Recently, with the development of mobile devices and social media services, contents recommendation schemes have been studied. They are typically applied to the job curation systems. Most existing university education content recommendation schemes only recommend the most frequently taken subjects based on the student's school and major. Therefore, they do not consider the type or field of employment that each student wants. In this paper, we propose a university educational contents recommendation scheme for job curation services. The proposed scheme extracts companies that a user is interested in by analyzing his/her activities in the job curation system. The proposed scheme selects graduates or mentors based on the reliability and similarity of graduates who have been employed at the companies of interest. The proposed scheme recommends customized subjects, comparative subjects, and autonomous activity lists to users through collaborative filtering.

The purpose of this study is to assert the fact that School Library Media Center(SLMC) is the most important body which influences the whole process of loaming in school and at the same time it functions as a very essential infrastructure of acquiring loaming in the society. The writer analysed the studies on learning outcomes across a range of educational conditions and settings. She found that loaming outcomes are influenced positively by the educational conditions and settings that accomodate the student diversity and individualization, and loaming materials for their individual needs. It means that the outcomes of effective teaming are influenced by using teaming materials of individual student guided by teachers and teacher librarians. In case, school education furnishes desirable programs of SLMC and use it properly, students canhave enough experiences what and how they learn by using library materials during their school days. As school days are in their early days of their lifetime, they are easy to carry their way of loaming with them even after they finish school. The members of society who are accustomed to use library materials during their school days will have loaming needs for their better life. The writer wants to call it the loaming needs of society that school produces. A teaming society is composed of two factors One is the loaming needs of the people and the other is the environment to meet them. SLMC produces loaming needs, and it meets to the needs of student learning. Consequently it can be said SLMC is the infrastructure for loaming society. The author pointed out that the Educational Reformation Draft of current Government does not mention about learning materials prerequisite to enhance student loaming outcomes, especially in relation to their creativity. She concluded educators of every level of school including government officials in charge of education have to think and do something about reformation of School Library Media Center for the fulfillment of the goal of Korean Educational Reformation Draft announced by the Educational Reformation Committee Draft announced by the Educational Reformation Committee May 31, 1995.

In these day, the recession of economics and cutting-off jobs makes increases of start-up business. The unprepared start-up business which lacks sufficient information and knowledge should fall. For successful start-up business, the effective education program should be necessary. This study reviews factors such as learning motivation, entrepreneurial intention, education satisfaction, self-efficacy affecting the performance of short-term education program. This study establishes hypothesis and verifies them. To verify the hypothesis, this study explores factors affecting the performance of short-term entrepreneurial education program through utilizing factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. We suggest that the results of the study could be utilized as followings; First the results of study could be used to establish policy which improves the performance of short-term entrepreneurial education program. Second, the identified factors help educator to established the curriculum of the short-term entrepreneurial education program. Third, the identified factors could be established as criteria to recruit the applicants who wants to received short-term entrepreneurial education program.

