4년제 공과대학과 전문대학 등의 고등교육기관에서 이루어지는 교육과정과 자격 검정제도를 연계하려는 여러 선행 연구들이 진행되어 왔지만 실제적으로 실행되는 경우는 매우 드문 실정이다. 교육과 자격의 가장 이상적인 연계 방법은 교육과정과 자격검정의 통합 운영이라고 볼 수 있지만 교육기관에 대한 검증과 자격제도에서 갖추어야 할 제반 요소들이 선행되어야만 한다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 현재 시행되고 있는 과정평가형 자격제도와 교육과정의 질관리 체계로 작동하고 있는 공학교육인증 평가를 비교 분석하고, 공학교육인증과 과정평가형 자격을 동시에 운영하고 있는 K 대학의 사례를 통해 교육과 자격이 연계될 수 있음을 검토한다. 이러한 분석 결과를 반영하여 공학교육인증을 획득한 프로그램이 과정평가형 편성 기준을 만족하는 교육과정을 운영할 경우 이를 이수한 학생들에게 자격을 부여할 수 있는 인증평가형 자격제도를 제안한다.

I studied a distance education model for English learning on the Internet. Basic WWW files, that contain courseware, are constructed with HTML, and functions, which are required in learning, are implemented with Java. Students and educators can access the preferred unit composed of the appropriate text, voice and image data by using a WWW browser at any time. The education system supports the automatic generation facility of English problems to practice reading and writing by making good use of the courseware data or various English text resources located on the Internet. Our system has functions to manage and control the flow of distance learning and to offer interaction between students and the system in a distributed environment. Educators can manage students' learning and can immediately be aware of who is attending and who is quitting the lesson in virtual space. Also, students and educators in different places can communicate and discuss a topic through the server. I implemented these functions, which are required in a client/server environment of distance education, with the use of Java. The URL for this system is "http://park.taegu-e.ac.kr" in the name of GAIA.

본 시스템에서는 교과목 별로 자료실을 운영하여 다양한 형태의 교육 자료를 제공 및 공유할 수 있도록 하였고, 비밀을 보장하며 E-Mail이 없어도 시스템(Http://Oncho.kongju-e.ac.kr/)에 접속한 후 어린이와 어린이, 교사와 어린이, 그리고 교사와 학부모간의 원활한 의사 소통과 이성 문제, 폭력 문제, 그리고 가정 문제등 여러 가지 제반 상담을 할 수 있도록 서비스 한다. 또한, 웹상에서 워드프로세서 자격증에 관한 내용을 학습할 수 있도록 하고, 학습자 스스로 평가할 수 있도록 평가 모듈을 서비스하고 있다.

This study was conducted using the literature review and survey research to analyze the operational status and effectiveness of the single-track accredited program, which has been mandatory since 2016. The research targets to achieve the purpose of the study were the nationwide engineering education accreditation system operating colleges, departments, and engineering education innovation centers. Finally, 183 copies were collected from faculty members at 69 colleges and 554 copies at the department level. As a result of the survey, the college recognized more positively about the operation of the single-track accredited program, and more than 50% of respondents said that there were difficulties due to the operation of the system. The contents required were analyzed and presented. Based on this, the engineering education accreditation system, including the single-track accredited program, suggested the direction of support at the government level and the ABEEK level to better settle down in the field of engineering colleges.

Purpose : This study was to suggest a recommendation of the role and the operating qualification system of health education specialists. Method : This study was conducted by law and descriptive literature review on health education and health promotion. Result : This study was to analysis of the contents of the National Health Promotion Law and the relevant literature. Conclusion : This study was to analyze the suggestions below to research a health education specialists qualifications and duties and role-specific factors based on the content of legislation and review of the literature.

The needs for change in the traditional on engineering education system in Korea have been evoked since 1998 when the Accreditation Board for Engineering Education of Korea (ABEEK) was about to be established. The engineering college at Yeungnam University has been one of the most active members in the Korean higher education institutions which participated in the ABEEK movement at the earliest stage. This paper reports the efforts made by Yeungnam University in preparing for the trial accreditation of engineering programs for the first time in Korea. The reformation and restructuring were made in many areas in order to establish the self-improving circulative engineering education system. The accreditation criteria were thoroughly investigated, and reforms were made in individual programs based on the critical assessment of existing system. The contents of educational reform and the experience during the trial accreditation process are summarized and discussed.

