WMSD occurs by accumulating the visible position and movements. Therefore, it is easier to prevent WMSD from occurring than other diseases when each employee is aware of the factors which cause WMSD. Hence, We need to develop exercise remedy, which can be done without using any exercise equipments and regardless places. The exercise prescription for those for LBP was to do the upper body exercise remedy twice in the morning and another twice in the afternoon and the spinal exercise remedy and the lower body exercise remedy once in the morning and once in the afternoon. We measured their maximum muscular strength every second week using a fitness machine so that we could compare the differences of the muscular strength of the test group and the comparison group. Therefore this research presented the fact that the exercise remedy is effective to prevent and cure LBP through a scientific test. And it confirmed that the exercise remedy by the Ergonomic exercise prescriptions is effective on LBP.

In children, flesh and muscle are tender, mental function is feeble, digestion and absorption are weak. Also food, drink and medicine which burden the stomach and bowels must be avoided. Oriental medicines are divided in object of medical treatment into three types, liquid medicine, medicinal powder and pill. In spite of this types, time and effort are spended greatly on children's eating medicine. In this paper, studying general characteristic of oriental medicinal types and effective types of oriental medicine, I can obstain such conclusions. 1. The oriental iense pillow remedy sets at easy, promotes degistion, treats disease of theesporatory organs. 2. The distillation remedy is suited to a chronic disease of children the degistion are ak in. 3. The mother remedy, because medicine is supplied through mother's body, is effective to infant. 4. The external use remedy is suited to skin disease, eye disease and nose disease, and has similar effect to taking liquid medicine. 5. The confectionery remedy is the method which children like greatly, but is the effective method to many children because of technical manufacture.

Insomnia is one of the highest frequency neuropsychosis of neuropsychiatry patients and is primarily caused by major depressive disorder. This case study is about a remedy for a 33 year-old woman who has insomnia and intense depressed mood caused by the continuous family jar. Also, she had the feeling of squeezing her body, pouring cold water into her body, anorexia and feeling cold and hot turn and turn. I operated mindfullness with accupuncture, herb-medication and aroma theraphy. Especially, mindfullness and Gagamguibi-tang were effective for relaxation and the sound sleep in quality and quantity. According to this study, the traditional oriental medical remedy such as accupuncture, herb-medication is effective for the cure of insomnia and mindfullness fortifies the oriental medical remedy.

Diabetes mellitus is a worldwide epidemic. Global projections suggest that most nations will have a doubling of the incidence of Diabetes mellitus(DM) within 20years. The Herb-Combined Remedy(HCR) of DM was known as one of anti-hyperglycaemic agents. But it is unclear whether HCR can be used to treat patients with Diabetic nephropathy or not. The present study was designed to investigate the anti-hyperglycaemic and preventive effects from diabetic nephropathy of HCR in STZ-induced diabetic rats. Treatment with HCR regulated blood glucose levels, but did not affect body weights. In addition, HCR was able to decrease blood glucose levels after 120min. Serum BUN levels were not effective but, serum Creatinine levels were lowered by treatment with HCR or MF. In histopathological observation of renal tissue, both HCR and MF groups showed decreased tendency of inflammation and renal injury. In conclusion, these results demonstrate that HCR is effective to treat patients with DM and also has preventive activity on diabetic nephropathy.

Pulsatillae Radix and Cicadidae Periostracum have long been used for treatment of injuries, inflammations or itchiness in Korea. This study was carried out to examine the acne-remedy effects of the mixture made with equal parts of Pulsatillae Radix extract and Cicadidae Periostracum extract (PRCP) compared with 2%-benzoyl peroxide (Standard) used commercially as anti-acne. The results showed the mixture (PRCP) was more effective than each crude drug extract. The 10%-PRCP showed significant antimicrobial activity against Propionibacterium acnes, the major cause of acne, and also showed significant inhibition from type 1 $5{\alpha}$-reductase ($5{\alpha}R$), another cause of acne, And the cream made with PRCP demonstrated anti-sebum and acne-improvement effects on examinee's facial skin.

