  • The popular edition of "Hwangjenaegyeong somun(黄帝内經 素問)" was established by Wangbing(王冰)'s revising and annexing notes in the Dang(唐) Period. He revised "Jeonwongibon(全元起本)" which became the edition we currently know widely. To know how "Somun(素問)" had been handed down from the Su(隋) Period to the Dang(唐) Period before the establishment of Wangbing(王冰) 's edition, we reviewed the citation of "Somun" in the four books: "Ohaengdaeui(五行大義)", "Jebyeongwonhuron(諸病源候論)", "Sagijeong-ui(史記正義)", and "Oedaebiyobang(外臺秘要方)". As a result, it has been discovered that even if the reference was written as "Hwangjesomun(黄帝素問)" or "Somun(素問)", they did not correspond with the currently established "Somun(素問)" in many cases. On the other hand, there were identical sentences to the current "Somun(素問)" among the cited parts; whereas "Yeolron(熱論)" and "Jahakron(刺瘧論)" were often cited in the medical books such as "Jebyeongwonhuron(諸病源候論)" and "Oedaebiyobang(外臺秘要方)", "Yeolron(熱論)" and "Jahakron(刺瘧論)" were often cited. Thus, we can suggest that the relevant content of "Somun(素問)" should be considered important in the period in question and further that the concept of disease symptom might have changed in those days.

  • This study was designed to define the efficacy of prescriptions of Taeeumin in Sasang constitutional medicine. The twenty four prescriptions registered in Donguisusebowon Sinchuk edition written by Je-ma Lee in 1901 are the targets of this paper. We searched and analyzed original text such as Donguisusebowon Sinchuk edition written in 1901, Donguisusebowon Gabo edition written in 1894, Donguisusebowon Sansang Chobongwon, and posthumous manuscripts left by Je-ma Lee published by the Ministry of Health of North Korea. The pathology of the Taeeumin is classified into four mechanisms those are Esophagus-Cold (Wiwanhan), Cold Lung-Dry (HanpaeJo), Liver-Heat (Ganyeol), and Heat Lung-Dry (YeolpaeJo). The prescriptions of Taeeumin regulate four mechanisms. Twenty four prescriptions of Taeeumin regulate the mechanisms of Wiwanhan, HanpaeJo, Ganyeol, YeolpaeJo and correct the energy-fluid pathology of Taeeumin.

  • The uncovered edition of the book ${\ulcorner}$Chandobangronmackkyulgipsung(纂圖方論脈訣集成)${\lrcorner}$ was found. The first edition of the book ${\ulcorner}$Chandobangronmackkyulgipsung${\lrcorner}$ may publish right after the year 1581. We decided to study the found book thoroughly, because any difference with the existing edition wasn't found when we glanced over it. Therefore, let's study differences of the books which are the same contents but revised at different period, the found one was revised before the war (Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592) and the existing one revised after the war. Two parts was considered for this studying. The first part is for studying differences of the books by bibliography, the second part is for studying differences of them by contents. The changes of the books between before and after the war (Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592) will be found by this studying and also we can guess how the book ${\ulcorner}$Chandobangronmackkyulgipsung${\lrcorner}$ was written. Hence, the published age and characteristics of the book will be verified. This studying is for proving that it was revised before the war ImJinWaeRan which was before the year 1612.

  • The International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC) 61000-4-15 is a standard proposing techniques for a flicker meter test and measurement method. The IEC61000-4-15 ed1 announced in 1997 was not include tests for accurate verification. Also it was not explained flicker meter algorithm that can be directly applied to the other power systems. But the new edition of IEC61000-4-15 ed2 prescribes a variety of tests for verify flicker meter algorithm and it explains 'correction factor' used for measuring flicker in other power systems. It can measure flicker severity in 220V system by multiplying correction factor to the measured values with the 230V algorithm. This paper compared the method of measuring flicker severity in korea power system using the correction factor and the modified weighting filter, after verifying of digital flicker meter algorithm created by using matlab based on IEC61000-4-15 ed2.
