  • In this paper, an electromagnetic induction on a telecommunication line by the distribution line of a power provision system or a feeder line of an electrified railway system has been verified through experiments. The basic cause of induction occurrence by these practical power provision systems is the returning current through the earth. This principle has been confirmed by the experiments documented in this paper which implemented these mechanisms to incur an induction. Experimental methods were used to produce the returning current through the earth. The experiment to find a relationship between inducing strength and the distance between the two phase lines in a power provision line has also been included to confirm that, when the distance is enlarged, the induction effect increases as the cross-nullification effect of magnetic fluxes decreases. An experiment for the existence of a shielding effect by another conduction length material has been addedas a protection measure against the induction.

  • The purposes of this study were 1) to analyze the correlation between Word-of-Mouth(WOM) message sender credibility and WOM effect and 2) to analyze the differences of WOM message sender creadibility and WOM effect in off-line and on-line WOM communication. The messages were created as a form of scenario for this study. Respondents were asked to evaluate the message sender credibility and predict WOM behaviors after reading given scenario. The questionnaires were distributed to 200 customers and a total of 175 questionnaires were used for analysis(87.5%). The statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS Win(12.0) for descriptive analysis, paired t-test, factor analysis, correlation analysis. The positive off-line WOM message sender was considered as more credible(p<.001) than on-line WOM message sender. 'Message sender credibility' is correlated with 'attitude formation' in both channels, but 'reliable' factor of 'credibility' variable is not significantly correlated with 'attitude change'.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of developing and continuously providing on-line hygiene education programs on the improvement of hygiene conditions in children's cafeterias. As a result of the 2020 sanitation and safety checklist analysis, 6 items (personal hygiene, separate use, clean ventilation, temperature control of refrigerators, country of origin, food distribution) were derived and on-line hygiene education programs for each of 6 items were produced. ① Customized educational materials and self-inspection checklists were provided to 208 children's cafeterias. After that, educational videos were provided through Kakao Talk twice a week for 6 months, and they were made available for viewing at any time through YouTube upload, ③ Kakao Talk Through this, a quiz related to the educational video was conducted to give feedback for interaction with the cook. As a result of analyzing the total hygiene and safety checklist score of all registered facility catering centers by visit order, in 2020 it was 82.8 points/100 points, but in 2021, it was 84.2 points (1st round), 89.3 points (2nd round), 91.4 points (3 points) The score improved significantly (p<0.001) as the on-line hygiene education program continued. As a result, significant (p<0.001) changes were observed in the items of 'Knife, chopping board' and 'Sanitation clothes, sanitary hat, sanitary shoes, apron, and sanitary gloves', confirming a clear improvement effect. Therefore, it is considered that the on-line hygiene education program will play a positive role in showing a lasting effect on improving hygiene management in children's cafeterias.

  • In this study, a position control characteristics of pneumatic cylinder with transmission line is analyzed. Dynamic characteristics of transmission line using compressible fluid is changed by the flowing stiles of the fluid the diameter and the length of the line. But, the effect of the change of dynamic characteristics of transmission line by the flowing states on the position control characteristics can be neglected because of the friction force of the pneumatic cylinder. So, We assume that the position control characteristics is affected by the diameter and length of the transmission line. The experimental results according to the change of parameter of the transmission line show that the relation between the parameter of the transmission line and the position control characteristics of pneumatic cylinder driving system with the transmission line.

This study investigates the effects of Yipahnsan on angiogenic inhibition mechanism evaluate cell adhesive inhibition effect, DNA fragmantaion analysis, nuclear condensation assay, FACScan analysis, angiogenic lumen formation assay, immunocytochemistry analysis, RT-PCR for mRNA expression, western blot analysis, confocal analysis for $Ca^{2+}influx$. The results were summarized as follows : 1. The cell adhesive inhibition ability was strongly increased from $5{\mu}g/ml$ on ECV304 cell line and ECVPAR cell line. 2. YY water extract caused $G_0/G_1$ arrest peak to existed on the ECV304 cell line. 3. YY water extract caused inhibition of proliferation and inducement of apoptosis on the collagen coated plate in ECV304 cell line. 4. YY water extract inhibited the lumen formation on the matrigel coated plate in ECV304 cell line. 5. YY water extract inhibited the expressions of LFA-1 and ELAM-1 on ECV304 cell line and ECVPAR cell line. 6. YY water extract inhibited the expressions of MMP-9 and uPA on ECV304 cell line and ECVPAR cell line. 7. YY water extract inhibited the expression of integrin ${\alpha}_v{\beta}_3$ on ECV304 cell line and ECVPAR cell line. 8. YY water extract decreased the change of $Ca^{2+}$ in intracellular on ECV304 cell line and ECVPAR cell line. According to the results, Yipahnsan showed to be a key antagonist of integrin ${\alpha}_v{\beta}_3$, and to be induction of apoptosis by p53 through flow cytometry. This report also demonstrated that expressions of MMP-9 and uPA were blocked under the angiogenesis model. Thus, we suggested that Yipahnsan blocks angiogenesis by inducing apoptosis in ECV304 and ECVPAR cell lines, and another oriental herbal medicine that treats qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type also has angiogenic inhibition effects.
