This study comprehensively analyzed domestic and foreign literature related to the value and impact of libraries on education, social behavior and economic conditions, developed a survey to investigate the librarians' perception of the libraries' value and impact, and accordingly investigated the perception of librarians according to the types of libraries in which they worked, public versus university. The results showed that the impact is greatest on education and literacy with a mean score of 3.98, followed by their social impact with 3.67 and their economic impact with 3.46. When subordinate items were analyzed it was found that the librarians perceived that the role that libraries are playing in the education area is expanding and their impact on reading and literacy is becoming greater and greater. Libraries were viewed as essential elements for education and the education system. When the difference in perception related to the impact of libraries was compared by types of libraries, the librarians in public libraries tended to rate their facilities higher than the librarians working in universities on most of the items.

Purpose - this study analyzes the impact of restaurant startup education on transfer effects in learning and entrepreneurial intentions based on previous research. Also, problems and ways to provide effective business startup education for a restaurant founder will be proposed based on the result. Research design, data, methodolog - this study collected surveys by conducting direct investigation. From July 20th of 2016 to September 20th of 2016 (approximately 60 days), the survey was collected. Out of 540 surveys, 520 were collected. And excepting 9 surveys which were untrustworthily conducted, total 511 surveys were used for the analysis. Results - First, as a result of the impact of which factor of a restaurant founder's startup education has a positive impact on transfer effect in learning (the satisfaction of startup education and learning transfer), law education, entrepreneurship education and business district analysis education and practical education have turned out be positively related variables. Secondly, as a result of the impact of a restaurant founder's startup education satisfaction on transfer in learning, it has been identified that startup education has a positive impact. Lastly, by conducting an analysis to find out which factor from a restaurant founder's transfer effect in learning has an impact on entrepreneurial intention, all variables, including startup education satisfaction and transfer effect in learning, are positively influencing factors. Conclusions - as startup education satisfaction of a restaurant founder is increasing, there is a higher level of transfer effect in learning. Moreover, as transfer effect of startup business is getting higher, it has an impact on entrepreneurial intention.

This research aims to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the history of private education in Korea. By delving into the historical aspects of private education, this study aims to uncover key developments, trends, and transformations that have shaped the private education landscape in Korea. By understanding the historical trajectory of private education in Korea, educational practitioners can gain a deeper understanding of the challenges, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement within the private education industry. The literature analysis has shown that there are four significant historical events for developing private education industry in South Korea. First, Japanese colonial period and its Impact on private education in Korea background and context. Second, education reforms in the 1960s and the rise of hagwons in Korea background and context. Third, the role and impact of private education on the Korean education system. Fourth, Education reforms in the 21st Century and the regulation of private education background and context. In sum, this research provides a comprehensive evaluation of the history of private education in Korea, examining four key historical events and their impact on the private education landscape. The findings reveal important insights into private education's development, role, and impact in Korea.

This study presents a machine learning program designed to identify impactful papers in the field of mathematics education. To achieve this objective, we examined the impact of papers from a scientific econometrics perspective, developed a mathematics education research network, and defined the impact of mathematics education research using PageRank, a network centrality index. We developed a machine learning model to determine the impact of mathematics education research and identified the journals with the highest percentage of impactful articles to be the Journal for Research in Mathematics Education (25.66%), Educational Studies in Mathematics (22.12%), Zentralblatt für Didaktik der Mathematik (8.46%), Journal of Mathematics Teacher Education (5.8%), and Journal of Mathematical Behaviour (5.51%). The results of the machine learning program were similar to the findings of previous studies that were read and evaluated qualitatively by experts in mathematics education. Significantly, the AI-assisted impact evaluation of mathematics education research, which typically requires significant human resources and time, was carried out efficiently in this study.

This paper deals with studying strategy about impact of deep learning (DL) on the factor of Korean economic growth. To study classification of impact factors of Korean economic growth, we suggest dynamic equation of microeconomy and study methods on economic growth impact of deep learning. Next step is to suggest DL model to dynamic equation with Korean economy data with growth related factors to classify what factor is import and dominant factors to build policy and education. DL gives an influence in many areas because it can be implemented with ease as just normal editing works and speak including code development by using huge data. Currently, young generations will take a big impact on their job selection because generative AI can do well as much as humans can do it everywhere. Therefore, policy and education methods should be rearranged as new paradigm. However, government and officers do not understand well how it is serious in policy and education. This paper provides method of policy and education for AI education including generative AI through analysing many papers and reports, and experience.

