  • Recently, general user is making a lots of contents but it's difficult what using professional video editing system. and also video editing system is consist of effect of contents so user can't make a video contents easily. Therefore, we construct a system and make a application that user can make a video oneself using each sample video elements in this paper. For the this one, we used the semantic property about each element and we also construct to story, the story is matching to low level data in video.

Germline Modification and Engineering in Avian Species

  • Production of genome-edited animals using germline-competent cells and genetic modification tools has provided opportunities for investigation of biological mechanisms in various organisms. The recently reported programmed genome editing technology that can induce gene modification at a target locus in an efficient and precise manner facilitates establishment of animal models. In this regard, the demand for genome-edited avian species, which are some of the most suitable model animals due to their unique embryonic development, has also increased. Furthermore, germline chimera production through longterm culture of chicken primordial germ cells (PGCs) has facilitated research on production of genome-edited chickens. Thus, use of avian germline modification is promising for development of novel avian models for research of disease control and various biological mechanisms. Here, we discuss recent progress in genome modification technology in avian species and its applications and future strategies.

  • Timing plays a key role in expressing the qualitative aspects of a character's motion; that is, conveying emotional state, personality, and character role, all potentially without changing spatial positions. Temporal editing of locomotion style is particularly difficult for a novice animator since observers are not well attuned to the sense of weight and energy displayed through motion timing; and the interface for adjusting timing is far less intuitive to use than that for adjusting pose. In this paper, we propose an editing system that effectively captures the timing variations in an example locomotion set and utilizes them for style transfer from one motion to another via both global and upper-body timing transfers. The global timing transfer focuses on matching the input motion to the body speed of the selected example motion, while the upper-body timing transfer propagates the sense of movement flow - succession - through the torso and arms. Our transfer process is based on key times detected from the example set and transferring the relative changes of angle rotation in the upper body joints from a timing source to an input target motion. We demonstrate that our approach is practical in an interactive application such that a set of short locomotion cycles can be applied to generate a longer sequence with continuously varied timings.

  • These days, VR contents are created in three ways: CG based method, game engine based method, and live action shooting method. The most universal method is live action shooting. So far, most live actions are shot with action cams. Therefore, this method is different from professional image production method for movies and TV dramas. This study tries to point out the difference between professional image production method and action cam based shooting method, and proposes an alternative. The proposed method is log shooting based HDR filming and editing. As the result of test shooting and editing, the proposed method was able to obtain more color information than conventional action cam based shooting method and thereby to implement high-definition images which are hard in an action cam.

  • Recent technique has shown high interest in 3D stereoscopic image, one out of high immersion appearance techniques. Unlike general 2D image, 3D stereoscopic image is generated by 3D geometric information. Therefore, the lack of 3D geometric information sometimes imposes restrictions or makes editing more tedious. We propose a new unsupervised technique aimed to generate stereoscopic image which is estimated by depth-map information using image-based modeling from a single input image. The proposed system is implemented as the Adobe Photoshop(R) plug-in for considering generality and expandability, and also supports a preview function of interactive 3D stereoscopic image to determine stereoscopic view of high quality.

  • The research on applying typographic medium to typography has been active, and the results have been Used on designs. But method of applying editing design in imaginary space in the Web environment to typographic medium has been used in actual life instead of editing design for print outs. In this treatise, we will look into appropriate method to apply typography under the Web environment through research, and limitation of applying typography as a method to apply typography into the Web environment appropriately, and discuss the alternative for it.

  • In the previous C/S publishing system, the editor or contributor can arbitrarily modify the document created by the author, in which case it is difficult to identify the changes made in the document. Another shortcoming is in that when the document is in need of tracking or editing, the client must have the respective editing system. To solve this problem, the gist of the document must be preserved along with the document itself, and the process of handling the document must be standardized. Publishing on the web ensures a more stable and accurate result in processing documents. The significance of web publishing is made clear, when we consider the importance of information per se and the growing demand for immediate publication in the present day. The need for a simple and straightforward apache-based PDF publishing system, in which HTML and CSS are supported, and a converting engine provides PDF standard security application support, is prominent. This provides a library in which one can directly create a PDF via Windows, Linux, or Unix without having to rely on a client, allowing high-speed PDF creation. The development of a web-accessed PDF converting engine forms the basis for e-transactions, online brochures, electronic B/L, and many other industrial sectors.

  • As XML has been used as a markup language for standard documents in various areas, it requires an XML editing tool which writes XML documents easily and presents the style of documents. Therefore, many companies have developed XML editing tools and have released the products. However, it is hard for beginners to write XML documents using such tools. In this paper, we design and implement an XML editor based on WYSIWYG(What You See Is What You Get) that beginners as well as exports can use easily. Our XML editor allows beginners to write easily XML documents and style documents. We also integrate our XML editor with the XML repository system developed in our laboratory.

  • We present a new technique for constructing a sweep surface using two-parameter motion. Firstly, a new rational B-spline motion with two parameters is introduced, which is obtained by extending its orientation curve and scaling curve to surface counterparts. A sweep surface is then defined by a single vertex v under the two-parameter motion and allows to represent different u-directional iso-curves depending on parameter ${\upsilon}$. Efficient techniques for modeling and editing the surface are achieved by intuitively controlling the two-parameter motion. We demonstrate the effectiveness of our technique with experimental results on modeling and editing a 3D propeller model.
