The objectives of this study were; a) to review the Ilgam Gatgi or a job project of the rural women b) to relate the vocational educational strategies for human resources development and c) to suggest appropriate vocational education programs for rural women in Korea. The study was carried out through literature reviews, and the results of the study were as follows : First, government should provide appropriate information and educational programs to support rural women for facilitating them to have a sound understanding of the Ilgam Gatgi project. Second, government should provide diverse vocational education programs to facilitate participation in the tasks such activities as for upbringing management mindness, counting and marketing abilities. Research and development works should be emphasized to develop further the traditional foods as well as new products. Third, national support activities should be reinforced to let the people recognize the Ilgam Gatgi projects and its products. and governmental supports should be made to establish cyber business transactions system for the products from the Ilgam Gatgi projects. Fourth education for the laws and regulations on manufacturing and marketing of processed foods would be necessary for rural women, since the majority of the products from the Ilgam Gatgi projects were processed foods.

Considering the present and expected demand for human resources by the maritime community, its quantity and quality depend on the number of the ships and the technology applied to them. Scientific and economic developments in this community bring the intensive use of modem technology for many of ships operation. Generally it effects to reduce the quantity of manpower, while it increases the requirement of qualifications of human resources to utilize such advanced technology. Considering above, the maritime education, training and research activities should be revised and updated according to the demand of the community. Because of a difference between the transition of the demand for the human resources and development of the maritime education, training and research activities, there are two most common questions as “What to teach” and “How to teach”. The first question has been asked for many years. The contents of maritime education and training are always related to the existing maritime knowledge and technology and should be updated with consideration of changes of the demand namely “Globalisation of maritime community”. It brings globalisation of the maritime education, training and research activities. The second question is still keeping us busy to look for the best way. Presently traditional methods are used together with new system, while the use of sophisticated simulation, communication and information systems etc. and it is changing our understanding on teaching. This paper introduces the new role of Maritime Institutions from the viewpoints of the maritime education. training and research activities. The role of guide for seafarers and maritime companies is always essential and the concepts such as “Refreshment Training”, “On the Job Training”, “Lifelong” or “Continuous Training” bring new understanding to the training period, trainee's age and position. As a result, the maritime institutions should be ready for their new role, which is, in brief, guiding the maritime society, recommending and providing new learning environments, organising research and developments, performing the education, training and assessment, improving existing methods and developing new methods of the education, training and assessment.

4차 산업혁명을 통하여 인공지능, AR/VR, 빅데이터 등의 다양한 분야에서 급속하게 발전하고 있고, 그 중심에는 소프트웨어가 있다. 교육 분야에서도 기술의 발전을 뒷받침하기 위한 융합교육의 중요성이 강조되고 있는 상황으로, 소프트웨어 기술의 경쟁을 위하여 국내에서는 소프트웨어 개발 인력의 확보가 우선 되어야 한다. 그러나 과거 하드웨어 중심 사회와는 다르게 소프트웨어 기술 인력의 역할은 매우 중요한 사안이나, 기업이 필요한 인재상과는 거리가 있는 인력을 배출하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 증강현실 소프트웨어 전문가 양성을 위한 몰입형 교육 모델을 제시하고, 이를 기반으로 몰입형 증강현실 교육 모델의 프로그램과 관련된 질을 파악할 수 있는 평가지표를 제안한다. 제안 모델을 통하여 모델의 장단점을 파악하고, 교육 프로그램의 개선 방향 설정에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구의 목적은 두 가지였다. 첫째는 대안적인 인지 이론으로서 D. Hammer와 그의 동료들이 발전시켜 온 '자원 기반의 관점(RBV)'을 이론적으로 고찰하는 것이고, 둘째는 그것을 대학생들이 계절 변화에 관한 모델을 구성하는 학습 활동을 해석하는 데 적용하여 이론의 유용성을 예시적으로 보이는 것이었다. 이론적인 고찰은 관련 문헌을 탐색하여 이루어졌으며, 그 결과를 세 가지 유형의 자원들-개념적, 인식론적, 실천적 자원-을 중심으로 정리하였다. 시험 적용을 통해 과학 모델은 하나의 전체로서 제안되기보다 참여자들에게서 활성화된 여러 가지 자원들이 결합하는 과정을 통해 구성된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 하지만 활성화된 자원들이 모두 모델에 포함되는 것은 아니었으며, 어떤 개념적 자원들은 과학적인 모델을 구성하는 데 제한점으로 작용하기도 하였다. 과학 교육자들은 학생들이 가지고 있는 자원들에 주의를 기울이고 그에 반응적이어야 하며, 학생들이 자신의 자원을 생산적으로 활용하여 과학을 배울 수 있도록 도와야 한다는 것을 시사점으로 제안하였다.

