국제수로기구(IHO: International Hydrographic Organization)는 전자 해도의 불법 복사와 사용을 방지하기 위해 전자해도 보안 표준(IHO Data Protection Scheme, Edition 1.1.1 - April 2012, IHO Publication S-63)을 제정한 바 있으며, 국제적으로는 보안체계가 적용된 암호화된 전자 해도가 공급되고 있다. 국립해양조사원에서 국내 사용을 위해 공급하는 전자 해도에는 보안 표준을 적용하지 않다가 2014년부터 전자 해도의 비 항해 목적으로의 사용을 방지하기 위해 보안 표준 적용과 함께 비 항해용 해도 정보를 제공하고 있다. 따라서 전자해도 시스템 관점에서 전자 해도를 사용하기 위해서는 전자해도 보안 표준에 대한 높은 지식이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전자해도 보안 표준과 체계를 분석하고, 표준에서 제공하는 전자해도 보안 표준 테스트 데이터를 전자해도 시스템 관점에서 시험하였다. 이를 통해 보안 모듈과 전자해도 시스템과의 관계를 소프트웨어 구조 관점에서 제시하고 표준을 적용할 때 필요로 하는 표준 접근 절차와 방법을 연구결과로 제시 하였다.

Today multimedia technologies are playing an increasingly important role in games, movies, and live performances. In this paper, we design a flexible interactive system integrated with gesture recognition, skeleton tracking, internet communication, and content edition using multi-sensors to direct and control the performance on stage. In this system, the performer can control the elements showed on stage through corresponding gestures and body movements during the performance. The system provides an easier way for users to change the content of the performance if they intent to do.

EJB(Enterprise Java Beans)는 웹 응용 서버 스펙인 J2EE(Java2 Enterprise Edition)의 핵심으로서, 비즈니스 업무를 웹 환경에서 컴포넌트 형태로 작성하여 재 사용성을 높이기 위한 서버 측 컴포넌트 프로그래밍 모델이다. EJB 2.1에서는 기존 EJB 2.0에 기술된 기능 이외에 웹 서비스, 타이머 서비스, EJB QL 업그레이드 등의 기능을 추가하였다. 타이머 서비스는 지정된 시간마다 EJB 빈의 특정 함수를 호출하는 기능이다. 또한, 타이머 서비스는 트랜잭션과 연관된 경우 해당 트랜잭션 컨텍스트(context) 내에서 타이머의 롤백(rollback)을 지원해야 하며, 시스템의 고장 후 재시작 시에 기존 타이머의 복구 기능을 지원해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 EJB 스펙 2.1에서 제시한 타이머 서비스의 요구 사항에 대해 알아보고, ETRI 에서 개발한 E504 EJB 서버에서 타이머 서비스를 구현한 방법에 대해 논의한다.

In Korea-U.S.A. FTA Negotiation, U.S.A. request to eliminate barriers of tariffs and non-tariff in trade of cosmetics. Korea applies tariffs of 8% on most cosmetics and personal care products. There are some non-tariffs barriers in cosmetics trade between Korea and U.S.A., for example, transparency on restriction and regulatory, cosmeceuticals, import clearance review, quality control testing, ingredient labelling. Tariffs of 8% on most cosmetics should be eliminated, a proviso of complementary measures on sanitation of Korean people about imported cosmetics. This is a meaning of reformation of prior management(tariffs) by strong ex post management in cosmetics trade. It is important that Korea should construct system of ex post management, for instance, construction of data base on manufacturer, importer, bland name of cosmetics and all ingredients of cosmetics. This is concerned with labelling of cosmetics and cosmeceutical and publication of Korean edition of INCI(International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredient).

동물학의 발전에 따라 동물의 학명을 쓰는데 혼란을 방지하고자 국제동물명명규약(이하 규약)의 제정을 시도한 것은 19세기가 끝날 무렵이었으며, 1905년에 유럽의 동물학자들은 국제동물명명규약인 를 출판했다. 이 규약은 미비한 점을 크게 개정하여 1961년에 를 출간했다. 이 규약을 약간 수정하여 제2판을 1964년에, 1985년에는 제2판을 대폭으로 개정하여 제3판을, 현재는 1999년 여름에 국제동물명명심의회(International Commission on Zoological Nomenclature)에서 출간한 제4판, 에 따라 동물의 학명을 다룬다.

