유아의 스트레스 감소 프로그램 효과: 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석 (The Effects of Stress Reduction Programs for Young Children: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis)

  • 본 연구는 유아를 대상으로 한 스트레스 감소 프로그램의 효과를 고찰하기 위한 것으로 국내에서 발간된 학위논문 및 한국연구재단 등재학술지를 토대로 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석의 연구방법을 실시하였다. 문헌고찰을 위한 데이터베이스는 RISS, KISS, DBpia의 세 종류를 활용하였으며, '유아 스트레스'로 검색을 시행하였다. 최초 검색된 논문은 석 박사학위논문 1,121편, 등재(후보)학술지 논문 1,201편, 총 2,322편이었다. 체계적 문헌고찰을 위한 검색 전략으로 최종 선정된 논문은 26편이었고, 그 중 19편의 논문이 메타분석에 사용되었다. 연구결과, 첫째, 본 연구의 대상문헌들은 대부분 2010년 전후로 발표되었으며, 주로 만 5세 유아들을 대상으로 한 신체활동 관련 프로그램이 가장 많았다. 둘째, 본 연구의 대상문헌들은 전체적으로 -1표준편차 이상의 스트레스가 감소되는 효과를 보였으며, 특히 의뢰된 유아를 대상으로 한 집중적 심리치료 프로그램의 효과가 가장 높았다. 이러한 결과를 기초로 유아 스트레스 감소 프로그램에 대한 제한점 및 교육적 시사점을 논의하였다.

비파괴적 RGB 이미지 분석을 활용한 들잔디 '제니스'에서의 답압으로 인한 마모 스트레스 정량적 분석 (Quantitative Evaluation of Wear Stress Due to Traffic in Zoysia japonica cv. 'Zenith' Using Non-Destructive RGB Imagery Analysis)

  • The RGB (red, green, and blue) imagery analysis is an important remote sensing tool, which estimates the effect of environmental stress on turfgrass growth and physiology. Therefore, this study investigated the effect of continuous wear stress treatment on Zoysia japonica through RGB imagery analysis. The results of the growth measurement showed that the plant height substantially decreased, after nine hours of treatment with no considerable difference thereafter. Dry weight measurement showed a substantial difference in the morphological growth characteristics of the aerial part of the turfgrass, but none in the stolon and root zone. This could be attributed to the short period of compaction treatment. The ROS (reactive oxygen species) analysis showed that ROS rapidly increased due to wear stress treatment. The MDA content increased during the traffic process, whereas the green pixels increased and decreased repeatedly; however, overall, the trend declined but the overall trend decreased. Thus, this study confirmed that MDA was effective in reflecting the wear stress of turfgrass; however, it could through RGB image analysis.

점성토의 유한요소해석에서 전단파라미터에 따른 성토 및 굴착 거동 (Embankment and Excavation Behaviour with Shear Parameters of Soft Clayey Soil in FEM)

  • 본 연구에서는 연약지반에서의 재하/제하에 대한 안정해석과 응력-변형 해석시 전단 파라미터(UU; Unconsolidated Undrained, CU; Consolidated Undrained(전응력), ${\bar{CU}}$ ; Consolidated Undrained(유효응력))에 따른 초기 지중응력, 강도, 응력-변형 특성을 평가하였다. 시공단계를 고려한 유한요소 해석시 입력하는 전단 파라미터에 따라 초기 지중응력과 이후 해석 결과가 달라질 수 있음을 확인하였다. 특히, Mohr-Coulomb 모델의 입력 파라미터인 내부마찰각(Phi)을 0으로 입력하여 초기 지중응력과 이후 응력-변형 거동을 해석할 경우 잘못된 결과를 도출 할 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 전응력 파라미터, CU를 초기 및 전단시 일괄 적용한 해석과 유효응력 파라미터, CU에서 전응력 파라미터, CU로 변경한 해석 결과가 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 따라서, 연약지반에 대한 수치해석시 CU 파라미터를 적용하여도 초기 지중응력과 이후 응력-변형 거동에 큰 차이 없이 예측할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 실무에서 적용하기 편한 방법으로 실제 흙의 거동과 동일한 강도를 갖는 Mohr-Coulomb 모델의 전단 파라미터를 산정하는 방법을 제안하였다.

