합성 윤활유 및 고압 작동유 누출감지 필름형 센서의 구현 (Implementation of Film Type Sensor for Synthetic Lube Oil and High Pressure Hydraulic Fluid Leak Detection)

  • Chemical sensors are used in various industrial facilities such high-risk and prevent the leakage of substances, important in life and environmental protection and the safe use of industry, used for management. In particular, high-temperature environments such as power generation equipment of the rotating part due to leakage generated by the various oil, power plants Shut Down, fire, work environment (exposure to various chemical solution and gas leak) and various water, air and soil pollution causes. Thus, over the long term through various channels such as crops and groundwater contamination caused by the slow, serious adverse effect on the ecosystem. In this paper, synthetic lube oil and high pressure hydraulic fluid leakage and immediately detect a new Printed Electronic implementation of technology-based film-type sensors, and its performance test. Thus, industrial accidents and environmental pollution and for early detection of problems, large accidents can be prevented. Experimental results of the synthetic lube oil and high pressure hydraulic fluid solution after the contact time depending on the experiment and the oil solution of the sensor material of the conductive porous PE resistance value by a chemical reaction could be confirmed that rapid increase. Also implemented in the film-type oil sensor electrical resistance change over time of the reaction rate and the synthetic lube oil is about 2 minutes or less, the high pressure hydraulic fluid is less than about 1 minute was. Therefore, more high-pressure hydraulic fluid such as a low volatility synthetic lube oils are the resistance change and the reaction rate was confirmed to be the slowest.

  • 인공지능과 블록체인은 4차산업혁명을 이끌어 갈 핵심기술로 각광을 받으며 발전하고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 인공지능은 데이터 확보 및 검증, 결과값에 대한 근거 설명 등에서 한계를 보이고 있고 블록체인 역시 과다한 에너지 소모, 데이터 관리의 유연성 부족 등이 확산을 저해하는 단점으로 꼽히고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 상호보완적인 성격을 지닌 인공지능과 블록체인의 기술 및 산업 동향과 한계점, 그리고 이를 극복하기 위한 기술융합 방안을 분석하고 정책 개선방안을 제시하였다. 구체적으로 혁신정책 관점을 적용해 연구개발(R&D) 강화 측면에서 1) 국가 차원의 중장기 인공지능/블록체인 융합 연구 추진, 2) 블록체인 기반 인공지능 데이터 플랫폼 구축, 혁신 생태계 조성 측면에서 3) 산업별 인공지능/블록체인 융합 응용 발굴 지원, 4) 인공지능/블록체인 융합 비즈니스 모델 개발 스타트업 지원, 법제도 개선 측면에서 5) 규제 샌드박스 확대 적용, 6) 개인정보보호 관련 규제 정비를 제안하였다.

  • Calibration experiments were executed to document pertinent calibration methods for open-path infrared gas analyzer (OP-2) in field operations and to quantify their performance characteristics in continuous long-term flux measurements. Based on our results, we concluded: (1) flow rate of 2.0 L min$^{-1}$ can be used for calibration instead of the recommended 0.5 L min$^{-1}$ . Such faster flow rate brings the sampled air in the calibration hood at equilibrium within 5 min for $CO_2$ and 10 min for $H_2O$; (2) after reaching equilibrium, two-minute average sampling for related variables per each concentration may be sufficient; (3) use of four concentration is needed to derive the nonlinear calibration equation for water vapor with 1% uncertainty of flux measurement; and (4) the resultant calibration interval for OP-2 for both $CO_2$ and $H_2O$ is approximately one month.

전주 학산 일대의 관속식물 분포특성 및 관리방안 (Distribution Characteristics and Management Counterplan of Vascular Plants in the Haksan (Mt.), Jeonju)

