This paper reviews updated criteria for a project management body of knowledge(PMBOK) : 2004. The updated PMBOK model is generally recognized as good practice. Specific criteria are suggested for a project management body of knowledge.

우리조합에서는 2006년 7월부터 골판지용 옥수수전분을 양허관세로 할당을 받아 우리는 골판지포장업계에 수입추천을 해오고 있으며, 이에 수입 옥수수 전분을 사용하면서 발생될 수 있는 문제점을 해결 할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 2001년 부터 TAPPI Press에서 출간한 골판지 접착제 조제공정(Corrugated Adhesives Preperation 5th edition)을 KT&G 중앙연구원 성용주 박사가 번역하여 제공할 예정입니다.

Korea, China and Japan have developed individually their own official compendia for crude drugs to tune with the times. Recent globalization has enlarged trade volume among these countries, and so the necessity for new quality standards has increased. This study was accomplished to offer basic data and appropriate suggestions to rebuilding standard principles for quality control of crude drugs in Korean official compendia. For this, seven standard items related to quality control in official compendia of these countries were compared. The items were identification, loss on drying, total ash, acid-insoluble ash, extract content, essential oil content and assay. The official compendia of three countries were the Korean Pharmacopoeia Eleventh Edition, the Korean Herbal Pharmacopoeia 2015, Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 and Japanese Pharmacopoeia Seventeenth Edition. Based on this basic research, new principles for each standard of crude drugs were suggested.

The IMO has established a regulation for the ECDIS installation on ships based on the IHO S-57 standards. The ECDIS supports sailors in achieving a safe voyage by using ENCs and monitoring the information of their ship. However, the S-57 standards were developed as edition 3.1 and prohibited revision for more than 20 years. So, the IHO developed a new standard as S-100 into the hydrography and maritime field instead of updating the S-57 to edition 4.0. In this study, the new S-100 ECDIS was developed and verified with ENCs and the digital maritime safety information by using a ship steering simulator and by conducting an on-board sea-trial test. It evaluated the impact on ship operations if the next-generation navigation support system is introduced. Based on this research, the S-100 ECDIS will generate improvements such as safe voyages by providing various of real-time safety information and up-to-date data to ship and sailors.

XML을 이용한 사용자 인터페이스(UI : User Interface)명세에 관한 연구로 다양한 UI 명세언어(UIDL : User Interface Description Language)들이 등장하였다. 기존의 UIDL들은 웹과 데스크톱 어플리케이션의 UI 명세를 지원하지만, 모바일 어플리케이션을 위한 명세는 지원하지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 자바의 모바일 플랫폼인 J2ME(Java Platform, Micro Edition)의 응용 모델인 MIDlet UI 명세를 위한 MIML(Midlet Interface Markup Language)을 제안한다. 제안한 MIML로부터 MIDlet의 UI와 관련된 자바 코드를 자동으로 생성하기 위한 규칙을 제안하고, 이를 이용하여 MIML을 자동으로 자바코드로 만들어주는 J2MERenderer를 구현하였다. 제안한 MIML은 모바일 UI 명세의 효율성을 제공하고, J2MERenderer는 모바일 어플리케이션의 UI 개발에 생산성과 일관성을 유지하도록 도와준다.

Background: It has been some controversy about the interpretation of the sentence including 'Youngin Eunhyung' that was listed in the classic, Dongeui bogam (first published 1610). The purpose of this study is to demonstrate another assumption to interpretate the meaning of 'Youngin Eunhyung' in the sentence. Methods and Results: It was identified that the quotation of the original text of the sentence. The original text was Zhenglei bencao (Categorized Pharmacopoeia) (First edition in 1082) by Tang Shenwei and Shiliao bencao (Pharmacopoeia for Healing through Nutrition). (First edition in 721-739) by Meng Shen. It was found that there were the missing of five chinese characters in the sentence of Dongeui bogam, that it meant that 'to get rid of the watery pus in the anterior chamber of eyeball'. So, I understand that the meaning of the sentence is related with one of the ophthalmologic disease. All the evidence supports this assumption, including the mystery of another sentence of the 'blue dog'. Conclusions: It is concluded that the treatment using in Dongeui bogam that means to alleviate the symptom of obstruction or indistinction of the vision field was caused by hypopyon. However, further scientific research is warranted to provide to support this opinion.

이 논문은 리얼리티 쇼 프로그램인 '슈퍼스타 K'가 시청자들에게 인기를 끈 요인이 무엇인지를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 '슈퍼스타 K'를 시청한 시청자를 대상으로 두 차례에 걸쳐 심층인터뷰를 실시하여 재미요인을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, '슈퍼스타 K'는 프로그램 기획단계에서부터 편집과 송출에 이르기까지 다양한 재미요소를 치밀하게 계획하여 제공함으로써 시청자들에게 재미를 불러 일으켰다. 특히 프로그램의 '편성', '구성', '편집', '진행방식', '소구요소'에서 다른 프로그램에서는 볼 수 없는 치밀한 전략을 통해 시청자에게 재미를 준 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 리얼리티 쇼 프로그램이 시청자에게 인기를 끌기 위해서는 프로그램 자체의 재미요인을 고려하는 것도 중요하지만 방송제작과 방영과정에서 다양한 장치와 전략이 필요하다는 사실을 알 수 있었다.

In patients with a language developmental delay, it is necessary to make a differential diagnosis for autism spectrum disorders (ASDs), specific language impairment, and mental retardation. It is important that pediatricians recognize the signs and symptoms of ASDs, as many patients with language developmental delays are ultimately diagnosed with ASDs. Pediatricians play an important role in the early recognition of ASDs, because they are usually the first point of contact for children with ASDs. A revision of the diagnostic criteria of ASDs was proposed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, fifth edition (DSM-5) that was released in May 2013. The autism spectrum describes a range of conditions classified as neurodevelopmental disorders in the fifth edition of the DSM. The new diagnostic criteria encompasses previous elements from the diagnosis of autistic disorder, Asperger disorder, childhood disintegrative disorder, and pervasive developmental disorder-not otherwise specified. An additional change to the DSM includes synthesizing the section on social and communication deficits into one domain. In ASD patients, the appropriate behavioral therapies and rehabilitation treatments significantly affect the prognosis. Therefore, this makes early diagnosis and treatment very important. In conclusion, pediatricians need to be able to recognize the signs and symptoms of ASDs and be attentive to them in order to make an early diagnosis and provide treatment.

이 연구는 특정 주제 분야를 사회학적 관련 이론 및 기법을 적용하여 고찰하고 있는 문헌의 분류를 효율적으로 수행하기 위해 국내에서 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 한국십진분류법(KDC)과 듀이십진분류법(DDC)의 특수사회학 분류항목들을 비교분석 하였다 특히 특수사회학 관련 분류항목들을 종교, 예·체능, 과학, 언어, 사회, 지역 등 6개 분야로 구분하여 분석한 결과 분류항목 설정이 상이함으로 인한 문제점과 분류항목이 설정되지 않음으로 인한 문제점이 나타났다. 이를 토대로 이 연구에서는 특정주제의 이론 및 기법 적용에 일관성을 기하도록 하고 분류번호 부여를 위한 추가의 항목 전개 등 분류 실무자의 판단을 도와주는 한편 나아가 KDC의 제5판 개정에 일조하는 데 그 의의를 두었다.