임상미술치료가 취업모의 직무스트레스 및 양육스트레스 완화에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Clinical Art Therapy on Relieving Occupational Stress and Parenting Stress of Working Mother)

  • Economic activity and social participation by women has recently increased; however, working mothers raising young children are under new stress due to the simultaneous combination of job and parenting responsibilities. This stress has resulted in social problems of career break and low fertility. This study investigates the effect of clinical art therapy on occupational stress and parenting stress of working mothers. We analyzed 34 working mothers in full-time employment (over 8 hours a day) who have preschool children (0-6 years old). They were divided into 17 subjects in the experimental group and 17 subjects in the control group. For the experimental group, 10 hours and a half sessions of group art therapy were participated in once a week from April to August in 2014. We perform Dan Occupational Stress Index by Ivancevich and Matteson, Parenting Stress Index/Short Form and salivary cortisol test before and after the group art therapy. For qualitative analysis, Kinetic House-Tree-Person (KHTP) drawing test was used. Using SPSS ver. 19.0, paired t -test or Wilcoxon signed rank test compared the pre and post analysis results. The results of this study are as follows. First, scores of 'occupational stress factor' subpart showed significant improvement in the Occupational Stress Index after the clinical art therapy. Second, scores of 'parental distress,' 'parent-child dysfunctional interaction,' and 'difficult child' subpart in Parenting Stress Index also showed a significant improvement. Third, a positive change was observed after the clinical art therapy in the KHTP drawing test. In conclusion, this study suggests that the clinical art therapy can be effective for occupational stress factors and the parenting stress of working mothers.

다문화 가정 시어머니가 경험하는 스트레스에 관한 연구 (Stress of Mothers-in-Law from Multi-Cultural Families)

  • Purpose: This study examined relationships among stress, stress coping strategies, and somatization in mothers-in-law from multi-cultural families in a rural area. Methods: Elderly mothers-in-law (n=227) living with foreign daughters-in-law completed a self-reporting questionnaire. Data were collected from April to August 2009. Questions related to stress (Visual Analog Scale, VAS), coping strategies (Coping Strategy Scale) for stress, and somatization (Symptom Check List 90, Revised). SPSS/WIN 12.0 program was used for descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analyses. Results: Subjects had a moderate level of stress (5.03). There were significant differences in stress level according to age, educational level, religion, chronic disease, health status, number of children, agreement of an international marriage of her sons, satisfaction in living with a foreign daughter-in-law, and family conflict. Stress showed a significant positive correlation with offensive coping strategy, passive strategy, and somatization. Stress, offensive coping strategy, and passive coping strategy affected the level of somatization. Conclusion: In a family situation involving co-habitation of mother- and foreign daughter-in-law, increased stress experienced by the mother-in-law can lead to increased offensive and passive coping strategies, and increased somatization. More effective means of stress reduction are needed for mothers-in-law from multi-cultural families.

보강재로 보수된 균열평판의 파괴역학적 해석(II)-분리 영향에 대한 연구- (Fracture Mechanics Analysis of Cracked Plate Repaired by Patch(II) - The Analysis of Debonding Effect -)

  • Adhesive bonding repair methods has been used for a number of decades for construction of damaged structures. In order to evaluate the life of cracked aging aircraft structures, the repair technique which uses adhesively bonded boron/epoxy composite patches is being widely considered as a cost-effective and reliable method. But, this repair method contains many shortcomings. One of these shortcomings, debonding is major issue. When the adhesive shear stress increases, debonding is caused at the end of patch and plate interface. And this debonding is another defect except cracks propagation. In this paper, we assess safety at the cracked AI-plate repaired by Br/Epoxy composite patch. Firstly, from the view of fracture mechanics, reduction of stress intensity factors is determined by the variety of patch feature. Secondly, using the elastic analysis and finite element analysis, the distribution of adhesive shear stresses is acquired. Finally, The problem of how to optimize the geometric configurations of the patch has been discussed.