As there has recently been a rapid increase in importance of lifelong study, the number of learners participating in lifelong educational programs is increasing geometrically and lifelong educational institutions turned out to be the best one where everyone wants to study. Hereupon, aimed at team leaders managing the whole nation lifelong institutions and teachers interacting briskly with learners, we tried to research and analyze main cause affecting performances of lifelong educational institutions of university in this study based on Resource Based View and Dynamic Capability Theory for continuous development of lifelong educational institutions and securement of the competition. The contents and results of this study run as follows First, We tried to investigate the relation between resources and performances of lifelong educational institutions of university as contents and results of this study. The results were analyzed that material resources like an easy accessibility, superiority of facilities and teachers' excellence of lifelong educational institutions have an beneficial influence. Second, We tried to understand a leading cause affecting Dynamic Capabilities of lifelong educational institutions. The analyzed results were that material and human resources like easy accessibility, superiority of facilities, superiorities of teachers and director's empowering readership as a superior and organizational culture(autonomy, interaction) affect Dynamic Capabilities. These results could be understood that lifelong educational institution characteristics of university are well reflected. Third, We tried to find that even though elements of Resource Based view are surely important, Dynamic Capabilities of the organization are more important for continuous development and growth of lifelong educational institutions. Upon investigation, we found that there were mediating effectiveness in relations between Absorptive Capability and Innovative Capability which are Dynamic Capabilities and performances. Like preceding, there wes also mediating effectiveness in relations between empowering and organizational culture(autonomy, interaction) of a superior. And to conclude, superiority of resources could contribute to developing lifelong educational institutions to some degree but considering features of lifelong educational markets rapidly changed, Dynamic Capabilities of organization are more important for continuous growth and expensive preferability.
This study was done by narrative inquiry, suggested by Clandinin and Conelly (2000), in order to gain an in-depth understanding of the loneliness experienced by a scientifically gifted elementary school student. The participant of this study was sixth grade student from the Institute for Science Gifted in C University. The data were gathered via in-depth interviews and observations on the participant and her teachers. Based on these research findings, this study can make the following four conclusions with regard to the loneliness experienced by a gifted elementary school student in science. First, some characteristics of the gifted child may make her feel loneliness in the relationships she has with peers, siblings, and parents. Second, parent's repression makes the gifted child feels lonely. Third, the gifted child who feels lonely get consolation from her own subjective world and wants to get recognition from others. Fourth, the educational institute for the gifted serves as a place of education that fosters the gifted child's cognitive development and simultaneously it is where she can form positive relationships with her peers, as well as being a place of emotional comfort.
Purpose: This study was conducted to 1) find out the frequency of tobacco control intervention, barriers, and facilitators. 2) compare the differences in tobacco control intervention, barriers, and facilitators between oncology nurses and general nurses. Method: A sample was composed of 96 oncology nurses and 284 general nurses. The survey questionnaire was mailed out to nurses who were working at the randomly selected hospitals throughout the country. The questionnaire was adopted from the study of national survey on oncology nurse's tobacco interventions in United States by Sarnar, et al.(2000). Results: Oncology nurses were found to provide tobacco control interventions more frequently comparing to the general nurses. "Patient not motivated to quit smoking", "Lack of time", "Lack of recognition/rewards", were the most commonly identified barriers. "Patient wants to quit", "Adequate time", "Confidence in ability help people to stop smoking", were the most commonly identified facilitators. Conclusions: Although oncology nurses are in an important position in delivering tobacco interventions and providing resources, their participation in consistent delivery of a tobacco control intervention was less than desirable. To help nurses participate in the assessment of tobacco use and interventions for cessation, the development of educational program is necessary.
A student's school records should be utilized not only as data for storage and a guide for entrance into future schools, but also as data for evaluating the student's school life whenever their parents or the student wants to. This study is based on the necessity of the communication between school and home by means of information communicative media, and the duty of faculty to provide the parents with information regarding the student's educational growth. For this purpose, a system was developed and discussed to permit both the students and their parents access to a database of the students' school records which were stored in the School Total Information Management System. This system had been promoted as part of an education information program, so that both students and parents could read it individually at any time.

The e-learning contents offered in the current educational system does not appropriately reflect the needs of actual users in the planning and development phases. Considering this problem, this study sets the following four topics as its research: Stability of e-learning; Obstacles of the applications of e-learning; e-learning contents that users wants to be offered besides lectures; and methods of e-learning, and based on these goals, it aims at determining the 'needs of the users for the promotion of e-learning. As the target of the study, a survey was conducted with 200 students who have experienced taking e-learning classes in four universities located in Eastern Seoul, which have introduced an e-learning system. The data collected from the survey went through data coding and data cleaning processes and were analyzed by year, major, and department using SAS 9 statistics package program. The result of this study showed that developing and offering services of e-learning contents that are customized to students based on their majors and year can become an effective plan for promoting e-learning.

This study investigates the multidimensional structure of apparel design evaluation criteria and the details of each criterion by exploring how female college students majoring in apparel design in their 20s evaluate apparel design based on an exploratory approach. Data were analyzed through a categorization method of qualitative data after collecting from a literature review and three focus group interviews. The results identified the six evaluation criteria of apparel design (functional usefulness, convenience, aesthetics, psychological self suitability, social activity usefulness, and fashion trend). Functional usefulness and convenience assessed the extent to which primary features of apparel are reflected in apparel design, and aesthetics evaluated the aesthetic beauty of apparel design. Psychological self suitability estimated the extent to which apparel design expressed psychological self properly, and social activity usefulness appraised the extent to which apparel design contributed to the social activities of wearers. Last, fashion trend assessed the extent to which apparel design reflected fashion trend. The study results provide meaningful implications towards an apparel industry that wants to develop apparel design that appeals to consumers, educational institutions that aim to cultivate well-trained professionals in the apparel industry, and consumers who want to purchase clothes of satisfactory design.

The Qur'an is regarded as the holy book by Islam followers; they assert that God wants humankind to understand its meanings and implement best practices. Numerous individuals have attempted to understand the meaning of its verses and explore its Extraordinary Vocabulary; however, few people successfully studied and researched the different meanings of that holy text. Only a limited segment of the society comprising scholars, students, and intellectuals have grasped the teachings of the Qur'an. A majority of the general population, specifically youngsters, spend ample time using mobile phones. In this context, many innovative educational platforms have recently been launched to attract the general public to learn and use knowledge. Research has provided the positive impact of such smart platforms. This concept is about an innovative smartphone platform to help users understand and reason the Qur'an by helping with the book vocabulary explained by expert scholars. This work proposes creating an engaging digital format using innovative technologies. This idea is inspired by youngsters who demonstrate an immense interest in online learning. Qur'an vocabulary is the prerequisite to building a better understanding that allows users to get precise meaning.