교육정보자원이란 초 중등학교의 교수 학습을 위해 수행되는 하드웨어, 소프트웨어, 인적자원, 네트워크 자원 등을 의미한다. 이러한 교육정보자원은 2차례에 걸친 교육정보화 종합계획에 의해 각급 학교로 보급이 되었고 이에 따라 학교에서는 많은 교육정보자원을 구비하게 되었다. 그러나 현재 학교에 보급된 교육정보자원은 교사들의 필요성이나 요구 등을 고려하기보다 교육청 위주의 일괄적인 구입 및 보급에 치중하거나 다른 기타 이유로 내실 있는 운영이 이루어지고 있지 않은 형편이다. 따라서 본 연구는 보급된 교육정보자원의 효율적인 운영을 위해 현재까지 보급된 교육정보자원 중에서 특히 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 자원을 중심으로 현재의 상태 파악하고 문제점을 도출하여 보다 내실있는 운영 방안을 마련하고자 한다.

As an attempt to systematize environmental education in the 7th curriculum, this study extracted the contents of environmental education to which science can approach in the science lessons. This study analyzed these contents from the goals of environmental education and from its contents and, as a result, it found out the followings : (1) in the aspect of ‘knowledge’ and ‘skills’, the goals of Science environmental education have direct relations with each other, and (2) the science can be taught in the aspect of ‘natural environment’, ‘environmental ethics’, ‘environmental pollution’, ‘resources’, and so on. By utilizing various teaching and learning methods of science education the science subject on, however, approach the goals of environmental education, of ‘attitudes’ and ‘participation’.

The objectives of this study were: a) to classify rural women's roles according to apicultural activity, and b) to find out the needs for education system related to women's roles in agricultural technology and the participation in decision making of farming activities, and c) to put forward the programs in agricultural educational system for supporting rural women according to their role types. This study was based on a literature review, empirical analysis including women in rural Korea. Based on the empirical findings, the following suggestions could be of offered for helping the rural women according to the types of their roles. 1) Family cultural reform, farming helper system, relief of housework allotment, supporting educational expenses, equal opportunity and easier places for participations should be strengthened in education programs of women farmers in Korea. 2) Government should provide diverse incentive programs, appropriate information and educational supports for women farmers' agricultural education including equipment and facilities for easy farm management. 3) Automation and mechanization of farm works, computer education, eco-friendly agricultural production skills, family consciousness and group action, importance and the future prospects of agriculture and farming, leadership role should be strengthened in agricultural education programs for rural women.

This study examines strategies and obstacles encountered in infusing digital resources in the middle school mathematics and science classroom. It draws on data from principals, technology coordinators and math and science teachers in three urban middle schools in United States. All three of these schools have recently invested heavily in technology hardware and high speed Internet connectivity and as such they provide an opportunity to look beyond well documented obstacles such as outdated computers and poor Internet access. The logistical, preparatory, pedagogical and curricular challenges encountered by teachers within the study have important implications for professional development efforts aimed at improving science education through the integration of Web-based resources.

The fruiting bodies and roots of a Tuber species were collected from the rhizosphere of Quercus dentata in Pohang, Korea. The morphological characteristics of the ascoma and ectomycorrhizal roots were studied, and phylogenetic analyses were performed using the sequences of the internal transcribed spacer, large subunit rDNA, and β-tubulin DNA. Based on the features of the fruiting bodies, the species was identified to be Tuber huidongense, which has not been reported earlier in Korea. The morphological characteristics and phylogenetic analysis of T. huidongense are described in the present study.

Solomon Islands located in South-pacific. So, this country has much fishery resources. But Solomon Islands can't exploit efficiently and effectively this resources because of delay of national industrial development. Therefore, if developed fishery industry's technology of the Korea pass to Solomon Islands, there are lots of contribution to nation's foods and industry development. If the established fisheries in the Solomon Islands College of the National University in order to train them in the veteran of fishery curriculum and processes fit the Solomon Islands, advancing the national development of the Solomon Islands it would be the occasion. Moreover, it may be a great contribution to development of Solomon Islands and relationship of Korea through the continuous education.