  • The vascular plants in the Haksan, Jeonju were listed 394 taxa; 94 families, 260 genera, 339 species, 1 subspecies, 46 varieties and 8 forms. Divided into woody plants were 111 taxa (28.2%) and herbaceous plants were 283 taxa (71.8%). Based on the list of rare plants by the Korea Forest Service; Viola albida (Preservation priority order : No. 202), Korean endemic plants, 6 taxa were recorded; Lespedeza maximowiczii for. tomentella, Indigofera koreana, Weigela subsessilis, etc. Specific plant species by floral region were total 19 taxa (4.8% of all 394 taxa of vascular plants); Wistaria floribunda (Planted species) in class IV, Acer palmatum (Planted species) and Melothrua japonica in class III, Nymphoides indica in class II, 15 taxa (Botrychium virginianum, Hosta capitata, Salix glandulosa, Quercus variabilis, Rhynchosia acuminatifolia, Ilex macropoda, Impatiens nolitangere, Grewia biloba var. parviflora, Vaccinium oldhami and Lonicera praeflorens, etc.) in class I. The naturalized plants in the surveyed sites were 14 families, 30 genera, 32 taxa (Bromus rigidus, Rumex obtusifolius, Chenopodium ficifloium, Amaranthus lividus, Phytolacca americana, Lepidium apetalum, Amorpha fruticosa, Geranium carolinianum, Ailanthus altissima, Euphorbia supina, Oenothera biennis, Ipomoea purpurea, Veronica persica, Bidens frondosa, etc.) and naturalization rate was 8.1% of all 394 taxa of vascular plants. The ecosystem disturbing wild plants, Rumex acetocella, Aster pilosus and Ambrosia artemisiaefolia having manage to designation with Ministry of Environment.

독도의 식물상과 식생 (The Flora and Vegetation of Dokdo Island in Ulleung-gun, Gyeongsanbuk-do)

  • 본 연구는 독도의 식물상과 식생을 모니터링하여 독도생태계의 보존과 관리를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행하였다. 독도의 식물상은 29과 48속 49종 1아종 3변종 총 53종류로 기록되었다. 이 중 특산식물은 섬기린초와 섬초롱꽃 2종류이고, 귀화식물은 갓, 방가지똥, 큰이삭풀, 콩다닥냉이, 흰명아주, 둥근잎나팔꽃 등 6종류로 확인되었다. 특히, 둥근잎나팔꽃은 본 조사에서 처음으로 보고되었다. 식생형은 주로 해국-땅채송화, 해국-갯제비쑥, 왕호장근-도깨비쇠고비, 돌피, 물피군락 등으로 구분되었다. 독도에 분포하는 식물에 대한 오동정의 논란이 지속되고 있으며, 이를 위하여 분류군별 전문가의 조사가 필요하고, 고유식생을 유지하기 위하여 귀화식물 및 재배식물의 모니터링과 관리가 필요하다.

녹지자원을 활용한 대구광역시 녹지연계망 구축방안 (A Study of the Establishment of Green Network in Daegu Metropolitan City Using Green Resources)

  • This paper has attempted to improve the quality of urban environment in terms of the management of urban green tract and suggest a way of coexistence between human and nature by proposing a plan to establish green network using an urban green zone based on 'linear concept' instead of point and plane concepts. The results have turned out as follows: 1. According to current status of forest functions, forest recreation area has reached 39.6%, satisfying citizens' needs. However, the space for living environment is just about 20% with a lack of a green zone. Therefore, it's been necessary to establish green network using roadside trees and take advantage of them as sustainable living space along with existing green tract. 2. With forest in the suburbs and Geumhogang which is the tributary to the Nakdonggang, Sincheon (stream) flows through the downtown. It connects mountains including Waryongsan from the south to the north around Duryu Park and Dalseong Park. Therefore, the water system that passes through Palgongsan (Mt.) and Biseulsan (Mt.) would make it possible to connect with the parks in the downtown. 3. According to this paper, it appears that it's necessary to establish green network through roof or wall greening by focusing on the existing green tract in the urban parks and suburbs and taking advantage of roadside trees and water system.

