경호.경비업체 서비스 지향성이 조직 유효성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Service Orientation on the Organizational Effectiveness in Security)

  • 이 연구는 경호 경비업체 종사자의 서비스 지향성이 조직 유효성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명함으로써 내부마케팅 전략 차원에서 활용할 수 있는 유용한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 의미를 두고 있다. 연구대상은 서울 경기 지역 경호 경비업체 종사자를 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 234명을 표집하였다. 이러한 연구방법 및 자료 분석 결과를 기초로 하여 이 연구에서 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인적 특성에 따른 서비스 지향성의 하위요인인 서비스 리더십은 성, 연령에서, 서비스접점은 연령, 교육수준, 월수입에서, 서비스 시스템은 성, 연령, 월수입에서, 인적자원관리는 성, 연령, 교육수준, 월수입에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 개인적 특성에 따른 조직유효성의 하위요인인 직무만족은 연령, 교육수준, 월수입에서, 조직몰입은 성, 연령, 교욱수준, 월수입에서 유의한 차이가 났다. 셋째, 서비스 지향성과 조직유효성의 회귀분석 결과 서비스 지향성의 하위요인인 서비스 리더십, 서비스 시스템, 서비스 접점에서 직무만족에, 서비스 시스템, 인적자원관리에서 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 실증분석 결과는 서비스 지향성 및 조직 유효성과 관련하여 중요한 사실을 제공하고 있다. 조직의 리더십, 서비스 접점관리, 서비스시스템, 인적자원관리와 같은 서비스 지향성의 요소들의 중요성이 부각되고 고객만족이나 서비스 품질을 높이기 위한 종사자의 조직 유효성의 중요성이 확인되었다. 따라서 서비스 기업 종사자의 직무 만족이나 조직몰입을 높이고 나아가 서비스 품질의 향상과 고객의 만족 등 경쟁력 확보를 위해 서비스 지향성이 매우 중요함을 인식하고 이를 향상시키는데 노력해야 할 것이다.

임상실습 지도자의 부담감과 교수 효율성과의 관계 (A Relationship between Burden of Clinical Nursing Instructor and Teaching Effectiveness)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the correlation between burden and teaching effectiveness on clinical nursing practice. The subjects were collected 135 clinical nurses who have taught nursing students and worked at hospitals which have over 400 beds in Seoul, Inchon, and Kyoung-gi Do. The instruments used in this study were : the burden on clinical nursing education was measured by Montgomery (1985) developed and visual analogue scale, and effectiveness of clinical instruction was measured by Reeve (1994) developed. The results of this study were as follows. 1) Seeing that the general characteristics of participants : average ages we 32.8 years old, 29.6% of them have Catholics in religions. 75.6% of them were graduated from 3-year nursing college. 20.7% of nurses are working at the surgery ward and I.C.U in each. Clinical nursing career is average 10.03 years, clinical instructional career is 5.22 years, and clinical teaching time is 5.26 hours in a day. Contents of clinical teaching were composed of basic nursing skills 80.7%, orientation 78.5%, inspection(making rounds) 71.9%. 2) The mean score of the burden on clinical nursing instructor was 2.42 by Montgomery's scale and 4.69 by the visual analogue scale. Theses scores represented that subjects were not affected burden highly. The mean score of leaching effectiveness on clinical nursing education was 3.47 and the almost items were found to have higher level. 3) There is no statistically significant differences in the burden according to general characteristics. And the teaching effective ness on clinical nursing education according to general characteristics regarding the age, job position, clinical career and clinical educational time were shown statistically significant differences. 4) There is a negative correlation between the burden and teachin effectiveness on clinical nursing education with a correlation efficient(r=-0.396, p<0.01). Further study is recommended to explore the meaning of burden experiences of clinical instructor deeply and to identify the correlation between the burden of clinical instructor and teaching effectiveness as the job position, and to analysis differences in teaching effectiveness as subcategories.

