  • 현대 경제는 치열한 경쟁, 군살 없는 조직, 광범위한 기술의 발전 등으로 요약될 수 있고, 이러한 역동적인 환경 속에서 리스크와 불확실성은 조직 지식관리의 중요성을 더욱 부각시키고 있다. 건설 산업도 예외일 수 없으므로 생존 및 도약을 위한 다양한 노력을 요구하고 있고 지식경영을 통한 효율성 및 효과성의 향상과 업무 자체의 혁신에 대한 필요성은 모든 건설기업이 주지하고 있는 사실이며 시대의 큰 흐름이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 지식경영이 일정 부분 정착된 현 시점에서 기업들은 지식경영 도입에 따른 성과에 대해 의구심을 가지고, 평가 도구 개발에 관심을 가지기 시작했다. 이에 본 연구는 기존의 지식경영 성과측정 모델을 검토 및 분석하여 그것을 토대로 성과측정 방법론을 제시하고자 한다.

지속가능한 생태도시 및 생태마을에서의 거주자의 역할 (The Role of Residents for the Sustainable Ecopolis and Ecovillage)

  • This study was performed to identify the roles of residents for the environmentally sound and sustainable development, taco-polis(kologisches Bauen), eco-village and Symbiotic Housing. These buildings will achieve energy efficiency through design strategies such as passive solar heating system, natural cooling and day lighting. Their infrastructure will feature parking on the periphery, extensive pedestrian paths, outdoor ground lights that preserve stellar visibility, and environmentally sensitive technologies such as low writer use fixtures. And they will restore biodiversity while protecting the wildlife, wetlands, forests, soil, air and water. Their houses wile be designed to support home-based occupations, offering high-speed Internet access and other options to promote a localized, sustainable economy. To support and encourage the evolution of sustainable settlements, it is necessary to prepare constructing the physical facilities and the social functions relating with residents. The roles of residents are important to provide a high Quality lifestyle and to integrate a supportive social environment with a low-impact way of life. This study concluded the four main roles of residents for the sustainable of Eco-polis and Ecovillage. 1. Residents assist transition towards a sustainable society as eco-conscious consumers in the planning stage. 2. Residents live in a ecological way for the sustainable ecovillage. 3. Residents exchange information and education for increasing the community glue as a communication network. 4. Residents support and transmit their cultural vitality and tradition for the next generation. So, users are expected to encourage resident's participation in the planning, design, ongoing management and maintenance of the sustainable ecovillage.

한국 자본소득과세의 평가와 정책방향: 미국의 근본적 세제개혁안을 통한 새로운 패러다임의 모색

  • This paper is to examine some issues and policy direction of capital income taxation in Korea. Fundamental tax reform in US was reviewed to get some lessons for reforming the capital income taxation. One of main characteristics in Korea's capital income taxation is different treatment by corporation type, investment goods, and financial structures. Especially, the tax differential for debt and equity financing has been serious, as debt has been deducted as cost. We discuss that tax policy should try to satisfy the efficiency, equity, and simplicity under the structure of income based taxation for the time being. However, the changes of tax policies in advanced economies should be carefully examined, as Korea has the structure of small open economy. The current issue on the abolition of corporation income tax might be premature in logical structure and implementation. The US fundamental tax reform might be useful reference for determining the direction of capital income taxation in Korea, as it gives us some chances to discuss about tax base issue with income and consumption. Consumption based taxation is superior to income based taxation in the perspective of administrative and compliance costs. We should consider these tax costs for reforming capital income tax system in Korea.

  • The pulsed power system was widely making use good of many industrial and environments. The pulse generator generally required for short pulse duration and high peak value was forced to consider its volume and economy. In this paper, this system is designed and fabricated which has a compact size of pulse generator with switched MOSFET. We have studied the removal of rust material using Arc discharging. It have tested their characteristics by adjusting variable voltage charging and pulse repetition rate. As a result, We can eliminate rust materials with this device.

