오늘날 폰트를 디자인하는데 주로 사용되는 외곽선 방식은 글자의 크기를 손쉽게 변경할 수 있으나 글자의 굵기나 스타일을 변화시키려면 다시 수작업을 통해서 디자인을 변경해야 한다. 이를 보완하기 위한 프로그래머블 폰트인 메타폰트는 매개변수를 사용하여 글자의 변화가 매우 용이하다. 하지만 메타폰트는 프로그래밍 언어이므로 메타폰트에 대한 선행학습이 필요하여 폰트 디자이너에게 사용되지 않았다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 폰트 디자이너에게 익숙한 외곽선 방식에 편집기를 제공하면서 글자의 스타일에 대한 변화를 메타폰트에서 처리하여 다양한 폰트를 파생할 수 있는 한글 외곽선 폰트 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위하여 본 시스템에서는 외곽선 방식의 폰트를 제작할 수 있도록 하는 웹 외곽선 폰트 편집기를 구현하였으며 외곽선 방식의 폰트를 메타폰트로 변환하는 UFO2mf를 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 폰트 시스템은 기존 외곽선 방식의 스타일 변화에 대한 수고를 덜어줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Digitalized multimedia contents is changing active digital contents in form passed from manufacturer directly to consumer though digital network of high speed, also face with big problem that is protection of rights to protect digital contents, to protect those and effort to active digital contents process height. Also, in situation that require change to more efficient system, the efficiency of rights document that is basic intermediate to be used in business of digital contents field is emphasized. Therefore, the design of common business model to share contents that have same purpose without depending on specific system to offer contents with another system is required. This paper designed adaptable rights business model to general digital contents, and designed and implemented rights document editing system to editable document for Right management according to designed business model.

Development of internet had centered on that offer universality of expression. But, graphic processing of expression center has many inconveniences because of method that is not structural in World Wide Web. Announced SVG that is XML application to permit efficient expression and storage of vector graphic expression, share in W3C to supplement these things. Therefore, because using SVG document in this treatise, edit vector graphic through interface that could edit expressed graphic object directly structural edit and screen that is offered in graphic edit system form and designed SVG edit system to express. This system may use usefully to efficient XML graphics processing on the GIS system and Mobile service environment and so on.

This article proposes a POD system framework which creates templates by using the Web service environment with good accessibility, provides them so that users can easily edit them, and uses COM ports following Web standard capable of real-time printing with the same quality as edited files. The characteristic of framework proposed in this article is that it creates programs which users with basic skill in Internet use can learn and use relatively easily when compared with existing specialized editing programs and which allows users to print real-time such files as personally created by them in the same quality as on the screen, and thereby enhances accessibility thereof.

Self/non-self discrimination and unresponsiveness to self is the fundamental properties of the immune system. Self-tolerance is a state in which the individual is incapable of developing an immune response to an individual's own antigens and it underlies the ability to remain tolerant of individual's own tissue components. Several mechanisms have been postulated to explain the tolerant state. They can be broadly classified into two groups: central tolerance and peripheral tolerance. Several mechanisms exist, some of which are shared between T cells and B cells. In central tolerance, the recognition of self-antigen by lymphocytes in bone marrow or thymus during development is required, resulting in receptor editing (revision), clonal deletion, anergy or generation of regulatory T cells. Not all self-reactive B or T cells are centrally purged from the repertoire. Additional mechanisms of peripheral tolerance are required, such as anergy, suppression, deletion or clonal ignorance. Tolerance is antigen specific. Generating and maintaining the self-tolerance for T cells and B cells are complex. Failure of self-tolerance results in immune responses against self-antigens. Such reactions are called autoimmunity and may give rise to autoimmune diseases. Development of autoimmune disease is affected by properties of the genes of the individual and the environment, both infectious and non-infectious. The host's genes affect its susceptibility to autoimmunity and the environmental factors promote the activation of self-reactive lymphocytes, developing the autoimmunity. The changes in participating antigens (epitope spreading), cells, cytokines or other inflammatory mediators contribute to the progress from initial activation to a chronic state of autoimmune diseases.

