This paper investigates local exhaust effectiveness in a room with a supply and an exhaust slots on the ceiling. The mean age of air is an indicator of supply effectiveness, while the mean residual life time can be used as an indicator of exhaust effectiveness. The distribution of local mean residual life time in a space is calculated by four different numerical procedures. The reverse-flow calculation method has been proved to show quite accurate results while it can save considerable amount of computation time and efforts, compared to the method by its original definition. It is concluded that the diffusion term in the equation of mean residual life time can be neglected. The spatial and temporal diffusion characteristics of the contaminant are also discussed.

This study shows how the organizational culture of fisheries cooperative impacts with empowerment and organizational effectiveness. Result of this study would be utilized in organization management for fisheries cooperative. sample design is based on fisheries cooperative which are registered in korea from October 24 through November 17 in 2012. and total of 195 questionnaires are collected through a personal visit. The result of empirical analysis, organizational culture factor which have an effect on empowerment and organizational effectiveness is the biggest influence to them. At the same time. Sympathy of empowerment factor which have an effect on organizational effectiveness is the biggest influence to it.

A numerical procedure is introduced to calculate local ventilation effectiveness using the definitions of local decay rate and local mean age. A low Reynolds number $k-{\varepsilon}$ model is implemented to calculate steady state turbulent velocity distributions, and a step-down method is used to calculate transient concentration distributions. Simulations are carried out for several different values of air change rates and several different diffuser angles in a two-dimensional model of a half scale office room. The results show that the local ventilation effectiveness within a room could vary significantly from one location to another. The nominal air change rate based on the assumption of complete mixing of room air does not provide the local ventilation effectiveness information. It is numerically proved that the local mean age distribution obtained from the transient calculation is equivalent to the steady state concentration distribution with homogeneously distributed contaminant sources.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of LOHAS consumption tendency and of the perceived consumer effectiveness of young consumers on trust and purchase intentions regarding upcycling fashion goods. Data were collected from a questionnaire survey of 201 university students living in Daegu City, South Korea. The data were analyzed to investigate a structural model and test the research hypotheses, using the AMOS 20.0 statistical package. The results can be summarized as follows. First, LOHAS consumption tendency had a positive impact on trust in upcycling fashion goods. Second, LOHAS consumption tendency did not impact purchase intention with regard to upcycling fashion goods. Third, perceived consumer effectiveness had a positive effect on trust in upcycling fashion goods. Fourth, perceived consumer effectiveness had a positive impact on purchase intention with regard to upcycling fashion goods. Fifth, trust had a positive influence on purchase intention regarding upcycling fashion goods. The results of this study provide guidance for marketers and retailers who are interested in upcycling fashion goods.

China instituted arbitration law on September 1, 1995, after having legislated the law under the UNCITRAL Model Law. However, Chinese arbitration law has some problems related to the effectiveness of its arbitration agreement, unlike the UNCITRAL Model Law. Thus, parties in dispute who want to settle a dispute based on Chinese arbitration law as governing law have more to take into consideration because there could be serious problems related to the effectiveness of the arbitration agreement. Therefore, this paper attempted to analyze the classification of jurisdiction related to the authorization of effectiveness in arbitration agreement of arbitral organization and Chinese, verify the problems, and suggest the solutions. Moreover, the author tried to verify the problems in applying the law related to the authorization of effectiveness in Chinese arbitration agreements and suggest some improvements. This paper also suggests improvements and problems related to the selection of arbitral organizations among several conditions for effective arbitration agreement in Chinese arbitration law. Finally, the author suggests some cautions and countermeasures related to arbitrations agreement for domestic investors and traders dealing with the Chinese.

Screen filter of PDP TV plays an important role in satisfying the EMI/EMC specifications. Two types of filters, the mesh type and the sputter type, are used in PDP TVs, and this paper presents measurement results of the shielding effectiveness (SE) in the frequency range from 50MHz to 1GHz. Two methods were used for the measurement, one using network analyzer (NA) in an open area test site(OATS), and the other using the screen room. The overall conclusion is that the shielding effectiveness of the screen filter is related to the surface resistance of the screen filter. The mesh type screen filters are superior to the sputter types in the shielding effectiveness, which is varying with the frequency.

Team-members may have diverse backgrounds and characteristics and such diversity is getting increased in teams in terms of demographics(gender, age, and educations) and capabilities(knowledge, skills, and experiences). A meta-analysis of the last 40 years studies, however, concluded that diversity in teams does not have the consistent main effect on team performances. On the other hand, according to theories of selection and socialization, similarity in values, backgrounds, and experiences buttress the positive and effective working environment. Therefore, we conduct an empirical study in favor of similarity in work teams for the sake of team effectiveness. We investigated the importance of the similarity of team-members on IT team effectiveness. Two aspects of similarity, demographic and cognitive, were considered together. The shared mental model(SMM) was introduced as the representative construct for the cognitive similarity. We found that SMM is more important than the demographic similarities on team effectiveness.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of training Program for return farm. In detail, this study evaluated the trainees' satisfaction, achievement, and effectiveness of the education. This Study polled 250 trainees who presented the Return farm training program. The results of analysis are as follows; First, the satisfaction and the reliability on the educational institutions of return farm was the highest. Second, Trainees' replied that their Agricultural Techniques was improved. Especially, 'business administrative ability, cultivation techniques & management ability, and agricultural machinery using ability were enhanced. Their self-confidence of return farm was increased. Third, the correlation of satisfaction, achievement and effectiveness of training program was statistically significant. The findings of this study will be used to plan of return farm education program.

"Yifangjijie" is a collection of prescription in Traditional Medicine, which was published in Qing dynasty. In this book, effectiveness of prescriptions 1s described by means of Meridians uniquely compared with any others. Therefore, I tried to pay attention to those explanations and arrange by Meridians and effectiveness of prescriptions. Classification by effectiveness of prescriptions has a few points of emphasis in Meridians and Classification of Meridians by effectiveness of prescriptions has intent in somehow. In this paper, authors will explain those classification.

The purposes of this research were to develop a family life education program for single-parent families in rural area and to investigate the effectiveness of education through continuous tests.For these objectives, the concurrent-type program for single-parent families that emphasized communication skills, psychological strategies, and the importance of social support system was constructed. The effectiveness of the program was evaluated by pre-, post- and delayed test through 88 single parents and their children and it was analyzed by paired t-test. The results suggested that the program was effective in improving self-esteem, self-confidence and in decreasing depression. This effectiveness was more in single-father families than single-mother families. But especially in children this effectiveness was diminished as times passed. For maintaining this effectiveness in program, more frequent and continuous following education was demanded.