글로벌 Start-up 교육 프로그램 체험의 효과성 분석 (The Effectiveness of Global Start-up Education Program Experience)

  • 본 연구는 글로벌 start-up 교육 프로그램 체험의 효과성을 분석하기 위한 목적으로, K대학교 글로벌 교육 프로그램 중 프랑스 'Eklya Global Entrepreneurship Camp'에 선발된 10명을 대상으로 사전-사후 질문지 그리고 FGI 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 학생들은 프랑스 현지 교육 프로그램에 3주간 참여하였으며, 본 연구를 위해 회수된 설문은 SPSS(24.0)와 FGI를 통해 분석되었다. 분석결과, 첫째, 글로벌 start-up 교육 프로그램 체험 사전-사후 평균점수를 비교한 결과, 3.1점의 차이는 프로그램이 학생들의 창업에 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 프로그램 참여 후 실시한 FGI인터뷰에서 자신의 글로벌 창업에 대해 구체적 계획 수립, Finance 체계적 교육, 창업에 대한 자신감 향상, 토론형 교육 등이 참여 학생들의 창업에 영향을 미친 것으로 그 효과성이 나타났다. 향후 창업교육을 시행하고 있는 타대학교의 참여 대학생들을 대상으로 한 비교분석을 위한 기초자료가 되기를 바란다.

사이버가정학습 효과성에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Effectiveness of the Cyber Home Learning System)

  • 최근 교육현장에서는 사교육비 절감과 소외계층에 대한 교육복지 효과를 위해 교육 정책적으로 사이버가정학습을 전국적으로 실시하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 현재 시행되고 있는 사이버가정학습의 효과성을 검토하기 위하여 OO시 교육청 산하의 초, 중등학교의 학생, 사이버교사를 상대로 온라인 설문을 실시하여 그 효과성을 검증하였다. 연구 결과 현재 시행되고 있는 사이버가정학습에 대해 전반적인 만족도와 효과성은 높은 것으로 들어났으며 보다 효과적인 사이버가정학습이 되기 위해서는 단위학교 학습을 확대 실시할 필요가 있으며, 교사 연수 강화와 사이버교사에 대한 인센티브 강화, 사이버가정학습에 대한 홍보 강화, 다양한 교육정보 및 콘텐츠 제공이 필요하고 커뮤니티, 쪽지, 채팅 등의 다양한 활동이 강화될 필요가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 보다 효과적인 사이버가정학습이 정착되도록 하는데 작은 밑거름이 되기를 기대한다.

Empirical Analysis of Learning Effectiveness in u-Learning Environment with Digital Textbook

  • The purpose of this study is to present innovative approaches for u-Learning environment in public education with Digital Textbook. The Korean Government has been making efforts to introduce the u-Learning environment to maximize the learning effect in public education with Digital Textbook. However, there are only a few studies that analyze the effectiveness of u-Learning environment and Digital Textbook. This paper reviews the current status of u-Learning environment in Korea and analyzes the satisfaction level with Digital Textbooks. The first survey regarding technological factors was collected from 197 students. The results of the survey revealed that the level of satisfaction has declined over a year. The weakness of the study is that the sample frame is insufficient and survey questions did not reflect diverse factors of learning effectiveness. To supplement these shortcomings, 2,226 students were asked about learning performance. The results of the survey showed that the satisfaction with Digital Textbooks is much higher than that of paper textbooks. However, this paper is limited to u-Learning environments in public education. Therefore, research needs to be improved by reflecting both public and private sectors of education in following studies. This paper suggests useful guidelines to educators in improving their u-Learning environment.

종합병원 근무자의 근로생활의 질과 조직유효성과의 관련성 (Relationship between Quality of Working Life and Organizational Effectiveness of Employees at the General Hospital)

  • Objectives: Quality of Working Life(QWL) is a set of employee's physical, mental conditions which are perceived at their work. Most employees and managers are concerned about the quality of working life as a strategy for improving organizational effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between QWL and organizational effectiveness of employees at the general hospital. Methods : Data were collected by self-administered questionnaires at the general hospital in Kyunggi-Do. Survey was conducted to 675 workers. QWL was measured by using 5 items from the scale developed by Walton(1973). Organizational effectiveness was measured by measuring organizational commitment, intention of job-shift, and job satisfaction. Results: The recognitions to each component of QWL were significantly different by socio-demographic characteristics such as sex, age, education levels and working duration. Also, QWL were significantly different by types of organizational culture. Multiple regression analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis were applied to find the relationship of QWL and organizational effectiveness. As a result, job-pride, compensation, working condition, human relationship and development showed significant relationship with organizational effectiveness. Conclusions: These results show that QWL is significantly related to organizational effectiveness. So we expect that this result will be used as basic informations for management and motivation of employees at the general hospital.