The purpose of this study was to identify the structural causation between the service quality of lifelong education, city brand equity, and intention to reuse. For this study, the case of lifelong education in Osan, wherein local governments are leading efforts to promote lifelong education, was selected as the subject. A structured offline survey as well as an online survey were conducted to collect data from citizens of Osan who participated in lifelong education at least once. The results show that lifelong education service quality and city brand equity have a significant positive impact on intention to reuse, and that service quality has a significant positive impact on intention to reuse through city brand equity. The significance of this study lies in the revelation of the mediating impact of city brand equity, in the relationship between the service quality of lifelong education and individuals' intention to reuse lifelong education. This study also contributes establishing lifelong education service policies to increase the intention to reuse lifelong education.

A novel flat steel plate-concrete-corrugated steel plate (FS-C-CS) sandwich panel was proposed for resisting impact load. The failure mode, impact force and displacement response of the FS-C-CS panel under impact loading were studied via drop-weight impact tests. The combined global flexure and local indentation deformation mode of the FS-C-CS panel was observed, and three stages of impact process were identified. Moreover, the effects of corrugated plate height and steel plate thickness on the impact responses of the FS-C-CS panels were quantitatively analysed, and the impact resistant performance of the FS-C-CS panel was found to be generally improved on increasing corrugated plate height and thickness in terms of smaller deformation as well as larger impact force and post-peak mean force. The Finite Element (FE) model of the FS-C-CS panel under impact loading was established to predict its dynamic response and further reveal its failure mode and impact energy dissipation mechanism. The numerical results indicated that the concrete core and corrugated steel plate dissipated the majority of impact energy. In addition, employing end plates and high strength bolts as shear connectors could prevent the slip between steel plates and concrete core and assure the full composite action of the FS-C-CS panel.

Generative AI has arrived and it's here. Education, research, industry, and labor are all on edge about the changes it will bring. It is noteworthy that while there is a wide range of optimistic and pessimistic predictions about the impact of generative AI, there is more concern than hope when it comes to education. This paper focuses on the lack of discussion on the impact of AI in higher education. First, we reviewed the process of the emergence of generative AI and introduced how the impact of AI is being understood from various perspectives. Second, we classified work areas based on expertise and efficiency and analyzed the impact of AI on work in each area. Finally, the study found that the educational perception of generative AI and the way it is perceived for engineering education purposes can be very different. It also argued that there is a lack of active discussion and debate on areas that need to be specifically discussed around generative AI. This has led to a phenomenon known as professors' delayed indifference. We emphasized that it is time for a serious and realistic discussion on the connection and integration of AI and education.

The purpose of this research is to examine the impact between the export education of SMEs in Busan Region and export possibility. 62 SMEs in Busan Region were participated in survey. For the empirical analysis, Logistic regression analysis was used with Spss12 to analyze the impact between the involvement on export education and SME's export possibility. In a result, among 3 variables (support, participancy, importance) of involvement on export education, the importance had the influence significantly on export possibility of SMEs. The results indicated that having the intention about the importance of export education is very notable, and implied that it is necessary to develop the education program emphasizing the importance of export education for SMEs' successful export.

Objectives : The aim of the study was to identify the need of oral health education and prevention? for over 65 years elderly. Methods : his study was to identify the need of oral health management and oral health impact profile among elderly over 65 years. 200 elderly participated in the study, lived in KungBuk and KungNam areas, visited Senior welfare center, from 1st September to 30st December 2008. Results : 1. This majority of respondents are female(74.0%), 75-79 years(29.5%), none education(42.5%), living alone(45.5%), income from children(46.0%), and health insurance(65.5%). 2. In the need of oral health management category, the need of dental treatment are professional toothbrushing, gum treatment, treatment for dental caries, treatment for xerostomia. In the need of prevention and education, the majority participants are 'required'. In oral health impact profile category, the majority participants are 'feel no difficulty during speaking(59.0%)', and 'feel no difficulty during tasting(47.0%)'. In the category, the positive answers are more than negative answers. 3. According to general characteristic with the need of oral health management, famle, obviously income, high level of life are significantly different in the need of prevention and education category. Obviously income is significantly different in the need of dental treatment category. According to general characteristic with the oral health impact profile, getting older, high education are significantly different in disadvantage category. In the case of no spouse, anxiety, physical difficulty, mental difficulty and disadvantage are high score in oral health impact profile. In the case of living alone, pain, anxiety, and disadvantage are high score in oral health impact profile. In the case of no income, limitation of function, pain, anxiety, mental difficulty and disadvantage are high score in oral health impact profile. In the case of no health insurance, anxiety, physical difficulty mental difficulty and lack of sociality are high score in oral health impact profile. 4. The oral health impact profile are positive correlation with the need of dental treatment and the need of prevention education. The effect of oral health impact profile are significantly different with spouse, average of income, the need of prevention education. Conclusions : In Conclusion, the need of prevention education and dental treatment for individual oral health promotion are related with general life condition and life level. Also these are influence of quality of life relate with oral health. These findings are require of development of oral health services program and system from bottom to top.
