectively.

Purpose: This study examined differences in perceptions and intention to report on elder abuse between nurses and elderlies. Methods: A cross-sectional survey design was used. The participants were 301 nurses and 326 elderlies (>60 years) living in Seoul. Data were collected by convenience sampling. The research instrument utilized in this study to measure perceptions and intention to report were 11 of 12 scenarios adapted by Yoo & Kim from Moon and Williams(1993). Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, Chi-Square and Pearson's correlation. Results: The mean score of perceptions on elder abuse was 3.11 for nurses and 2.98 for elderlies. The most severely perceived type of abuse was sexual abuse, followed by physical abuse, neglect, financial abuse, and emotional abuse. Statistically significant group differences were evident in perceptions of elder abuse in six of the scenarios and in all scenarios for intention to report. Conclusions: Differences in perceptions and intention to report on elder abuse between nurses and elderlies should be considered in developing effective measures in prevention and intervention of elder abuse.

In recent years, various virtual reality games are becoming commercialized. A variety of large 3D online games popular with users has begun to transform into VR games. < the Elder Scrolls V: skyrim VR > as a derivative of large-scale 3D online games < the Elder Scrolls V: skyrim special edition >, Since its launch on the steam game platform in April 2018, because of its original UI design, maximizes the user's immersive experience and firmly maintains the leading position of VR games. Although the visual similarities between < the Elder Scrolls V: Skylim VR > and < the Elder Scrolls V: Skylim Special Edition > are high, but the visual elements in the UI are quite different. This paper studies characters, scenes, operating interfaces, colors and fonts five visual UI elements that enhance the immersion in game. It provided a unique interface design reference to immersive experience of new VR games in the future.