간호교육에서의 몰입형 가상현실과 증강현실의 효과: 체계적 문헌고찰과 메타분석 (The effectiveness of nursing education using immersive virtual reality or augmented reality: Systematic review and meta-analysis)

  • Purpose: This study aims to comprehensively assess the characteristics and effectiveness of immersive virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) in nursing education among nursing students and nurses. Methods: A thorough search was conducted in seven databases (PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, RISS, KMbase, and KoreaMed) for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) published in English or Korean before February 20, 2024. The quality of the included RCTs was assessed using the revised Cochrane Risk of Bias tool for randomized trials. A random-effects model was applied for the meta-analysis using Review Manager 5.4. Results: Out of the 15,840 studies extracted, ten were selected. Of those ten, the majority (six, 60%) were conducted on education dealing with specific nursing situations. In addition to the use of immersive VR or AR during nursing education, lectures, debriefing, and discussion processes were applied together, and device usage orientation was also provided. The meta-analyses showed that immersive VR or AR in nursing education significantly improved knowledge (standardized mean difference, SMD=2.64; 95% confidence interval, 95% CI=1.10~4.17) and skills (SMD=0.58, 95% CI=0.02~1.15). Conclusion: Immersive VR or AR in nursing education can effectively enhance knowledge and skills. However, for their development and implementation, various factors should be considered, and these findings are expected to provide valuable evidence regarding that concern.

기관내 튜브삽관 후 커프 압력에 대한 교육 효과 (Effectiveness of education regarding cuff pressure after endotracheal intubation)

  • Purpose: This study investigated the effectiveness of education regarding cuff pressure following endotracheal tube intubation using a quasi-experimental design with a pre- and posttest non-equivalent control group. Methods: A total of 78 students from two universities participated in an education intervention on the importance of cuff pressure after endotracheal tube intubation between October and December, 2016. The intervention lasted 40 minutes. Data were collected from each student before the intervention and one week following the intervention. Analyses were conducted using chi-square tests, Fisher's exact tests, and analysis of covariance. Results: A total of 38 students were assigned to the experimental group and 40 to the control group. The educational intervention of cuff pressure following endotracheal tube intubation was associated with prevention of possible complications from excessive cuff pressure (F=121.02, p<.001). Conclusion: Training with a pressure gauge and an intubation manikin is necessary to determine the appropriate cuff pressure in the intubation protocol of the practical examination in the emergency medical technology.

A Study on Activity in Reading of Men in terms of Brain Science

  • This study attempts to seek a solution, in terms of brain science, to stimulate reading activities of men to whom no attention has been given from the field of reading. In order to do so, brain pattern, reading tendency, reading preference, reading effectiveness and influence of reading were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, first, it showed that respondents' characteristics did not affect brain patterns, but school and social influences on reading were found to affect brain patterns. Second, reading propensity according to gender was observed to be different in terms of personal health, personal self - esteem, and cultural artistry. On the other hand, reading effectiveness was found to be different in terms of reading engagement and the willingness to continue reading whereas reading propensity according to the brain pattern was different in books related to humor and family matters. Third, reading satisfaction, reading engagement and willingness to continue reading all were observed to affect the reading activities of men. Suggesting measures to stimulate reading activities of men based on such findings, first, implementing dynamic reading education programs and finding reading models for men are needed. Second, when selecting books for reading program operations, books should be recommended according to gender rather than being selected en bloc by libraries. Third, since reading education at home shows high influences on both male and male-type brain pattern, the starting point of reading education should be made at homes. In particular, fathers, who can become a role model for men, need a reading role model, and reading education programs for fathers are also required.

일학습병행 공동훈련센터 전담자 교육훈련 효과성 분석 연구 (Performance Evaluation on Educational Program for Employees of the Work-Learning Dual System Training Center)

  • 본 연구는 일학습병행 사업관계자 직무연수 참여자 2,543명의 교육훈련 만족도 조사 결과를 활용하여 일학습병행 공동훈련센터 전담자를 주 대상으로 한 교육훈련의 성과분석을 진행하고, 교육과정 효과성 제고를 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. 연구 결과 일학습병행 공동훈련센터 전담자 교육훈련은 매우 높은 수준의 학습자 만족도를 나타내 성공적인 교육훈련을 제공한 것으로 평가되었다. 교육과정 운영 현황 및 교육 참여자 특성은 학습자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 강사·주제·시설환경·운영 측면의 만족은 모두 교육과정 만족에 유의한 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