본 연구는 인류의 지속가능한 삶을 위한 새로운 인간 모델과 교육시스템 디자인을 위해 수행되었다. 인류사회는 위기에 직면해있다. 인류사회의 문제들을 해결하기 위한 새로운 인간상과 교육시스템에 초점을 맞추어 연구를 수행하였다. 현대사회는기존 사회와 시간, 공간, 인간 차원에서 확연히 다르며 리터러시 증대로 개인들의 주도적 역할이 증대되어 문제가 심화될 경우 어느 시점에서 와해와 토붕이 순식간에 발생할 수도 있다. 성장과 자유의 가치가 높아져서 기술혁신은 가속화되고 있고 근대에 구축된 정치행정 및 경제시스템은 현대와의 괴리가 커져가고 있으므로, 새로운 기술과 산업이 인류사회를 크게 위험에 빠뜨릴 수도 있는 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 현재 인류사회의 문제점을 종합적으로 진단하였다. 기존 연구들에서 제시된 문제들을 분석하고 종합하면서 인간 및 교육 관련 문제를 깊이 있게 재분석하였다. 제기된 문제들을 해결하는 새로운 시스템의 필요조건과 충분조건을 도출하였다. 그리고 이러한 조건들을 충족하는 시스템을 제시하였다. 새로운 시스템은 현대 인류사회의 인간 및 교육 관련 문제들을 해결하는 시스템이어야 하고 또 장기간 지속가능한 시스템이어야 하므로 인류 공통원리에 부합해야 한다. 따라서 새로운 시스템은 서비스철학에 기반을 둔 시스템으로서 서비스주의 인간 및 교육시스템으로 명명되었다. 새로운 시스템의 구조와 운용모델, 구현방안을 제시하였다. 기본 구조는 성선설과 성악설이 균형을 이룬 인간관, 이성과 비이성을 모두 인정하는 인간상, 지성교육과 덕성교육이 균형을 이룬 교육 시스템, 인간노력과 무위자연의 가치가 모두 존중되는 교육시스템이다. 현대 이데올로기의 개선과 보상시스템의 개선 등과 함께 새로운 교육시스템이 가동될 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 거시적 방향을 제시하였으므로, 향후 본 연구를 구체화하는 인간 및 교육 관련 추가 연구들이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to analysis the 6th students' conceptions of the nature phenomenon focused on the systematic characteristics. For this study, 12 students of the 6th grades participated in special class for testing their conceptions about the water cycle in the earth system. And we analyzed the outcomes of students' conceptions based on SBF conceptual representation. The results indicate that most of the subjects perceived that the water cycle in earth system wasn't complex system maintaining its existence and functions as a whole through the interaction of its parts but simple system maintaining some actions between atmosphere and hydrosphere, geosphere, biosphere(biological world). And they didn't perceive the characteristics of the water cycle whose all parts must be presented the change of volume between vapor and water, glacier proposing the total hydro-volume are established in the earth system. Based on the results, it was suggested that the main goals of the schools' science education should be to provide students who understand the water cycle system as attaching importance to form with the skills needed to coherent understanding of the essential qualities for the nature phenomenon system.

The general objectives of this study were to develop a health education management information system to effectively deal with community health problems. This study aimed at 1) to development an health education management information system, and 2) to offer computer-based communication channels among the District Health System components such as health center, health subcenters, and community hospital, 3) lastly, to identify the key issues and effectiveness of health education. Major findings of the study were as follows: The major benefits and significances of this information system included: improvement of quality of health education statistics by reducing manual data processing, improvement of productivity of health educators by reducing paper works, improvement of decision-making capability of managers by providing more information for planning, organizing, and evaluating health education programes, and improvement of communication flow among health institutions. Based on the findings of the study, the following are recommended: (1) The health education information system will connect with computerized information systems of various health-related institutions in a district and computer-based communication channels among them, and of the superior agencies in the future. (2) The major functions of the computerized health education program are: to keep client medical records, to inquire about information on the client and his family's history. (3) The program will provide outputs in various forms, such as files for patient records, data on some chronic diseases, information on the patient and his family members, and various kinds of statistics.

본 논문에서는 다인수 학급에서 한계를 나타내고 있는 교육현장에서의 협력작업을 학급 및 학생 개인별 블로그 운영을 통해 해결하는 방안을 제시한다. 이를 위해 우선 학급 홈페이지 등 기존 협력작업 웹사이트의 문제점을 분석하고, 도출된 문제점을 해결하기 위 한 블로 그의 기능과 특징 등 을 도입하여 보다 효율 적인 협력 작업 시스템을 설 계 및 구현하고자 한 다.
