The main objective of this research is to develop an experimental educational facility management information system that will be used for maintaining existing educational facilities in the elementary, junior high, and high schools. The development is based on the nationwide development plan of the education administration information system. The system developed is accomplished by use of Map-application Information System(MAPIS), an applied commercial software that combines Geographic Information System(GIS) with existing Information and Communication Technologies(ICT) such as Database system, Multimedia methodology, and Internet system. In order to figure out the features to be improved in the system developed, the research interviewed the educational facilities management in the Ministry of Education and P Local Education Authority. The authors suggest the functional improvement of the system based on the interview results.

The teaching and learning environment in medical schools is significantly different from that of other academic fields. An educational information system specifically designed for medical education could be an important solution for the unique context of medical education. In this study, the concept of the educational information system has been reviewed, and how such a system can be utilized effectively for medical education has also been explored. This paper also addresses how learning management systems for online learning could be made more effective through educational information systems. The application of flipped learning, which has been developing rapidly to improve teaching and learning, for medical education was also investigated. In conclusion, it was found that educational information systems could be a solution to various teaching and learning issues in medical schools. In particular, given that high performing students tend to enter medical schools, using educational information systems to improve the teaching and learning environment in medical school should be investigated further.

Load balancing plays a crucial role in ensuring the stable operation of information management systems during periods of high user access requests; therefore, load balancing approaches should be reasonably selected. Moreover, appropriate load balancing techniques could also result in an appropriate allocation of system resources, improved system service, and economic benefits. Nginx is one of the most widely used loadbalancing software packages, and its deployment is representative of load-balancing application research. This study introduces Nginx into an educational administration system, builds a server cluster, and compares and sets the optimal cluster working strategy based on the characteristics of the system, Furthermore, it increases the stability of the system when user access is highly concurrent and uses the Nginx reverse proxy service function to improve the cluster's ability to resist illegal attacks. Finally, through concurrent access verification, the system cluster construction becomes stable and reliable, which significantly improves the performance of the information system service. This research could inform the selection and application of load-balancing software in information system services.

초 중등학교에서는 교육활동 과정에서 생성된 성적 자료, 관찰 상담 자료, 심리검사 자료 등의 다양한 정보를 여러 형태로 축적하여 관리하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 학생들을 다차원적으로 진단하고 파악하는 데 필요한 분석정보를 제공하는 교육용 정보시스템은 존재하지 않는다. 이것은 마치 환자에 대한 각종 검사 결과가 있음에도 불구하고, 의사가 임상 경험에만 의존하여 환자를 진료하는 상황을 연상시킨다. 교육부가 '제5차 교육정보화 기본계획(2014~2018)'의 '교육 빅데이터 활용 활성화 대책'에서 지적하였듯이, 교육용 정보시스템이 존재하지 않는 이유는 아직 이 분야에 대한 기초 연구뿐만 아니라 종합적이고 체계적인 연구가 부족하기 때문이다. 따라서 이 연구의 목적은 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있는 분석정보시스템의 개념을 교육 분야에 도입하여 맞춤형 학생지도를 가능하게 하는 교육용 정보시스템을 설계하고 프로토타입을 구현하는 것이다. 이를 위해 직무분석과 표적집단면접조사를 통해 교육용 정보시스템의 핵심 기능과 내용을 정의하였으며, 네이버 프로토나우를 사용하여 프로토타입을 구현하였다.

본 연구에서는 교사, 학생 및 학부모와 같은 교육정보 사용자들에게 맞춤정보를 제공하는 RSS 기반 교육정보시스템을 개발한다. 다양한 교육정보 웹페이지로부터 교육정보를 수집하기 위해서 우리는 웹기반 RSS 리더기를 설계한다. 웹기반 RSS 리더기는 RSS를 제공하는 해당사이트나 블로그 등의 URL의 주소를 입력받아 RSS 파일인지를 인식하고 파서에 로드하여 XML 문서로 생성하고 분류하여 시스템에 등록한다. 시스템에 등록된 문서에 해당되는 웹페이지에 새로운 정보가 업데이트 되면 자동으로 이를 수집하여 사용자에게 제공해준다. 따라서 사용자들은 자신에게 적합한 정보를 얻기 위해 일일이 해당되는 사이트를 검색하지 않고서도 실시간으로 맞춤형 교육정보를 제공받을 수 있다.