Failure analysis of prestressing steel wires

  • This paper treats the failure analysis of prestressing steel wires with different kinds of localised damage in the form of a surface defect (crack or notch) or as a mechanical action (transverse loads). From the microscopical point of view, the micromechanisms of fracture are shear dimples (associated with localised plasticity) in the case of the transverse loads and cleavage-like (related to a weakest-link fracture micromechanism) in the case of cracked wires. In the notched geometries the microscopic modes of fracture range from the ductile micro-void coalescence to the brittle cleavage, depending on the stress triaxiality in the vicinity of the notch tip. From the macroscopical point of view, fracture criteria are proposed as design criteria in damage tolerance analyses. The transverse load situation is solved by using an upper bound theorem of limit analysis in plasticity. The case of the cracked wire may be treated using fracture criteria in the framework of linear elastic fracture mechanics on the basis of a previous finite element computation of the stress intensity factor in the cracked cylinder. Notched geometries require the use of elastic-plastic fracture mechanics and numerical analysis of the stress-strain state at the failure situation. A fracture criterion is formulated on the basis of the critical value of the effective or equivalent stress in the Von Mises sense.

회전 및 하중을 받는 타이어의 응력해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Finite Element Analysis of Tire under Rolling and Loading Conditions)

  • Axisymmetric and quasi-static finite element analysis of an inflated tire rotating with constant angular velocity and contact to road has been performed. Centrifugal force effect was added to load stiffness matrix and equation of effective material properties were calculated by the Halpin-Tsai formulation. In this report, radial truck/bus tire was analyzed. It was inflated and rotated at speeds up to 140 km/h. Then, contact problem was performed to calculate stress-strain field of tire wiht flat rigid road under the load due to the self-weight of a vehicle. Significant changes of stress-strain field of tire were observed in the finite element analysis. Shear stress, strain and strain energy density were rapidly increased at the dege of #2 belt at freely rotating state. This concentrated stress and strain made belt edge sparation. Under the condition of flat riged road contact, strain energy density of #2 belt, carcass turn-up part were concentrated and bigger values than only freely rotation state. Therefore, dynamic behaivor of tire has to considered as design factors which are affected to belt edge separation and bead breakage.

임상간호사의 직무스트레스와 직무태도의 관계에 있어 조직지원인식의 조절효과 (The Influence of Job Stress on Job Attitude and Moderating Effects of Organizational Support among Hospital Nurses)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of job stress on job attitude among nurse practitioners, determine moderating effects of perceived organizational support in this process, and provide preliminary data to devise a scheme for managing job attitude effectively in nursing manpower. The research model was composed of 7 sub-variables of job stress, which was a independent variable; job attitude, which was a dependent variable, was divided into job satisfaction and organizational commitment; and variables of moderating effects included perceived organizational support. The data for empirical analysis of the model were collected from 300 nurses working in one university hospital and two general hospitals in Busan by using structured self-administered questionnaires. The main results of empirical analysis were as follows: Perceived organizational support was effective in preventing job stress from worsening job attitude. Moderating effects of perceived organizational support were found to exist in relations between job stress and organizational commitment. These results imply that a sense of organizational support has both direct and moderating effects on job attitude and can be a good means of managing job attitude.

Nonlinear analysis of prestressed concrete structures considering slip behavior of tendons

  • A tendon model that can effectively be used in finite element analyses of prestressed concrete (PSC) structures with bonded tendons is proposed on the basis of the bond characteristics between a tendon and its surrounding concrete. Since tensile forces between adjacent cracks are transmitted from a tendon to concrete by bond forces, the constitutive law of a bonded tendon stiffened by grouting is different from that of a bare tendon. Accordingly, the apparent yield stress of an embedded tendon is determined from the bond-slip relationship. The definition of the multi-linear average stress-strain relationship is then obtained through a linear interpolation of the stress difference at the post-yielding stage. Unlike in the case of a bonded tendon, on the other hand, a stress increase beyond the effective prestress in an unbonded tendon is not section-dependent but member-dependent. The tendon stress unequivocally represents a uniform distribution along the length when the friction loss is excluded. Thus, using a strain reduction factor, the modified stress-strain curve of an unbonded tendon is derived by successive iterations. The validity of the proposed two tendon models is verified through correlation studies between analytical and experimental results for PSC beams and slabs.
