고속 동기 릴럭턴스 전동기의 비간섭 벡터제어 (Decoupling Vector Control for a High-Speed Synchronous Reluctance Motor)

  • 돌극형 동기 릴럭턴스 전동기의 고속회전 영역에서, 철손의 영향은 무시할 수 없게 된다. 본 논문에서는 돌 극형 동기 릴럭턴스 전동기에 대하여 고정자 철손이 고정자 내의 둥가 와전류에 의해서 발생한다는 가정 하에서, 둥가 인덕턴스에 직렬로 등가 철손저항이 삽입된 모델을 이용하여 철손을 고려한 전압방정식을 유도하였다. 또, 동작 주파수의 증가에 따른 철손의 변동은 벡터제어계의 제어성능을 악화시키고,d 축과 q 축의 쇄교자속에 서로 간섭하여 벡터제어의 적용을 어렵게 한다. 따라서, d 축과 q 축을 비간섭화 하여 철손저항의 영향을 제거해서 비간섭 토크제어가 가능한 벡터제어법올 제안하였으며, 시뮬레이션올 통하여 이를 확인하였다.

표면 임피던스 경계조건을 이용한 몰드변압기 Tie-plate 손실 최소화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Minimization of Tie-plate Loss of Cast Resin Transformer using Surface Impedance Boundary Condition)

  • In this paper, a tie-plate shape is optimized by using the numerical technique to reduce the stray load loss of the tie-plate which is a mechanical structure for assembling and supporting of the transformer core. The eddy current loss of the structure is calculated by an electromagnetic field FEM program and the results are compared with 4 different shapes of tie-plates. Since the thickness of the tie-plate is very thin, and the skin depth is very small, the number of FE elements for 3-D transformer model is too big to solve. So, the surface impedance boundary condition (SIBC) is used to reduce the system matrix size and its computing time. To verify the method a 2.5 MVA 22,900/380V distribution transformer is simulated using one objective function and three design variables with some constraints. The final optimized tie-plate has three slots of 6 mm width and 23 mm gap, and the loss is reduced by 75 %. Consequently, the proposed algorithm seems to be considerably applicable to electric machinery as well as power transformer.

  • The effects of burnt gas mixing, which can be caused by turbulent eddy mixing, on the interaction and extinction characteristics of premixed flames are analyzed using large activation energy asymptotics adopting counterflow as a model problem. The results show that the burnt gas mixing, preferential diffusion and heat loss affect the fuel consumption rate, flame temperature and the oxidizer concentration at the flame which influence the flame behavior and the extinction characteristics.

대형 틸팅패드 저어널베어링의 성능에 미치는 온도상승 및 난류의 효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Temperature Rise and Turbulence on the Performance of Large Tilting Pad Journal Bearings)

  • The thermohydrodynamic performance of large tilting pad journal bearings is analyzed, taking into account the three dimensional variation of lubricant viscosity. The eddy viscosity model based on wall formula is applied. The effects of temperature rise and turbulence on the bearing performance are studied in comparision with the isothermal or the laminar analysis. It is shown that these effects have significant influence on temperature distribution, load capacity and power loss of the bearing.

  • 본 논문은 컨버터용 변압기의 여자전류 해석을 통해 DC 성분 유입시 자속밀도-여자전류 곡선 그래프를 도출하여 철심포화 여부를 확인하며, 철심 공극에 의해 발생되는 누설자속(Leakage Flux)으로 인한 철구조물(Lock Plate)의 와전류 손실을 계산하였다. 변압기 해석을 위해 상용 해석 소프트웨어인 Maxwell 3D를 이용하였고, 철심의 비선형성을 고려하여 해석하였다.

  • There has been a demand for higher frequency operation of magnetic devices. Consideration of the materials that could be applicable to such high frequency applications is the first step when designing magnetic thin films for high-frequency use. Materials suitable for high frequency application should have a larger $M_{S}$ and an appropriate anisotropy field ( $H_{K}$), which increase a resonance frequency, and also a larger $\rho$, which reduces eddy current loss.