We propose a model-based method for information alignment using educational standards as a case study. Discrepancies and inconsistencies in educational standards across different states/cities hinder the retrieval and sharing of educational resources. Unlike existing educational standards alignment systems that only give binary judgments (either "aligned" or "not-aligned"), our proposed system classifies each pair of educational standard statements in one of seven levels of alignments: Strongly Fully-aligned, Weakly Fully-aligned, Partially-$aligned^{***}$, Partially-$aligned^{**}$, Partially-$aligned^*$, Poorly-aligned, and Not-aligned. Such a 7-level categorization extends the notion of binary alignment and provides a finer-grained system for comparing educational standards that can broaden categories of resource discovery and retrieval. This study continues our previous use of mathematics education as a domain, because of its generally unambiguous concepts. We adopt a materialization pattern (MP) model developed in our earlier work to represent each standard statement as a verb-phrase graph and a noun-phrase graph; we align a pair of statements using graph matching based on Bloom's Taxonomy, WordNet, and taxonomy of mathematics concepts. Our experiments on data sets of mathematics educational standards show that our proposed system can provide alignment results with a high degree of agreement with domain expert's judgments.

One of the most important concepts in the 7th curriculum of Korea is the student-centered education. Since educational evaluation has significant influence on the whole curriculum, if we realize the importance of the student-center education on the curriculum we should establish the student-centered educational evaluation system. Educational evaluation is defined by the theory of information to permit information users to identify, to measure, to manipulate and to communicate useful educational information concerning an educational curriculum for making decisions. If we accept the above definitions, the demands of information users are significant in the light of conceptual framework of educational evaluation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the conceptual framework of educational evaluation from information users' perspectives and to investigate the qualitative characteristics which satisfy information users' need for making decisions. We also show that students aren't provided sufficient evaluation results information to decide for their study plans by analyzing an evaluation study of the 7th primary curriculum. Finally, this study suggests how to improve an evaluation system for students in mathematics.

정보사회에서 공교육 기관인 학교는 사회의 공기(公器)로서 개인의 능력 육성 및 인류 사회가 축적해온 귀중한 지적 성취를 대물림해 주는 전수자로서, 또한 교육 기회의 평등을 유지하는 균형자로서 그 존재 가치를 선취해야 한다. 그럼에도 공교육 기관의 교수학습 질의 수월성에 대한 사회계층의 기대와 우려가 팽배해 있는 것이 현실이다. 이 연구는 초 중등학교별 교사들의 교수방법 및 교수자료 등 우수한 교육정보의 공유 및 유통 활성화 전략을 도출하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 교육정보 서비스의 공유 및 유통과 관련된 최근 기술 동향을 분석하고, 정보화 선도 교사들을 대상으로 집단토론을 실시하였다. 이러한 연구내용을 바탕으로 참여, 공유, 개방이라는 Web 2.0의 패러다임을 적용한 교육정보 공유 유통체제의 구축 및 활성화 방안을 제안하였다.

오늘날, 기능성게임 시장의 많은 부분을 교육용기능성게임이 차지하고 있지만 교육용기능성게임에 대한 유용한 품질평가 정보를 사용자 또는 개발자에게 제공하기 위한 품질평가 시스템은 부족한 실정이다. 비록 기능성게임을 위한 기존의 메타데이터 관리 시스템이 개발되어 있지만 기존 시스템은 교육용기능성게임의 품질평가 정보를 관리 할 수 있는 기능은 제공되지 않고 있다. 따라서 교육용기능성게임의 품질평가 관리시스템의 개발은 매우 중요한 과제이다. 우리는 교육기능성게임에 대한 메타데이터 및 품질평가를 모두 관리하기 위한 시스템의 설계를 제안하였다. 본 시스템의 장점은 일반사용자와 개발자에게는 신뢰할 수 있는 유용한 정보를 제공하고, 시스템 관리자에게 메타데이터와 품질정보를 쉽고 편리하게 관리할 수 있는 수단을 지원하는 것이다.

본 연구에서는 전산세무회계시스템 소프트웨어인 KcLep에서 특성변수(시스템특성과 정보특성)와 교육생의 개인특성이 교육만족도를 매개로 전산세무회계시스템의 교육성과에 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 전산세무회계시스템의 시스템특성(용이성, 유연성, 신뢰성)은 교육만족도에 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 전산세무회계시스템의 정보특성(적시성, 유용성)은 교육만족도에 유의한 차이를 나타냈으나, 정확성은 교육만족도에 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 개인특성(자기효능감, 성취동기)는 교육만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석된 반면 컴퓨팅능력은 교육만족도에 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 교육만족도는 교육성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.
