  • The overseas military education, which began in 1948, and the commissioned education of professional degrees, which was implemented in 1958 to obtain a degree for a professor at the Korea Military Academy, are expected to be expanded further in order to nurture talent who will lead the future and transformation of the Army in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. However, the Army's commissioned education system has been criticized for being high-cost and low-efficiency, and the systematic evaluation of the performance of commissioned education has also been insufficient. Therefore, this study examined the transition process of commissioned education by the ROK Army. The validity of the assessment area the CIPP evaluation model for the performance evaluation of commissioned education in the Army was verified through expert Delphi survey. According to the Delphi survey, the validity of the assessment area for the performance evaluation was all appropriate and various opinions on commissioned education were obtained.

  • The propose of this study was to develop the new pre-parent education program for couples in i=transition to parenthood. This program was consisted three process, total eight sessions. The first process(the basic process) has two sessions. This process was designed to understand the whole parenthood, and to cope the role strain in early parenting period. The second process has three sessions, designed to enrich the marital relationship before the baby was born. And the Third process(parent-child process) has three sessions, too. Especially in last sessions, parent can exercise infant caring, and adapt fetus to their family member.

  • Objectives: This study aimed to provide basic data for the development of clinical practice-related education program by analyzing the effects of grit, job satisfaction, and retention intention on transition shock of new dental hygienists. Methods: From April 19 to July 4, 2022, the data was collected from 200 new dental hygienists working for dental hospitals/clinics. Using the SPSS Statistics ver. 22.0, this study was conducted the t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Results: There were positive correlations between grit, job satisfaction, and retention intention, a negative correlation between grit and transition shock, a positive correlation between job satisfaction and retention intention, a negative correlation between job satisfaction and transition shock. and a negative correlation between retention intention and transition shock. As the factors affecting transition shock, lower pay and main performance of medical cooperation work increased transition shock. When job satisfaction and retention intention were higher, transition shock decreased. Conclusions: In order to reduce transition shock of new dental hygienists, it would be necessary to operate clinical practice-related training program, and also to establish a training environment similar to the clinical site/context/situation similar to clinical context/situation.

  • This study examined whether sequential transition patterns of social play differed by children's social competence. The social competence of sixty 5-year-old children was rated by their teachers using the Social Competence Scale(NICHD Early Child Research Network, 1996). Children's social play was observed during free play and coded by criteria developed by Robinson et al(2003). Results showed differences in children's social play behaviors by social competence and differences in the transition patterns of children's social play level by social competence. Children with higher social competence showed a transition pattern moving toward cooperative-social interaction, whereas children with lower social competence showed a transition pattern moving backward to solitary or onlooker behavior.

  • The purpose of this research is to develop transition process and programmes for gently converting people with disabilities to local communities, through their empowerments. The methods used in the research were literature research, case studies on related programs, and expert interviews. The following shows the results. Firstly, the transition process for people with developmental disorders is exceedingly limited, and the process does not consider special attention needed for people with developmental disorders. Secondly, the postsecondary education programs for people with developmental disorders are being started as transition processes, however these programs need more connection with secondary schools. Thirdly, the primary factors which must be contemplated for University programs(for people with developmental disorders, after secondary education) are self-cognition and self-understanding. According to these results, we can suggest transition processes and programs within Universities for people with developmental disorders. (In Korea) Firstly, the postsecondary transition for people with developmental disorders requires a consideration of their characteristics, and mainstreaming education is also needed for their self-cognition and self-understanding. Considering this, the transition process within Universities can be an alternative. Secondly, tertiary educations within Universities for people with developmental disorders need to consider the following factors: ① The programs in Universities need to set up a support network. ② The door to program should be open to all students with developmental disorders within the Universities. ③ Organization of human resources must be systematized and connected, so that specialists within the Universities can participate in the postsecondary education programs for people with developmental disorders. ④ Inclusive learning activities must be under-taken, allowing students without disabilities to participate in the programs for students with developmental disorders.

  • The purpose of this paper is the analysis of to point its structure and meaning deduced from the rite of passage. In the light of the rite of passage, could be retrieved its value as one of significant works among the works of Gangho-sijo. is composed of nineteen pieces of monotype sijo. The first piece is a kind of prologue. The other pieces are divided into three parts which correspond with the three stages of the rite of passage-separation, transition, incorporation. As a result of this analysis, we can find out the writer's cognitive change according to the schema of the rite of passage. It becomes clear that the space of Gangho means the sacred space for mental culture rather than a separate space for escape. And considering the withdrawal for Gangho as the transition process of the rite of passage, gives a description of the disentanglement of conflict and a incorporation into the superior position of spirit.

  • The purpose of this study was exploring instructive methods to make each gifted child's ability develop as more by selecting the dynamic method instead of existing static method in teaching and evaluating science-gifted students in elementary school and by analyzing conceptual change of electric circuit. In this research, 11 science-gifted students in primary school were chosen, and Dynamic Science Assessment(DSA) intended to comprehension of scientific electric circuit concept was performed as focusing on scaffolding aspects in order to find the transition process. And then, the features on transition process of students' concept were analyzed in quality. The results of the study were checked that the features of useful scaffolding input with respect to comprehending concepts of science gifted-students by using DSA. The less familiar to approach the subjects, the more presented numbers of scaffolding showed. As coming toward transition and same questions, scaffoldings (interactions) were declined because their level of transition was higher than before. Various ways were used in helping the students comprehend the concept on the method of connecting electric circuit and the emitting amount of current, which acted to adapt to daily life.

  • The effects of molecular attraction and orientations for the energy mismatch variance, vibrational energy level and double-quantum transition, in the vibration-vibration energy exchange, have been considered. The contribution of molecular attraction increases the exchange rate of the purely repulsive interaction, in general, significantly, but which becomes smaller as the temperature is increased. As the energy mismatch is increased, its contribution is also increased, but which is small. However, its contribution for the double-quantum transition is very paramount. At each orientation, the exchange rate constants have been calculated and compared with the results for rotational average, and it is found that the exchange rate is a strong function of the orientation angles of colliding molecules. We have also discussed about the system having the strong interaction such as the hydrogen bond, and it is found that for this system the preferred orientation should be considered in order to calculate the exchange rates.

  • The mechanism on the oxidative addition reaction of $(TBA)_2\;Pt(CN)_4$ with $Cl_2$ has been studied by means of extended Huckel calculations. Among two possible mechanisms, computational calculations demonstrated that the linear approach of $Cl_2$ to a $Pt(CN)_4$ moiety is more favourable than three-centered transition state. From our calculations, the most stable process is that a $Pt(CN)_4$ moiety interacts with $Cl_2$ in the linear transition state and the cleavage of Cl-Cl bond in a coordinated halogen occurred spontaneously, giving rise to a trans product by back-attacking a $Pt(CN)_4Cl$ moiety by Cl. The process consists of the comparison in the stability of each intermediate with use of bonding and potential energy.