In this study, Multi-Array Electrodes (MAE) and Programmable Multi-channel Electrical Stimulator (PMES) were implemented for firing Trigger Points (TPs) of the patient with Myofascial Pain Syndrome (MPS). MAE has 25 Ag/AgCl electrodes arranged in the form of array ($5{\times}5$) fabricated with flexible pad, which are applicable to be easy-attached to curved specific region of the human body. PMES consisted of 25 channels. Each channel was to generate various electric stimulus patterns (ESPs) by changing the mono-phasic or bi-phasic of ESP, On/Off duration of ESP, the interval between ESP, and amplitude of ESP. PMES hardware was composed of Host PC, Stimulation Pattern Editing Program (SPEP), and Multi-channel Electrical Stimulator (MES). Experiments were performed using MAE and PMES as the following. First experiment was performed to evaluate the function for each channel of Sub- Micro Controller Unit (SMCU) in MES. Second experiment was conducted on whether ESP applied from each channel of SMCU in PMES was focused to the electrode set to the ground, after applying ESP being output from each channel of SMCU in PMES to MAE.

The cadastral administration is centered around cadastral maps. It is increasing that demand of the public for effective administration and higher quality of service through the development of application program of cadastral maps maintenance. Geo-Spatial Information System which is based on the graphic database of Yuseong-ku, Daejon City and the attribute database about cadastral information has been developed for effective maintenance and use in the part of map editing, public land price management and multi-parcel based work. In this pi-lot study, pointing out difficulties of database implementation and many experiences in the development of application program will be used effectively for further expansion of the automation of the cadastral administration.

In the study of library history in our country, the history of the Koryo Dynasty is very important. The Pisosong, the first library to be operated by the government, was founded in 995 .A. D. Although research about the Pisosong indicated that it was located outside the palace the author felt that further investigation was needed. Might not the library be located inside the palace\ulcorner For this reason, this study examined 1) the historical background of the Pisosong, 2) changes in its structure and organization, 3) its organization and personnel, 4) its function and, 5) its relation to the Pigak and the Osowon. The findings of this study may be summarized as follows: 1) Pisosong was changed and reorganized 15 times by the end of the Koryo Dynasty. 2) Its functions were keeping official documents and books, buying, exchanging, publishing, editing, revising books, writing official documents for the king and, as a place to discuss ideas and sometimes to deliver lectures to the king. 3) Osowon was another institute which was equivalent in its function and role to the Pisosong. 4) The Pisosong was in all probability located inside the palace because there were very important books in it. It is assumed that its location should be a secure place. Also this would enable the library to be managed more conveniently. 5) The Pigak in the Koryo Dynasty must have been located inside the palace as the Piko in the Sung Dynasty in China was.

스마트폰과 스마트TV와 같은 다양한 콘텐츠 소비 단말들이 급속히 보급되는 최근의 IT환경에서는 콘텐츠 제작, 유통, 소비에 있어서 예전과는 다른 패러다임을 요구하게 되었다. 예를 들어 각기 다른 해상도, 연산량, 사용자환경 등의 다양한 조건들에 대한 고려가 중요한 문제로 부각되고 있다. 이를 해결하고자 단일 서비스 콘텐츠 패키지로 여러 단말들에게 적응적인 서비스를 제공하는 Scalable Application Description Language(SADL)에 기반한 스케일러블 어플리케이션 프레임워크가 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 스케일러블 어플리케이션 프레임워크에서 적응형 서비스 콘텐츠를 쉽게 생산하고 패키징 할 수 있도록 이클립스 공개소스 플랫폼 기반의 저작도구를 제안 및 개발하였다. 개발한 저작도구는 유지 보수 및 확장성을 고려하여 모델-뷰-컨트롤러에 기반한 Graphical Editing Framework(GEF)를 이용했다. 제안하는 저작도구는 다양한 운영체제에서 작동하며, 유지보수 및 확장성이 우수하다. 또한 서비스 콘텐츠 개발을 위해 이클립스 플랫폼이 지원하는 다양한 플러그인 도구들을 그대로 활용 가능하다는 장점을 갖는다. 뿐만 아니라 본 저작도구는 기능의 추가적인 확장을 통해 홈 내 가상화 장치들을 위한 응용 프로그램 제작에도 활용할 수 있다.

The current 3D CG animation pipe line, which is the production system, does not have an effective solution that all animation departments are able to start their jobs independently against other animation departments. It is generally acknowledged that we could not do animating task before the modeling and set-up task. This kind of process has caused loss of labour. We could expect lasting problems which is stopping marking animating process before the previous process done again in case of requiring editing the jobs which are modeling and set-up. We could solve these "bottleneck" situation with "master character" defined as standard, so that animate and retake the job independently against other departments. These new process could accelerate the animation pipe line system.
