This study focused o investigating the variables dauther-in-law and mother-in=-law's subjective household crowding. And which is the best index among space per person, persons per room, and the number of family members was the next issue. the results of this study were as follows. 1. Variables that effected on the dauther-in-law's subjective household crowding were expectation about the number of rooms, the educational level of the dauther-in-law, duration of marriage, educational level of mother-in-law, space per person. In the case of mother-in-law, these were duration of marriage, space per person, expectation about the number of rooms, educational level of mother-in-law. 2. The best objective household crowding index was the space per person. Finally we need to look at the suv-dimension that composed of subjective household crowding of the old.

In this paper, in order to explicate how mathematics education can contribute to humanity education, I enquired in which position mathematics occupy in Froebel's For this, I examined Froebel's theory of humanity education, his theory of mathematics education, and the applicational problem of his thoughts to nowaday education. Froebel's educational theory is based on the concept of the Divine Unity which is relevant to the notion of 'The Absolute' of Fichte, Schelling, Hegel. He claims that from inanimate objects to human being, all is subject to the eternal law, which is presided by God. So the world itself is the representation of this law of the Divine Unity and education consists in leading man to conscious and free representation of it. The revealing process of the inner law of the Divine Unity can be attained through the awareness of the divinity which resides in the self. And this process of self-consciousness is dialectical movement of the two opposites, i.e. 'inner' and 'outer' Froebel suggests that mathematics is the mediator between the inner and outer world, i.e. he suggests that since both human being and nature are the representations of the Divine Unity, mathematics is both the pure human spirits and the law of nature. Having such a role, mathematics becomes the main discipline in education. Though there are some criticism on Froebel's educational thoughts on mathematics discussed in this paper, it can provide a typical answer to the question about how mathematics education contributes to humanity education.

The paper proposes to consider information technologies and their application in the educational process as a preparation of presentation material for students of higher educational institutions. The definition and place of information technologies in the educational space are considered. The object of research of this work is the pedagogical technology of presentation of educational information, which substantiates the pedagogical technology of visualization of educational information in higher education, as well as determine its composition and structure. The article is devoted to analyzing the police influence on road safety formation. The globalization processes confirm the study's relevance, provoking population mobility and the need to increase freight traffic. The study aims to identify the factors that affect road safety and the activities of the police and the EU transport safety units. An empirical analysis using factor analysis, correlation analysis, and general scientific methods of cognition were carried out to achieve the goal. The analysis results found that the number of police officers affects road safety, but not in all countries, which confirms the importance of other factors. Based on the analysis results of the scientific literature, the factors affecting transport safety are legislative regulation, the use of innovative technologies, transport infrastructure, geography, and psycho-physical and emotional drivers factors. It has been proved that the police authorities and units cannot fully ensure transport safety in the European Union because the safety is formed by a complex of actions by the state and road users.

This study is designed to find out the determinants of housewives' caregiving behavior to their elderly parents-in-law. For this purpose, a tentative path model, constructed with major socio-demographic variables in the caregiver's family as exogenous variables, is proposed to account for caregiver's behavior to elderly parents-in-law. The model is estimated with data collected from a probability sample of housewives in Kwangju, Korea. Estimation of the model, separately for caregiver's fathers-in-law and mothers-in-law, in terms of maximum likelihood(ML) procedures in LISREL8 reveals that housewives' educational attainment, father-in-law's age, father-in-law's health status, and family size have statistically significant causal. effects on care giving behavior to fathers-in-law, and that housewives' educational attainment, mother-in-law's age, family size, and caregiving attitude have significant causal effects on caregiving behavior to mothers-in-law. Comparison of the two estimated models indicates caregiver's educational attainment, caretaker's age, and family size are prominent determinants of caregiving behavior that can be commonly generalized to the two models. Except for these common determinants, however, a nonnegligible amount of differences is identified between the two models. The findings are discussed and interpreted with suggesting some salient theoretical and policy implications.

This study investigates the effect of in-law relationship on the marital adjustment of married couples by considering family-oriented Korean culture. Previous in-law studies did not consider the influence of another party who did not attend the survey due to sampling limitations. However, the marital adjustment of married couple and the satisfaction of the relationship with parents-in-law are two-way relationships that affect each other and are not one-sided relationships. By considering the non-independence of the couple's data, Actor-Partner Interdependence Model (APIM) was utilized to examine the structural relationship between marital adjustment (marital satisfaction and marital stability) and in-law relationship quality (relationship satisfaction between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law for wives, relationship satisfaction between mother-in-law and son-in-law for husbands) of 203 married couples. Results indicated that a high satisfaction of wives' in-law relationship increased personal marital adjustment as well as husbands' marital adjustment. The husbands' positive relationship with in-laws also increased personal marital adjustment and their wives' marital adjustment. The results of this study can be used as basic data for program development and counseling for healthy in-law relationship as well as educational data for couples intending to marry.

Purpose: This study aimed to derive considerations for the enactment of nursing law by analyzing the trends and social perceptions of nursing law mentioned in major daily newspapers, cafes, and blogs. Methods: Main texts and comments that included nursing law as a keyword were collected from major daily news and online postings from January 2021 to August 2022. The data collected through web crawling were analyzed using a TousFlux program used for big data analysis. Results: During the period of study, the awareness level around nursing law enactment increased. In particular, public concern over nursing law enactment intensified due to the two political parties' policy pledges related to nursing law in January 2022 and the failure to introduce the nursing law to the national assembly judiciary committee in May 2022. Except in December 2021, public perception of nursing law enactment was generally favorable, with public opinion tilting more in favor of than against enactment. Conclusion: Public opinion should be considered when drafting and implementing the nursing law to make it easier for the people to understand what the law constitutes. In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to and continuously promote the relationship between medical care and nursing in the nursing law system of developed nations. Lastly, nursing law enactment can enhance nurses' retention intention and provide a sense of efficacy to medical services.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the spacial composition feature of Law School Library and define the feature in spacial planning of law school library. Through the analysis of characteristics in spacial composition, the basic spacial type of law school library will be proposed as a new law school library design. The spatial composition characteristics of Law school Library are as followings. (1) Entry spatial feature for the user accessibility (2) Reference room spatial planning for carrel user (3) Connectivity of educational & research space and reference room space. As the result of design proposal and analyzing the spacial feature, firstly entry common space of library should be planned with reference room space. Secondly, reading room should be linked to the entry level for the user. Lastly, core space should be planned as the vertical connectivity space for the intimately linkage of educational & research space and reference room. And separated accessibility should be considered for direct connection from outdoor space.