Korea has become a member of the United Nations Convention on Contract of the International Sales of Goods (the 'CISG') effective since March 1, 2005. As, therefore, the governing law of the general terms and conditions (the 'GTC') in the Government Foreign Procurement Contract (the 'Contract') is mandatorily fixed to the Korean Law, the CISG, as an International Convention, now having an equivalent or even higher status to the Korean Law, unless expressly excluded, will be priorly applied to the Contract where a transaction occurs between its members. In this regard, this study focuses on how to find the way for the CISG to be a governing law of the GTC in order to eliminate legal uncertainties and lacks of foreseeability prevailed in the international trade. For that purpose, the legal aspects of GTC, and the Buyer's remedy for the Seller's breach of the Contract are analyzed in accordance with the comparative study between the CISG and the GTC including the relevant case studies. As a result of this study, the application of the CISG into the GTC is highly recommended in order to reflect into the Contract such features as fairly harmonized for the interest of both parties. Taking this opportunity, a GTC, amended from the existing one, or newly formed, within the perimeter of not conflicting with the provisions of the CISG, including but not limited to the Civil Law and Commercial Law, is required in order to evenly share each party's responsibilities and obligations where the breach or remedy of the Contract is, and, thus, which will ultimately contribute to an efficient conduct of the Contract.

The purpose of the present study was to investigate an appropriate instructional model in order to remedy students' misconception. As hypotheses of this study, three instructional models, cognitive conflicting, hypothesis testing, and learning cycle models, on biological 'osmosis' concept were tested in 176 high school students. Results of the present study are as follows: 1. All groups used one of three instructional models showed a statistically significant improvement in conceptual change on the 'osmosis' concept between before and after the instruction. In addition, the three hypothesized instructional models were more effective in conceptual change than a traditional expository instruction. 2. There was a statistically significant difference among three experimental groups. Cognitive conflicting model and hypothesis testing model was more effective than learning cycle models. 3. An interviewing after instruction showed that students who had scientific concept on the 'osmosis' through the instruction could effectively apply the concept to other context more than students who had no scientific concept through instruction. The present study indicated that instructional model play an important role on students' conceptual change in science classroom. According to the result of this study, the instruction emphasizing students' active participation in class and scientific reasoning process is more appropriate to remedy misconception that the instruction using students' passive participation in class and expository teaching procedure. This study also indicated that students' concept acquired through instruction is one of important factors to apply it to other context.

Objective : The main purpose of this report is to investigate the effect of Korean traditional medical care about Pruritic Dermatosis Methods : The patient was treated with Acupuncture, herb medicine, Herbal-acupuncture. we evaluated the change of symptom through Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and photos of the skin Results : After 10 times of treatment, There was remarkable improvement in symptoms of the patient. Conclusion : We confirmed the superiority of Korean traditional medical care about Pruritic Dermatoses. We think that we must research effective remedy through many more case reports.

For the perfect cure of rheumatoid arthritis, the ultimate hope of patients and therapist, it is necessary to find a patient early and treat him properly and to teach him what rheumatoid arthritis is. 1. Although rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic disease and its cause is uncertain matke the patient understand that there are many ways to reduce symptoms and to prevent deformation. 2. Explain the peculiarity and the procedure of rheumatoid arthritis to the patient and encourage him. 3. Teach the patient how to protect his arthrosises by showing him concrete movement. 4. Teach the patient or his family the ways to relieve rheumatoid arthritis easily in his house for continuous remedy. In order to make that remedy most effective for the patient, a complex and balanced treatment, considering medication, surgical teatment and rehabilitative treatment, has to be applied, which needs team work. Team work occurs when doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, nutritionists, clinical psychologists, prosthesis manufacturers, social workers, employment agents and the family of the patient work together. The members of the tern have to onderstand the procedure of the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and apply proper remedies according to the condition of the patient.

Scolpendra subspinipes (centipede) is pungent in flavor, activates the channels to stop pain, and, removes toxins and resolves masses. So it has been used as a folk remedy. We researched folk remedies which used centipede as a single medicine and results of its prior clinical and experimental study, and figured out that centipedes are effective on ulcerative disease, herpes zoster, clavus, insect bite, inflammatory disease, furunculus, pain disease by external therapy, and oral administration is effective on anti-cancer such as hepatoma and uterine cancer, cerebrovascular disease, inhibition of atherosclerosis, sedation of central nervous system, antipyretic action, and anti-inflammation, and centipede Herb-Acupuncture is effective on inflammatory disease and pain disease. Centipede preparation materials for external therapy were sesame oil, perilla oil, vinegar, salt, and, burnt alum. Fumigation of centipede treated paronychia, pertussis, and hemorrhoids. For the external therapy, the way of centipede powder mixing with other materials has been used. It is needed that we use dusted powder to make skin absorb its ingredients more easily, and we study intensely minor ingredients to make centipede components absorbed more effectively and do pharmacological action. Also, fumigation, a kind of another external therapy, is considered to be effective treatment of upper respiratory infection like pertussis, so it needs an in-depth study on centipede fumigation.