  • Hydrogen - Oxygen gas has obtained from water electrolysis reaction. It is mixed gas havingconstant volume ratio 2:1 Hydrogen and Oxygen, and it is used as a source of thermal energy by combustion reaction. This gas has betterristics in the field of economy, efficiency of energy, and environmental intimacy than used both of acetylene gas and LPG for gas welding machin. So nowdays many studies of Water-Electrolyzed gas are progressed, and commercially used as a source of thermal energy for gas welding In the industry. For Water-Electrolyzed Source, it was used diode rectifier or SCR rectifier for get DC source. This method which is not looking to improve a source for impossible current control or voltage and limited control intervals.   • 물을 전기분해하여 얻은 일정 부피비를 갖는 수소와 산소 혼합가스를 수산화가스로 명명하며, 이를 역반응시켜서 열 에너지원으로 사용하고 있다. 수산화가스는 경제성, 안전성 및 환경친화적인 고유한 특성을 지니고 있어서 현재 가스용접기에 적용하고 있으며 여러 가지 응용분야에 적용할 수 있도록 연구 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 수산화가스의 특성에 관하여 고찰하고 발생기용 전원에 대하여 소개하고 이 중에서 아직까지 적용되지 않은 펄스전원을 적용하여 여러 가지 운전주파수에서 비교분석 하였다.

선적화물량에 따른 살적화물선의 최적적화중량준 및 속력의 결정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Dry Bulkers' Optimal Deadweight and Speed under Certain Available Cargo Lot Sizes)

  • The economy of ship's size and speed is affected by the freight rates, sailing distances, cargo handling rates, fuel oil prices and even interest rates of the borrowed funds. It can be a step more powerful measures if the economic evaluation model takes in a cargo lot size which prevails in the shipping markets. This paper has dealt with hypothetical cargo lots which happen to the market with uniform distribution in probability. The evaluation models are either profit maximization method or cost minimization method. The former compares among different voyages in profitability to the invested funds, the later defines the transportation efficiency in ton-mile unit and be used in comparing two or more transportation means. This paper adopted both of above methods to derive out ships economical evaluation contours for the various ship's speed and deadweight for certain cargo lot sizes, which can be used as important managerial decision data in purchasing ships or selecting a most profitable one among the proposed voyages. This evaluation contours will also be efficiently used in appraising so called "handy size ships" in connection with port water depth and conditions of voyage tracks.ge tracks.

한국의 중소기업에 적합한 스마트워크 기반 IT 시스템 모델링 (Smart Work-based IT System Modeling for SMEs in Korea)

  • 최근, 스마트폰 출시에 따라 정보통신 환경은 정보통신 기술의 생태계 변화는 물론이고, 이동성과 효율성을 중요시하는 업무 패러다임까지 변화시키고 있다. 본 논문에서는 중소기업의 정보화 추진 가속과 스마트워크 기반을 조성하여 업무환경의 패러다임을 변화시키고, 중소기업의 경쟁력 강화에 도움을 주며 글로벌 경제로 도약할 수 있는 토대를 마련하기 위해 중소기업에 적합한 스마트워크 IT 시스템을 모델링하여 제안하였다. 30명 이하의 중소기업 CEO와 근로자들을 대상으로 스마트워크 환경 조성과 인식 변화와 관련된 설문조사를 하였으며 75%이상의 긍정적인 결과를 도출함으로써 중소기업에서도 스마트워크 인프라 확산에 기여할 것으로 증명되었다.

  • Recently, various energy efficiency optimization activities are ongoing globally by integrating conventional grids with ICT (Information and Communication Technology). In this sense, various smart grid projects, which power suppliers and consumers exchange useful informations bilaterally in real time, have been being carried out. The electric vehicle diffusion program is one of the projects and it has been spotlighted because it could resolve green gas problem, fuel economy and tightening environmental regulations. In this paper, the economics of V2G system which consists of electric vehicles and the charging infrastructure is evaluated comparing electric vehicles for V2G with common electric vehicles. Additional benefits of V2G are analyzed in the viewpoint of load leveling, frequency regulation and operation reserve. To find this benefit, electricity sales is modeled mathematically considering depth of discharge, maximum capacity reduction, etc. Benefit and cost analysis methods with the modeling are proposed to decide whether the introduction of V2G systems. Additionally, the methods will contribute to derive the future production and the unit cost of electric vehicle and battery and to get the technical and economic analysis.

  • According as economy grows, demand for power increases and satisfaction of customer about electricity quality is rising. There is in trend that investment expense by continuously increased supply of electric power equipment is on the increase continuously, but management efficiency improvement through curtailment of supply of electric power equipment investment expense through efficient operation is required rather than to increase investment. In this study, reconsidered about 6 divisions 3 ties that is distribution line basis configuration of Daejeon Geumsan area and analyzed division and tie present condition of truthful distribution System. Examined problem analyzing average division number, tie number and tie switch number, searched about most suitable division that consider load. Hereafter, I wish to take advantage of analysis result in most suitable division and tie of truthful distribution system for power failure section reduction and investment expense curtailment.