환경지리정보 기반의 환경평가 적용시 습지분포 및 규모예측 (A prediction and distribution of Moors Applying to Environment Assesment Based on E-GIS)

  • 환경의 변화에 민감하여 인위적 간섭에 매우 취약한 생태계가 바로 습지이다. 이 자연자산은 인간생활에 매우 중요하다. 따라서 습지의 보전과 관리대책 마련이 필요하다. 습지 분포지역의 명확한 위치정보를 수록하고 있는 수치지도를 활용한 습지의 공간 DB를 구축하고 정보를 공유하며 지리정보시스템(GIS)를 이용한 체계적인 시스템 관리가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 산지습원에 대한 통합 DB로서 습지관리의 기초자료를 구축하는 것을 우선하였다. 기준점 측량방식을 이용하여 정확한 위치를 규정하였고 습지분포 수치지도를 표준화하였다. 특히, 친환경 건설계획 수립 시 GIS를 활용하여 중요한 자연자산인 습지를 보존하는데 주안점을 두었다. 현재 환경부에서 지정하고 있는 보존습지의 구성인자 지형, 지질, 동 식물상 분포를 분석하여 GIS를 적용함으로써 발견되지 않은 습지 분포지역을 예측 할 수 있도록 모델을 제시하였다.

경주국립공원 토함산지구 내 만호봉 일대의 관속식물상 (Vascular Plants of Mt. Manhobong in Mt. Tohamsan District, Gyeongju National Park)

  • 본 연구는 토함산지구 내 만호봉 일대에 분포하는 관속식물 상을 조사 및 분석함으로서 경주국립공원의 생태계를 관리 및 보전하기 위한 기초 자료 제공에 목적이 있다. 2012년 5월부터 2017년 8월까지 관속식물상을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 증거표본을 기초로 관속식물상 목록을 작성한 결과, 91과 292속 397종 4아종 48변종 8품종 등 총 457분류군으로 나타났다. 멸종위기야생생물은 2분류군, 희귀식물은 11분류군, 한국특산식물은 14분류군이 조사되었다. 식물구계학적 특정식물은 총 39분류군으로, V등급은 3분류군, IV등급은 5분류군, III등급은 2분류군, II등급은 11분류군, I등급은 18분류군이다. 귀화식물은 33분류군이고 귀화율(NI)과 도시화지수(UI)는 각7.2%, 10.3%이다. 생태계교란식물은 돼지풀과 미국쑥부쟁이 2분류군이다.

내륙습지 기능의 우선순위 결정 (Determining the priority order of wetland functions)

  • In this study, the functional priority of wetlands was determined through analysis of previous research. To determine relative importance, three processes were performed. First, quantitative values from the case studies were normalized. Second, non-quantitative values were prioritized based on standard criteria. Third, equal weight was applied as long as there was no special consideration regarding a particular value's disproportionate priority in the research. Finally, results were grouped into large, medium, and small classes.In this study, the functions of the medium class were found to be the most significant, in the following order of priority: water supply and ground water recharge; culture and recreation; biodiversity; product; water quality control; flood control; erosion control; moderation of climate change; and provision of biochemical matter. To verify these results, we compared our findings with those of an assessment that used the Rapid Assessment Method (RAM) on the same type of study area. Whereas this comparison indicated some correlations by the culture, water storage, and genetic sustainability functions, it suggested a lack of such relationship by the water purification and flood prevention functions.

보호지역의 지정 및 관리를 위한 국립공원의 서식처 기능 평가 -생물종다양성과 서식처 가치에 기반하여- (Evaluation of Habitat Function of National Park Based on Biodiversity and Habitat Value)

  • National parks are designated for the purpose of maintenance, conservation and utilization of different habitats. Therefore, it is necessary to select habitats of a high value as a protected area in order to balance conservation and development. However, the existing national park boundary adjustment and new designation criteria only focused on the endangered species and protected area, without proper evaluation of the habitat value of actual species. Therefore, this study aims to quantitatively evaluate habitat function in terms of biodiversity and habitat value, so that it can be referred to for the designation and boundary adjustment of national parks. We assessed species diversity and habitat values for each of the habitat types, for mammals only, as they are able to choose preferred habitats. In order to evaluate biodiversity, we used Maxent to derive species richness map and used InVEST's Habitat quality model to evaluate habitat value. As a result of evaluation, species richness was high in the national park boundary area. Also, even if the same edge is adjacent to the development area depending on the land cover, the species richness is low. Compared with Wolaksan and Sobaeksan National Park, the species richness and habitat value of the northern area, which is connected with other forests, were higher than those of the southern area where roads were developed. Therefore, it is expected that the use of the result of this study for the national park boundary adjustment and management will enhance the function of the national park as a habitat.