Anxiety disorders Anxiety disorders are among the most prevalent mental disorders in the general population. Anxiety disorders can be viewed as a family of related but distinct mental disorders, which include following as classified in the text revision of fourth edition of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual Disorders(DSM-IV-TR): (1) panic disorder with or without agoraphobia; (2) agoraphobia with or without panic disorder; (3) specific phobia; (4) social phobia; (5) obsessive-compulsive disorder; (6) posttraumatic stress disorder; (7) acute stress disorder; (8) generalized anxiety disorder. An acute intense attack of anxiety accompanied by feeling of impending doom is known as panic disorder. The term phobia refer to an excessive fear of a specific object, circumstance, or situation. Obsessivecompulsive disorder is represented by a diverse group of symptoms that include intrusive thoughts, rituals, preoccupations, and compulsions. Posttraumatic stress disorder is a condition marked by development of symptoms after exposure to traumatic life events. Generalized anxiety disorder is defined as excessive anxiety and worry about several events or activities for most days during at least a 6-month period.

This work focuses on the general decay stability of nonlinear stochastic differential equations with unbounded delay. A Razumikhin-type theorem is first established to obtain the moment stability but without almost sure stability. Then an improved edition is presented to derive not only the moment stability but also the almost sure stability, while existing Razumikhin-type theorems aim at only the moment stability. By virtue of the $M$-matrix techniques, we further develop the aforementioned Razumikhin-type theorems to be easily implementable. Two examples are given for illustration.

UMLS(2003AA edition 기준)의 메타시소러스는 다국어를 지원하며 875.233개의 개 (concept)과 2,146,897개의 개념명(concept name)을 포함한다. 현재 UMLS 메타시소러스 검색을 제공하는 PubMed나 NLM에서는 UMLS에서는 개념명에 존재하지 않는 잘못된 질의나, 잘못된 구문 또는 개념명의 일부를 이용한 검색이 불가능하다. 이는 사용자가 UMLS에서 정보를 얻기 위해서는 정확한 의학용어를 숙지해야 되며. UMLS 메타시소러스의 데이터가 잘못 되었을 경우 정보를 얻을 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 보완하기 위해서 자연어처리에서 연구되고 있는 문자열 간의 유사도 측정방식을 적용하여 잘못된 질의어에 대한 자동수정 기능을 이용한 메타시소러스 검색방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법에서는 질의어를 자동수정하기 위하여 철자사전을 자동으로 추출하고 문자열 비교알고리즘을 도입하여 질의어와 철자사전간의 용어의 유사도를 측정한다. 유사도에 의하여 얻어진 용어를 메타시소러스의 형식에 맞게 변환하여 질의에 대한 최적의 결과를 얻을 수 있도록 한다. 제안된 방법의 성능을 평가하기 위해서 최근(2003년 8월) bi-gram 방식을 도입한 NLM에서의 시스템과 비교 평가한다.

Incoterms are standard trade terms most commonly used in international sales contracts. ICC have updated six times to keep pace with current international trade practices. Amendments and additions were made in 1953,1967,1976,1980,1990 and presently in 2000. ICC is currently revising Incoterms 2000. The new edition, Incoterms 2010, is expected to enter into force on 1 January 2011. In this paper, I reviewed the present conditions of trade terms and the problems of Incoterms 2000 in our country. I hope this paper to contribute to revising works of Incoterms by reference of above mentioned contents, that is to say, ship's rail, expansion of seller's risk liability of FOB,CFR,CIF.

IMO의 해양오명 방지협약(MARPOL 73/78)에 의하면 선박 배기가스에 포함된 질소산화물(NOx)과 황산화물(SOx)의 배출 제한을 강화한 IMO Tier III 기준이 2010년에 발효되어 2016년부터 신조선에 적용되며, NOx는 85% 이상 저감할 것을 요구하고 있다. 국제적으로 적용되는 선박배출가스 기준을 국내에 적용하고, 검증하기 위해서는 이를 시험할 수 있는 시험/검증 절차와 방법을 개발하는 것 또한 시급한 문제이다. 선진국들은 이미 오염물질 배출 저감 장비를 채택하고 대기 중 오염물질 측정 장치 도입을 추구하는 추세이며, 친환경 선박 기자재 개발로 차세대 녹색선박기술 선점을 주력하고 있다. 대한전기협회에서는 독일 VGB사의 "VGB-R 302 He 1998 $2^{nd}$ Revised edition" 2010년 판을 참고하여 발전소에 대한 SCR 시스템의 성능시험 및 진단 권장지침을 만들어 이용하고 있지만, 선박 SCR 시스템에 대한 내용은 정해진 바 없으며, 이를 개발하는 것 또한 중요하다.
